I had a great experience! It's frustrating when a dealership is unable to fix a problem, but it's great that I found a place that could diagnose and solve my issues. Excellent customer service and support are essential, especially when it comes to car repairs. It's also important to find a place that provides cost-effective solutions, especially in today's economy. Trustworthy and reliable service providers are definitely valuable.

Menieke on Coventry Way, Clinton Md the best the son and father are patient and kind. The guys who work on the cars are friendly also. I love the people at the Meinke in Clinton.The dealer was going to charge me over $2600 to fix a headlight but Kirk and the crew was able to get it done for under $500!

This Meineke was very nice and thorough. Although I had to wait longer to pickup my car due to an error on their part. Everything seems to be working well with it so far. There is a little noise from the new shocks and struts. Hopefully this will disapate the longer I drive the car. I have a year warranty so that s good. Helpful folks.

Their pricing for exhaust work is a little more than their competitors. Their customer service is good and they showed me the actual issue. Which I certainly liked.

The staff was nice but as a women what happens a lot whenever I have any work done on my car is that, things are never explained. I was never asked what oil change package I wanted or what was best for my car. It was also advertised to top off other fluids with each package & not sure if that even happened because I wasn't really spoken to whike i waited. I know for sure no air was put in my tires which i was disappointed about. I watched other patrons (men) where treated better, and car was pulled to the front door when done. After I paid I was given my keys and told to have a nice day. I walked out the establishment to find that my car had been pulled off to the side. It didn't register to me even though I had my keys, that my car was complete, again I was waiting fir my cat to be pulled around. Also I was charged almost $100 for an oil change and told I was given a discount. Not 1 of the three packages advertised were $100. I paid $92, the most expensive package I believe was $90 so I was really confused what package I was charged for with a discount that ended up totaling $92. I will not return to this establishment. The entire experience was confusing.

I hate going to auto mechanics because they over charge, But not here at Meineke! I felt like they were truly diagnosing and fixing what needed to be fixed. A lady came in with her car and told them that Nissan said she needed shocks and brakes. Kirk and his team took a look at it and determined nothing was wrong with her shocks, she only needed brakes. Honesty is key! I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service.

My experience was awesome my first time meeting Mr Kirk he was prompt very professional and timely and repaired my car look it over to ensure I had no other issues . I have claimed him as my new honest mechanic and I ll be driving from Virginia to have any and all repairs tuneup etc Thank you so very muchBeth

Howard is always polite and courtesy and the mechanics are a god send. My vehicle always comes back running better then when I dropped it off. They also let you know about any other issues the vehicle is having and will let you know if it's a safety Hazzard.

Had a horrible experience. The shop manager refused to honor the Meineke corporate coupons. I recommend a new manager that actually understands customer service.

I must tell everyone that whatever your vehicle problem is Meineke has the answer. Mr.Howard Chamberlain and his son Kirk are great with every year vehicle from old to new, and the price will keep you happy long after the work is done. Please remember we are all human and we make mistakes, but Meineke will correct whatever did not come out right and wish you a happy day. Go by and talk to Howard or Kirk.

Promised parts would be at the shop by 9:00am. I drop the car off at 8:45 am never received a call to update on the status of the car. I called and was told that it will be fixed by the time I get there. When I arrive at 3:40pm they say they don t have the parts. The Owner said it wasn t his fault that it took him all day calling around to get parts. He wouldn t let me speak insulted me saying I know nothing about cars. This owner/manage was very rude and unprofessional. Never come here unless you have time to waste.

I used this business for brake work I needed on my vehicle. I had great reception when seeking service. I was pleased by Kirk's knowledge of the issue I was describing, and the ease of moving forward to get the service I required. My last experience with this location was awful. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me I needed 4 new tires, and cabin air and engine filters replaced but they were able to do the oil change. I decided to get a second opinion. About a week later, I went to another car shop and they told me that the person at Meineke who last gave me an oil change forgot to put the top of the oil filter back on so I had oiled spilling all over my engine, under and on the hood, as well as it had leaked on my tires and on the ground. They also told me that my tires looked good and that I didn't need new tires. I went back to Meineke to let them know what had happened and the guy was so nonchalant about the situation. I was so upset and they made me wait a bit before adding more oil to my car. When the guy checked the oil, he said I had none left! All my oil had spilled out! I'm so glad my engine didn't lock because of the oil spill and I thank God I got a second opinion for them to let me know what had happened. Meineke owes me an apology and a car wash for the oil that spilled on my car!! Oh and I don't know if this is standard procedure to say a person needs a cabin air filter but not ever check the cabin air filter. All I was told was that since the engine filter was dirty, its "assumed" the cabin air filter would be dirty too. It would have been nice that they actually checked both filters to confirm...........
