I cannot express how great this man was to me when he replaced my brakes and rotors for my Chrysler 200. Quick and efficient installation and he allowed me to purchase my own parts.I recommend Brakes and Rotors for your brakes and/or rotors; you ll be satisfied and your pockets will be grateful (If you want cheaper prices, good luck They don t exist!)

Excellent work, very professional and experienced even though i had stripped screws and rusted studs on my rotors on my SUV. He was patient and explained everything he was doing. Repaired my rear brakes and rotors, I highly recommend for the service and price. Will be using his services for all my brake needs in the future, very fair pricing!

He advised me to get my parts online - same quality but lower cost. Arrived at my home, picked up the heavy rotors and brakes dual set and was finished within the hour. Easy peazy and affordable.

God is GOOD is all I can say after my break & rotor change this afternoon! Professional, patient (I got the wrong part), thorough, and convenient. I called and was able to get a same day (within the hour) appointment. I am so excited to find a great black owned business in my community(he serves the entire DMV though) that I would refer to my entire village and SOI.Job done right. Price was on point. Donavan from Brakes and Rotors was excellent!1. I sometimes work late hours and he made accommodations to get my brakes changed after hours. (He does offer to come to your location)2. I told him that I needed to have my back brakes replaced. He came with the brakes in hand. However, my back brakes were fine, it was my front brakes. He went to store for me and purchased the front brakes. Came back and went to work.3. Very fast, knowledgeable and the price was great.Service: Brakes

He contacted me with the price for the brakes & Rotors, he went to to get the materials needed and came directly to my house... He was very informative and told me exactly how to go about caring for my car and future bookings. He was done in 2hrs.. I didn t expect to be accommodated in the same day and to also receive such great service & professionalism.. I will greatly recommend using there service again ..Excellent Work

Pulled up to the adress and their not at that location anymore. Decided to call the number before I pulled off and was glad I did. Donavan was very professional ' provided me with the different service options he offered as far as getting my Front and rear brakes serviced. Not only did he come to me he was punctual!! Donavan was very accommodating to fit me in his schedule when I called him at the last minute. Brakes and rotors were replaced very quick. Professional and A+ service. He'll meet you wherever your vehicle is located which is very convenient. Highly recommend and will definitely use this service again!

Great service. The owner travels to where you are and even purchases the parts wholesale if you find them at a lower cost should you need him to. He came and changed my brakes while I was at work so I didn't miss a beat! I would definitely use him again.

Very prompt, fast and courteous. Donavan went above and beyond. Went to the auto store to get the correct parts for my Ford explorer because my son purchased the wrong parts. Even assisted with me doing my own oil change.
