I had to have a vehicle battery replaced. The representative who assisted me was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the brand of battery I needed. She got me right and was very professional. I'm sorry I don't have pictures to post, but this location is very good. Thank you again, Advanced Auto Parts.

I get good service, and if they don't have the part, they see if another store has it nearby. I go to this location, although it's not the closest one. Note to veterans Advance auto nolonger accepts a copy of your DD214 as proof of service. So you must have a Pocture Military ID to get a Veterans discount. A district manager to me that to many store were giving veterans discounts. So if you aren't active duty, retired, have a service related injury you are SOL with Advance Auto. Funny thing is there are many more men and women who served and get very little from this country for our service. The problem is that people making these decisions never served a day in the service of this country. If you serve you are always subject to go to war. That's true till you are discharged. We all aren't maimed or retired.

Came in for some headlights and windshield wipers. Once I was about to pay on of the employees asked me did I want them to put the wipers on for me. Standing there surprised I said "sure". I definitely wasn't expecting that. The gentleman who rang me up came out and changed myself and another customers wipers with the quickness. That's what you call customer service. Will definitely be back!!

Consistently friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never treat me like I'm a "woman" in an auto supply store. I always try to be as self sufficient as possible since my Dad was and my son is a mechanic.

Over the last year or so, every time I have visited the store, I have gotten very good service from both male and female sales people here. They've gone above and beyond what I expected, and I'm very happy with the service they provided.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager himself. If I could give no stars I sure would. It s a shame that this brand new store is already so terrible. Will definitely not be returning to this location.

Stopped in to look up a part I didn't know the name of. Mike Rock patiently assisted me in trying to locate it in your system. Discovering it would be a part I would have to acquire from the dealer or junk yard, Mike went beyond in customer service to refer me to your "on-site junk yard expert" & clerk, David Simon, who provided the name of the part & gave detailed information on local junk yards where I might find it! A million thanks to both - I'm forever grateful & now a loyal customer!

Matt is an awesome and vital part to this business. He is extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. He went above and beyond in my opinion to help me out with troubles I was having with changing my rear breaks. He was an absolute blessing from GOD!!!! Thank you Matt! Peace and blessings.

On Sunday they supposed to open at 9:00 it s almost 10:00 and nobody show up, I seen at least 15 customers coming and leaving because the store was closed. It s not the first time this happened, I had the same problem last Sunday.

The females that work in this store are unprofessional. They need to be taught how to conduct themselves when they are on the clock. One girl, answered the phone and proceeded to yell at one of her coworkers in the background. Rude through the phone call and rude when I came to pick up parts. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I was given the wrong bulb for my headlight, $18.00, because it was electrical, you can't return it or get a store credit. The clerk took my car information and gave me the wrong bulb. They lost a customer. The person who put who put the correct bulb in paid $5.99. I will never shop at auto advance again.

The sales rep was unprofessional. I stood at the counter to pay for 3-4 minutes while he was on the phone with his back to me. He then hung up, looked at me and then walked away for a 2-3 minute conversation with the Mgr. Came back to the counter, Mgr. called him because a customer had walked in and gone straight to her/him, he again walked away. Never acknowledged my presence, no excuse me, no apology, nothing-- not even when I brought it to his attention. You've lost a customer!

Four employees standing outside the front door all with their masks down and less than six feet apart. One was smoking in front of the door. Presented a very bad impression of good behavior in these times.

Night time supervisor does not have knowledge of there policy. They will give you the wrong part and when you return it, they (including the supervisor Pam) will tell you about there new policy that they haven't read yet. Now your stuck with a part that they F up and gave you

Meh...the prices are high and when advertised rebates when you buy xy &z. What they dont disclose is that it's at they discretion if they want to approve the rebate and I clearly bought what was in the paper. That okay I'll just got to AutoZone from here on out. Staff faces typically scream....agg I hate this place.

Unbelievably rude. Don't care to help. Auto zone right across the street. Marked online order as complete and didn't have everything and didn't tell me and lost discount getting half the order. Then couldn't help and told my problem to fix it.

TODAY I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION WITH THE EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF TILLMAN. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CALLED ME OUT OF MY NAME, BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT TO FIND MY PART I ORDERED THAT CAME IN TODAY. SO THE MANAGER HAD TO GO FIND MY PART I ORDERED.. HE IS VERY NASTY AND HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Lame service, I called with a part # but when I got there it was the wrong part and part #, they sent my 25 minutes away to a store that had but they didn't have it. So I bought it in line for 60% less. Poorly trained employees that are more concerned with their cell phones than customer service.

They care nothing about the customer but only what is in the customer pocket. Items are defective and service is terrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!! The autozone across the street is muchhhhhhhhhh better. thank me later!
