Easiest transaction ever. Dropped my car off Saturday morning to get new tires installed and an alignment. They called me a few hours later and let me know everything was ready. The price was reasonable The service was fast. Definitely coming back.

This morning, I showed up without an appointment due to an emergency. The staff was courteous and professional. They attended to my issue in a timely manner in spite of their busyness. This isn't my first experience with them. Great job, gentlemen!

Thank you for a great experience, starting with Shane and extending to the entire staff. They directed me to order the parts I needed to get my Prius running safely again after replacing worn out struts and sway bars and performing an alignment. Plus they took care of me on the same day and now my Prius is running great again. Very happy to return again when needed.

The staff and technicians of Mr. Tire are unbelievably cordial, gifted, and efficient. On any given Saturday the number of cars to be serviced is enormous, but they will take an add-on customer as we were with every bay occupied, work faithfully through the day, clear the waiting room, and have your tire issue resolved well before closing. Bring your tire troubles here!

The team was exteemly helpful and took the time to educate on the proformance of each brand of tire. Once a match was made they were able to replace all 4 tires and send mebon my way within 2 hours. Thank you

I called this morning to ask about bringing my car in to either have my tire repaired or replaced because there s 3 punctures in my tire. I was told that as long as i can bring the car in before 10:30, if they need to order a tire, it can be here same day. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if I needed an appointment, i was told no, you can just bring it in now. It took me all of 20 min from that conversation to get here and I m told it will be a 2 hr wait and they can t even look at my car to see if I need the tire replaced or not. Now I have to drive all the way back home on this tire that I was trying to avoid in the first place because it s dangerous. I only have 2 stars because the guy at the desk was nice (who sounded a lot like the guy that told me the wrong information but he says it wasn t him..). THANKS FOR THE WASTE OF TIME!!!

Bad job and dishonestBe careful if they Realy put you new pieces or rebuilt.I went last 11/9/23,asking for to change the starter in my car because it doesn't turn on,they gave me phone quote and i left my car, i had been calling asking, later call me your car is ready, my car was exactly like i left it there,i complain, they told me because its the ignition and go to the ford to do it, Im not sure if they chage the piece because they didnt show me any bag or box for my piece, it must to be rebuilt it they realy did it, they didnt give me warranty, and they didnt want me to take my (suposed bad) old piece, I went to the next place, it was not necesary to chane it it was not the problem in the starter, they could call me and told me the thrue before do it(they didn't know)and tell that my real problem was that, if did I still want to change that piece o we charge you the review and you go to the othet place like All Other Places Use to Do, but they didn't, and i could be happy but they where Dishonest for earn more money, the dealer cost almost the same or less for rebuilt pieces i didn't go there for to do it soon, but I spend mor money for a wrong job.And a couple years ago i did my state inspection with them, they chatged for things i didnt need but i had to, because it was the inspection, at least they gave me that time my old pieces and I used later again, my car was running perfect before, but after what they did it felt it forced until I did the next oil change somewhere else it was back to normal.be careful there.

glad to see this location is still around, however their wait times average about 2hrs plus. since my last visit to this location, they have take away coffee & water station. I would think if they are having these extended wait times some sort of water station would be nice, and an offer to use WiFi service would be a nice since there s no random tv to past the time. I will say their music selection coming from the garage is SOLID.

Fast, lower priced and honest.I failed my MD inspection with 6 days until my temporary registration expired. I gave them a huge list of things I needed fixed and a super unrealistic timeline. They finished my car in 2 business days and even called me to tell me what didn t need to be done- super honest and they actually care. Their inspector is also honest and will tell you exactly what you need. I passed my inspection and got my registration the day it was due. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

This is my least favorite Mr. Tire location. I did not find the person working the front desk to be very pleasant. This location reportedly does not offer any military discounts on labor. They are the only Mr. Tire in the area with that policy. They refused to adjust the bill at all. The pricing was not competitive. We paid nearly $300 to change a tire. I d suggest you look elsewhere. Even a modest amount of effort would have gone a long way . Thanks for.

I've been going to this location for over 15 years and I've always had a good experience, it is always good when I go to see a familiar face. But this visit, the intake person did not provide good customer service, he was rude, mean and just wasn't welcoming. Just to give an example, the shop opens at 7:30am and he unlocked the door at 7:28 so the lady in front of me went in and he told her you have 2 more minutes, that was the beginning of his rude, mean and just not welcoming self.

I have been coming here for a few years now. I have always had an excellent experience here at Mr. Tire. Shane and Mr. Ronnie are always willing to go the extra mile to assist me with all my repair needs even when other dealerships would try to take advantage of me. I had an amazing experience at this Mr.Tire location. Aubrey gave exceptional customer service skills throughout my entire visit. He was very friendly and explained the tire installation/alignment process thoroughly. I will always return to this location because of Aubrey s amazing customer service skills. Everyone else was also friendly. 5 stars!

Cool people. Very busy place so please bring your patience with you if you don't have an appointment. For the hour that I waited "with no appointment", I sat and watched how they work and what they have to deal with. Non stop production. No shop is perfect but these guys are good. Thanks Mr. Tire of Clinton.

I secured an 11:00 am appointment to get my oil changed and have a tire repaired. I arrived at the location around 10:45 am. I walked up the desk and a young man took all my information. He asked me if I wanted to $75 oil change or the $99 oil change. I said the lesser amount. All of the sudden another worker said it s a Chevrolet and she needs the $99 oil change. I needed my oil change so I went along with the higher price. I asked specifically can the air pressure be checked in the tires and the gentleman that was taking my service order said they would it was a part of the service. I sat in the lobby until 12:30 pm before someone came out and told me the tire couldn t be repaired. I was asked if I wanted a new time and I declined. I sat there until around 3:30 pm and I was called to the desk and the same salesman that said I needed the $99 oil change, said I needed a new battery, front and back rotors and brake pads. This came to a grand total of $1,545. I have been burned before by car repair shops. I am a elderly woman and I was told I needed a battery and brakes pads before as a scare tactic. No one wants their car to stop running because of a bad battery and I don t want to be driving and my brakes go out. The last straw was when I refused the service and he said my bill was over $130. I said I had the $99 oil change. He said and I quote you can t get and oil change and I tire repaired for $99! I informed him that I didn t get the tire repaired but it couldn t be repaired. He said oh he didn t tell me that. No apology or acknowledgment for his mistake. I still had to pay $103 for an oil change. I paid less then that at the dealership! I will not be returning there for anymore services. What was the sense of me making an appointment and I was there for over 4 hours. Very inconsiderate of a persons time. Very poor customer service on their part.

I had a great experience. My tire kept losing air so I brought it in fully expecting to be sold a new tire and whatever else.However, the kind people at Mr Tire found a piece of plastic in my air valve and took it out. They told me there was nothing wrong with my tire. I didn t have to spend a dollar which was great the week before Christmas. Thank you again Mr. tire!
