Everytime I visit this location I receive the best care. Clarence is so friendly and very helpful. He even put the windshield washer fluid and coolant I needed in for me and I couldn't thank him enough. Great store.

Came in today, 31 March 2024 at 4:05pm and the guy working there was EXTREMELY rude. We asked about windshield wipers and if they could install them. He ignored us about installing. We asked him again and he said we could , and said y all don t know how to install them with a snarky and unprofessional tone and manner. He definitely appeared to be sexist, and very homophobic. The way he treated us has definitely shown a reflection of what AutoZone employs at their company.

I will not be coming back to this location. The professionalism and customer service was bad. The two associates that were there act like I was bothering them when I came in there to ask for help. One of them went to check my battery but that was the only good that came out of it. The lady that works at the location has a nasty attitude. Well the both of them did but she was even worse. I wish I got there names but I was in a rush to get back to work. The only reason I came to this location was due to the fact it's close to my job but now I know why I never felt the urgency to come here and would just wait to get to the other AutoZone in Fort Washington.

Staff was unfriendly and very stand offish I came in at 15mins of closing but all I wanted was coolant an in and out transaction didn't fell welcomed at all. I work in retail and never treat people in this manner

The Store Manager Clearance displayed what the definition of customer service is, he went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. He made the experience 10 times better. Awesome manager.

I had to repeatedly tell the salesperson that I wanted regular bulbs for my car, and he kept trying to get me to get something more expensive that was not made for the car. He finally went out to check out what type of bulbs I needed and found out that I knew what I was talking about. The bulbs he tried to talk me into did not fit my car and would do a great deal of damage. It should be mandatory for them to go by the requirements set up by the manufacturer and check the VIN number. Quite a few women know what they are talking about.

Monday, 11/28/22 just a brief story I decided at the end of a long workday to have the lightbulb replaced in my right headlight, but then I decided to go ahead and have both lights replaced just simply because it wouldn t make sense to have one replaced and then the other one go out later so long story short the manager of this store, namely Clarence and his employee Christian assisted me with excellent service. At the end of the day I left their place of business satisfied that what I needed to accomplish was successfully accomplished. And I would highly recommend this place of business. By the way, this place of business is located at 8935 Woodyard Rd., Clinton MD this specific AutoZone you would be glad to have service provided to you. Ms. Jones

I ran into the store 15 minutes before 9pm today when they close and I was so flustered because I just lost my gas cap coming from the gas station, that I forgot to out my mask on when I ran into the store. The staff on duty were so nice and respectful and quickly retrieved the part I needed, as I apologized for not wearing my mask they understood and we even joked about it.Great visit - thanks for being pleasant throughout these 'trying times'...

Clarence is AWESOME!! He went up and beyond with providing me with excellent service with getting items for my vehicle AND doing the install. This service was better than the dealership. I seldom have the need to visit an auto parts place but would definitely refer anyone to them for auto needs.

Crystal is a wonderful representation of your franchise. She helped my daughter with the receipts for all the parts we had put on her car for an insurance claim. Her help played a great part in the claim. The staff always displays excellent customer service and satisfaction. I will only shop at this location no matter how long I will have to wait on parts.Hamilton

Came in to return a part ordered on line. Unfortunately, I didn't have my transaction ID. I thought I was pretty much on my own since normally, I'm told to figure out out myself.As I was about to leave, they corrected me since they were already on the phones trying to figure it out themselves. 5 minutes later, I was good to go.A++ effort.

The place is always clean and stocked well. The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. They help you find the right part to fit your vehicle. Most of the customers like me go there and have been going thre for years. They give good helpful advice for keeping your vehicle up. If you don't know a lot about car parts; go there they can help you.

Called store looking for radiator fan on Monday was told to come in on Tuesday to pick up (first bad information) So on Tuesday placed the order and payed was told comeback Wednesday to pick up(second bad information)we told part was never ordered that was bad business two services rep and neither one helped with my problem got my money back and went around the corner to Car Quest and got my part no one has that kind of time for those kid of mistakes, think I will give my business to Car QuestThanksGladys Person
