Great customer service and sales. Servicing equipment in a timely fashion is very important and they go the extra mile to get your equipment ready to go to work again.Scag mowers are awesome!

I don't know who is paying these guys but pay them more! They are responsible for alot of landscaping companies success in the county. They work hard and are reliable I will never buy any mower other than scag because of how they treat you.

Completely disappointed. Tried to stay in SOMD and not leave the county for my trailer even though trailer was $200 more. Went in, spoke to front counter person who was very helpful and left my phone number for the trailer salesman who was not available. Salesman called me back, we discussed out the door price, which I was happy to pay. I asked about putting down a deposit because I was going on travel and couldn't get there quick and was worried about losing out. He said no deposit needed, he had my name and contact info. He would call me if anyone inquired. Five days later I was back in town and called him. Left a msg that I would be in today to pick it up. Didn't hear back. Went in today, salesman informs me In a very rude manner that he sold the trailer 3 days ago AND acted like he didn't remember me or our conversations. Even the counter guy remembered me! He couldn't care less that we sold it out from under me. AFTER he saw that I was upset he offered to order me one (8-10 wk lead time). Poor poor customer service. I do marine side work and you can bet I'll never recommend this place to ananyone.

Bought a Echo leaf blower today. These folks treat you right and sell high quality stuff. Good people to do business with.

The staff are knowledgeable and always quick to offer assistance. Pricing on parts is comparable to online prices, often coming in lower. The lead mechanic is the best Evinrude technician in the area. This is the only shop I bring my boat to for maintenance or repairs.

They don't want to sell mowers. Walked in there looking for a quote. 3 guys at the counter, not one of them aske me if I needed any help or said hello for that matter.

Great people! They sell more then just boats, boat trailers, and fishing tackle. They also sell Scag, and Grasshopper commercial lawn equipment as well as Echo power equipment. .

Bought several pairs of pawl starters for my 1999 johnson 25hp and they break so easily junk plastic, also bought a brand new rewind spring last year and just found it is broken
