I recently had the pleasure of visiting CitySide Auto Body Repair in Clinton MD to have the front number cover replaced and painted on my 2009 Lincoln Navigator. I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing.From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted by the friendly and polite front office staff. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. Glen and Greg did an excellent job with keeping me informed on the work of my vehicle. I received timely text messages every step of the way. I had a lot of damage to the front of my vehicle from hitting a deer but now my car looks brand new. They did an amazing job and they re thorough with explaining everything that was fixed. I will continue to come back here and refer others.

Had to take my car here after an attempted theft. I was a little nervous since I ve never needed such big repairs done to my car, but this shop was amazing! Russel was the person who helped me throughout the process and worked on my car. I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done! I feel relief knowing my car is safe to drive again and you could never tell any damage was done to it. I would highly recommend this shop and would personally go here again if I needed to!!!

I was looking for a local business to support after being struck by a deer. I came across City Side Auto Body doing a google search. They were close to me and had excellent reviews so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Russell provided top notch service as the one assigned to my truck. He kept me informed, worked with the insurance company, and explained everything along the way. Russell made me feel like a value customer and will recommend them to family and friends.

It d be insane to take your vehicle anywhere else. The customer service is exceptional, and the work excellent with only factory or factory approved parts.communication is what one should expect, and they were easy and eager to work with. My insurance company had no issues

I visited this location almost 6 months ago and they did an amazing job on my 2016 Ford Fusion! I most definitely will reccommend this company! Excellent job, awesome communication at all times and the customer service was always on point every visit! If you all can give me an estimate for a family's vechile it would be greatly appreciated to hear from you all regarding the referral.

I never post reviews, but I have to for City Side Auto Body. They not only did a wonderful job with repairing my car and matching the paint perfectly, but they dealt with the insurance directly, which at times was a hassle. The communication was prompt, and I knew status of the car and insurance right away. If I ever need another repair for my car, I will go back to City Side.

Thank you City side for fixing my jeep back to new again!!! I was traveling out of town when I was involved in an accident . City side handled everything from start to finish. They kept me informed on the process with phone and text updates which was awesome ! They handled all the negotiations with my insurance company and they even sanitized and detailed my jeep when it was completed . The office was clean and decorated very nice and made me feel very welcome and at home like I was with family !!! I would highly recommend this company and will be a loyal customer for life.

My car was hit in a parking lot. They replaced the front and exactly matched the blue paint. Car looks new, and that's something since this is a 2007 Toyota. Highly recommend them.

I got my 2004 Acura TL completely brought back to life and painted here. They do the absolute best work I have ever seen. My car looks great. They took care of everything with the claim and dealt with insurance company. Kept me updated with the repairs by phone calls and text messages. Worked with insurance completely so didn't have to, I just picked up the car. Repairs were done nicely I am pleased. Very professional. I was involved in 2 accidents. City Side fixed my truck both times! Hopefully I won't have anymore accidents but if I do I'm definitely taking my truck back to City Side! Truck looks perfect! They did a great job! I would absolutely recommend City Side Auto Body! #1

From the moment I walked in the door I was provided elite attention and service. I received timely updates on the progress of my repairs. These people are GREAT. They perform excellent work on your vehicle. There are no surprises. They keep you informed on what parts are needed, when they will arrive, when your car will be ready. Excellent work, excellent service and great prices. I had to have my car repaired without insurance and they worked with me and parts dealers to get the best price they could. It took a few months for me to get the money and they were patient and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The team at cityside is very thorough. My new car was hit and the other driver was at fault. Their insurance company quoted me for less than $1000 in repair work. This would ve left a brand new car with lingering damages. The city side team, however, managed to find over $5000 in damages and communicated with the insurance company to cover the repairs. I can't say enough amazing things about Greg. I took my one-week old car in today for an estimate to paint my front, right side panel because I scuffed my vehicle as I was backing out of my garage. Before bringing my car to City Side Auto Body, I tried to use all of the over-the-counter scuff repair solutions that are sold at Auto stores. I was convinced that I had no other option but to paint it. I didn't want to use my insurance so I was prepared to pay out of pocket (ugh). So, I took my car to City Side Auto Body and Greg took one look at it, grabbed a cloth damp with a "magic" solution and he got the scuff marks right off. Then he popped one of the plastic trim screws back in and my car is like brand new again! Forever grateful to Greg for helping me out and for saving me so much money!!
