They did an amazing job to my car after the deer hit me. Two weeks later I needed them to look at another issue caused by the deer, they got me in quickly fixed the problem and i was on my happy way a bit much longer after. I already recommended 2 people to them. I love the honesty there.

Often first impression will reveal everything you need to know about an establishment. My insurance company suggested on 02.06.24 that I take my truck to Clinton Auto Body in Clinton, Md for an estimate for repairs. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., I walked into the establishment at 7:58. Apparently, the Caucasian woman at the front desk is not accustomed to interacting with non-Caucasian customers. On the onset, she was rude and dismissive of my appointment time. At first, she suggested that I did not have an appointment because she could not locate my name. I spelled it for her several times. She became very irritated as it was my fault for her illiteracy. She mumbled something to me; however, it was very inarticulate. I said excuse me and once again she mumbled. I discerned that this is not a safe place for me to receive repairs for my automobile, therefore I left. I reported the incident to my insurance company for them to note the lack of professional service and respect. I do not and will not support any business that illustrates racial bias inclinations.

Had my car stolen, took my car here to get it fixed and they did amazing, finished my car within a week and also cleaned it out, thank you guys for you great service <3

The Team at Clinton Auto Body are knowledgeable about the auto repair business, patient and courteous. I had a good experience with Clinton Auto Body for the repair of my vehicle.

Clinton auto has been part of my family since 1980 this is the only body shop we bring our cars to whenever something needs to be fixed this is the best Body shop in the Clinton md area

This place is great! Been using them for years. I left my groceries in the car and they put them in their fridge and when I pulled up they brought them out to my car. Over and above customer service!! I love their work and their customer service!!

Greg is a good guy Patti and Greg's brother are rude and obnoxious for no reason. Patti never gives Greg his messages. Not sure if it racism or not. She even left my wheel locks on her desk without letting me know. She claims she called me but never did. I bought new ones thinking I had lost them. Not sure why she's the receptionist. I won't be returning..

For over 12 years, I've heard always good reviews, and now I'll add mine: Two vehicles I've brought to Clinton Auto Body have had great service. They're courteous and fair even when they're busy. And they're so customer-focused, when you bring in something extra for them to do, it's done quickly at a fair price. I wish all auto repair shops could be like this!

These guys took a nasty situation and made it pleasant. Visiting DC, my car was stolen and taken for a joy ride. At least it was found a few days later but only after sideswiping a few things along the way. When I contacted my insurance I saw Clinton Auto Body was an authorized dealer. Not know ANYTHING about them I took a chance and selected them for my repair work. They handled everything; adjustor, appraisal and repairs. The staff was friendly and the time they took was very reasonable and my car came back looking good as new.I saw they had one bad review but the owner taking the time to respond I put that note aside. When I picked up my car, there was a $55,000 new Corvette in their shop that was messed up they were working on. If they are good enough to do that delicate work, then they were certainly qualified to do mine (and may I suggests yours) as well.A bad situation made better at Clinton Auto Body. THANKS GUYS !!!

Just awful customer service. I recently got back from a deployment and called to see if they could help get my car running again. The mechanic I spoke with had a condescending tone and pretty much said screw off. I don't have time for that. The transition back over is hard enough without the attitude of someone you call for help. It's just unprofessional.

I had to pay out of pocket and was seeking different estimates. When I drove up to the shop a lady came out and when she saw my car she gasped. Yes it looked bad but I d already taken it to three other places and the fender and hood and lamp needed to be replaced. All cosmetic. Nothing internal. The entire time she is looking she is shaking her head and before she finishes says it will be at least 5 grand!!!! I was shocked because the highest so far I d heard was 3700....so she continues and finishes shaking her head back and fourth making me feel worse about my situation...and gives me the print out. It came to about 3900 including labor and paint but she said not to count on that estimate and that it would definitely be about 5 grand... and just sent me on my way. Nothing, no negotiating, no information on ways I could lower the costs. So when I reviewed all the 5 estimates I had, Clinton autobody was HIGHER on EVERY part. I mean sometimes 100$ over. Really? I don t care if you have a more decent waiting room then half the guys out here and maybe you have a better parking lot. But if that s what drives up your cost, maybe you should rethink location. It s difficult enough for a woman to deal with auto shops...my brothers friend deals with auto parts and my husband has some knowledge. They both said that 5 grand was stupid and that it s always best to shop around. I did. I found this place called Fancy colors. And they were so much cheaper, better reviews and waaaaayyyyy better customer service. But so we re the guys at ayt auto parts. If you go to Clinton auto body parts to get an estimate compare it to others. You may find it s not worth it. Or you may have a better experience. But mine was not very pleasant.

Daniel is my auto mechanic for life. Know his stuff, takes his time and get it right! If I have any issues I get no excuses he will take my car right back and fix the problem. I have been using this business for several years never disapointed!

I was referred thru USAA a few years back and I have been very satisfied with the service I've received throughout the years. No-one likes dropping cash on unexpected repairs, but at the very least, I feel like I'm getting honest service. Car repair shops hear "CHA-CHING" when women bring in vehicles for service, but not at Clinton Auto Body.

There are two chicks who work at the front desk. The one on the far right is a sweetheart, the one on the left was on Facebook the entire time and has a staring problem. Unfortunately, I had to go to here because all the Waldorf shops were busy. There's better service elsewhere.

I took my company van (Hot and Cold Corporation) there for some repairs, a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Clinton Auto Body for all of your vehicle needs.

had the worst experience. I went to this place got an estimate $1,500.00 to repair front bumper (while parked, someone backed into it). I called my insurance company USAA, who stated Clinton Auto body was one of their preferred clients, which they preferred its members use. I took the vehicle in for the repair, dropped it off near closing time. Clinton Auto Body called the following morning upon opening with an increase in cost. i ask that they not repair the SUV, I would be in to picki it up.When picking up the SUV, the bumper was more busted up than when i left it, and the air bag light was now on.Not at all how I left the SUV with Clinton auto body. the tech said the additional damages happened while removing the bumper, but it looked hit.USAA called and stated they were totaling the SUV and giving me 3000.00. not the value of the vehicle or what it would cost to repair it (now).the new scam is that USAA preferred repair shops work with the insurance company to have the insurance company pay the least out for damaged vehicles...crooks.

Did a great job on my auto body repair. O ly complaint if they could have told me earlier in the day that they would finish my car. I really had to push it to make it before closing.

These people are terrible. Completely messed up my car and added more problems when my insurance gave them money to fix a dent. Please don't go here

Just took to my vehicle to Clinton Auto Body today only to find out that they charge the customer twice as much to repair your vehicle if you are paying out of pocket as to going through an insurance company. They charge different prices for the same parts.

I called for a round about figure of a replacement for a CV axle. The woman on the phone refused to give me a figure and told me they only give estimates in person. THEY WILL NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS!
