This location is awesome. Speedy and reliable service, excellent customer service, AND a delicious hot cup of coffee while you wait. Antonio, the Manager on duty, Shawn and the entire team recommended additional services, without breaking the bank! I was serviced within less than an hour and will be back for my next visit. See you in another 5,000 miles!

The guys always advised what you need with your oil change. Also, check your air level in tires, tire wear, and windshield wiper blazes. Plus, they are fast, polite, and professional on Coventry Way, in Clinton, MD. This is my favorite Jiffy Lube. P. B.

Have been to this location for the past two years and service has been good, but I too had a $10 coupon that I showed in an email and the coupon was credited. Otherwise, it s been an overall experience.

My car went in for an oil change and then the service engine light comes on?!?? Your technician put coolant in my oil and now I have to flush the whole system... How do I get reimbursed for this mistake?!?!? I'm so disappointed and everyone told me not to trust jiffy lube with my vehicle but me trusting they knew their craft and care about their work in the community was let down extremely. What a horrible way to start my new year

I've had better service in Alexandria Jiffy Lube. I'll return to VA for oil changes even though I live in Clinton. They didn't put air in tires, I had a $10 coupon which wasn't applied even though I informed as I was paying. Never again for me.

Just had my oil change right before thanksgiving. They poured oil into my engine from an unlabeled suspicious looking container. 7 days later my engine was making loud sounds. I immediately had whatever they poured in my car drained. They need to be stopped!!!

When I say do not come here for headlights restoration I mean don't even think about it. Paid $70 for what's looks like nothing more than I headlight washing. Clearly they have no idea what they're doing. By far the jankiest looking Jiffy Lube I've ever been too. AVOID!!!!

I frequent this location often and every time they are speedy and provide great customer service. I told myself that I would take the time to write a positive review because despite it being a VERY hot day today, they had a smile and got me in and out in 20 minutes! I serviced my car here last Saturday, July 8th. The price and wait time were good. What was not good was the inside of my car after I left. I noticed oil stains on my inside console panel, arm rest.and my steering wheel. I had to clean down the inside of my car. And if that wasn't enough, my driver seat reaked with an awful smell of sweat and musky order from whomever performed the work and drove my car out of the bay area. It was unbelievable that I used Lysol on my seat and left my car windows down overnight and still can't get rid of the musky smell in my car. I will have to get my car professionally cleaned to get rid of the order because it's embedded in my driver's seat. This is awful!

Went for an oil change which I have done at this location two times previously. Typical routine maintenance. Until I took my car for unrelated repairs and found out that oil was leaking from the filter. In addition to that they never reset the oil life to 100%. Don t know what happened the day I went there. But I will go back to going to the dealer. Just goes to show you never know. Choose wisely!!!Service: Oil change

Came in midday on a Wednesday. It was very busy but they managed to get my oil change service done within 90 mins. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and they were not pushy about getting other recommended services they simply made you aware. They allow you to wait inside or in your vehicle. They also have complimentary coffee. While waiting in my vehicle during my oil change I observed a few customers that were agitated because of the wait and probably the outside heat However the staff still remained professional and continued to work diligently on the vehicles that were already being serviced. Price was reasonable. I will be returning for more services.Service: Oil change

Let me tell y all! The Clinton Jiffy Lube on Coventry Way has their stuff together!!! They have been consistently 5 stars since I switched to this location three oil changes ago.Let me tell you what sets them apart:First, it s NOT like their old reputation. Jiffy Lube is doing the right thing.-the guys greet you by name when you pull up-the guys are pleasant and explain everything.-the guys do not skip included services like washing your windows and what have you.-the guys are quick and efficient and never using cell phone or speaking inappropriately.-they make pertinent recommendations are are never pushy.-their staffing is adequate and every time I come there is NO wait.-the shop in Clinton is well run and I am impressed! (And I have plenty of oil changes under my belt)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have to say that this place is awesome. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I came here for an oil change and was shocked at how fast did it. We're talking maybe 15 to 20 minutes. They also put air in my tires, checked my brakes, engine, and cabin air filter. I usually wait an hour or 2 for an ill change at dealer but they had me on and out.

Quality service and fairly quick. They have two bays which can hold about two large SUVs each and one that holds sedans. If you wait a long time, they wipe your mirrors and windows free of charge. This is customer service!!!!

The team is very pleasant and quick. I've becoming here for almost 10 years and have always received superb service. Now that we are practicing social distancing, I would just ask that the team be reminded to speak up through masks, let the customer know what's going on before working on the vehicle and then recap what's been done. The person who takes the payment is assuming all this conversation is happening before payment and it's not. Typically, the recap is done inside the waiting area, but since everyone is staying in the vehicle that level of customer service is absent.

This is THE BEST service I have EVER had at a Jiffy Lube. I know absolutely nothing about cars and everyone was very patient and throughout with me. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism and patience! They also had my car completely serviced within 30 minutes. I didn t have enough time to finish my coffee!!! Lol They pointed out a bunch of things my car needs, explained why and gave me a print out of everything that I opted out of. Excellent service!!!! I will ONLY go to this shop for now on!!!
