The most mixed reviews I've seen anywhere -- ever. After one visit, I can see why. Two stars for being honest (as far as I know) and straightforward, also docking two stars for accusing me of not doing the same. You want straightforward? Okay, then. And no, I did not get the work done, or even get a diagnosis.Clearly a mixed bag as far as customer service. I am not questioning their knowledge, expertise, or quality of the work they do. I wouldn't know.

This shop had my car for an entire month! Rod promised to call me with updates regarding my car. He called me 1 time!!! I had to call repeatedly to inquire! I picked my car up on December 21st and it is in the same condition as when I dropped it off on November 21st! Actually, before I got home my car started smoking due to low radiator fluid It was not like this when I took it in! And, Rod yold me that he put antifreeze in my car! I was charged $600 and still don t know what I paid for and I had to pay cash!! I will never go there again!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I experienced poor service, poor customer service, and lack of customer human relations. I would never return or refer anyone to this auto repair shop. My vehicle was there for two months and the problem still wasn't repaired. I was forced to pay for services that I didn't ask for after returning for the same problem I brought it in for the first time. This shop should be closed down and reopened as a holding yard for junked cars.

I visited IAC last week and it was a breath of fresh air. Rod and staff were not only professional but friendly. I received a much needed oil change and was made to feel comfortable about ALL of the additional work I need on my 2004 vehicle. I hope to be able to update this review with additional positive comments about my future repairs.

The staff is great, & the service is amazing! They re really patient with the customers, they gives full details of the issues that your car is having. It s the first time in a while, that I ve left a car shop NOT feeling like I was being ripped off! My first of many visits to come

The owner and his staff a very capable. The owner after my car was put on the diagnostic machine Now do it the hard way . The second hard test showed the problem, the machine couldn t. He ordered the part, the work was done at a reasonable price all within a few hours.

My wife has an older pontiac that does not have a way for the owner to check the transmission fluid. I normally have it checked when the oil change is done. I went to three garages before international auto center who told me, this car had a closed system and could not be checked. The mechanics at international knew this style of gm, and how to check the transmission. No one wants anything to happen to their car, but having a mechanic that you can trust makes the situation a lot smoother. International Auto Center, is a place I can trust.

I truly appreciate Rob and the team.He LISTENS to me and I love that he EXPLAINS anything that I don't understand already. KIND AND PROFESSIONAL! Now, we won't take our 1997 RAM ANYWHERE ELSE!

I had to go to the shop three times to get my problem fixed (hopefully). Twice the car was not ready when promised. Every time there was a charge. If the problem was diagnosed properly the first time the multiple trips to the shop and the multiple charges would have been unnecessary.

This shop is fantastic. They're honest, knowledgeable and work quickly. It doesn't hurt that the owner is super personable and witty as well. All in all a great place.

Service is great, Rod is very friendly and inviting when u walk in. Pat always does a good job on my car. I will not go anywhere else..LOVE THEM!
