Kudos to Mr. Cohen, Adrain and Arnold who have been my saving grace while working with this dealership. Seven months after I leased a new 2019 Land Rover Evoque from Land Rover of West Columbia, the water pump went up. I took it back to them for repair. They gave me a basic Discovery to use until the repairs were complete. Upon returning my vehicle to me, their valet driver was involved in a "SMALL FENDER BENDER" (see attached photos).Land Rover of West Columbia kept my vehicle 4 months loaning me a Velar, but also the run around. It wasn't until I was able to contact Mr. Cohen, that actions were taken to have my vehicle repaired. Mr. Cohen was extremely understanding of my feeling and always treated me with respect. He also made special arrangements to make sure I was comfortable once my Evoque was finally repaired.It takes me almost an hour each way to drive to Land Rover of West Columbia. After the accident, my Evoque was in and out of their service shop 11 times in three years for various reasons. Each time, I dealt with TOM MATTHEWS, Assistant Service Manager. Even though he appeared to be nice, I found out later that it was clearly a front as he became increasing difficult to deal with, even raising his voice at me. Once, I left my vehicle there while I went out of town so they didn't have to give me a loaner. TOM conveniently "forgot" to order the part so I returned to an unrepaired vehicle. Once, I called TOM several times informing him of issues with my vehicle. He insisted that he could not help me because of COVID, they were low on techs and there were no loaners. I insisted that my vehicle needed service. One day, my vehicle started having electrical glitches. I had it towed to Land Rover of West Columbia. TOM said the problem was due to lack of oil changes. TOM GAVE ME A $18,927.22 BILL. If my vehicle has been in and out of their service department, under Tom's supervision 11 TIMES in three years, how did I have that big of a problem in 2022? I took my vehicle to an old family friend. He said it was only the coil, which should be under warranty. I explained that to TOM as he was Land Rover of West Columbia s Assistant Service Manager. That's when Tom's true colors showed. He became extremely disrespectful. He insisted that I messed up my engine. He told me to take it to another Land Rover dealer and if they said it was the coil, he would fix it. I took it to Land Rover Hunt Valley (LRHV), where I leased my first Evoque in 2015 (no problems). Because TOM MATTHEWS told them I messed up my engine, they rejected my vehicle. I reached out to a life long friend who previously worked at LRHV. As a TECH, he also said "it's your coil". I paid $112 for the coil and paid him $50 to change it. I have not had problems since. My Evoque works so well since I stopped taking it to Land Rover of West Columbia, that I purchased it off lease.I tried to tell Mr. Cohen what was going on, but he was no longer working there. I went to someone who I was informed was "above" TOM, Aaron Veerothai. He was absolutely no help. The same week I went to Aaron, I received a letter from an attorney indicating that I was being sued for $30,000 because of the car accident involving their valet driver. Aaron said I should write a "strong letter" to the attorney. What kind of professional, supportive, take responsibility response is that? Thank GOD my insurance company handled it. I was released from the case months later.When I purchased my Evoque, Land Rover of West Columbia messed up my tags and paperwork. I gave them a check to pay for the vehicle IN FULL. They did not pay Chase Bank, so Chase came after me threatening my 819 credit score for not making payments. What a MESS! After multiple calls with no help, I did not get my hard tags from Land Rover of West Columbia for over 2 months after my paper tags expired. Arnold helped them get my paperwork for tags straight.THEN, my windshield leaked again. They had to make the 3rd repair to replace my windshield. I dreaded going back there! They fixed it. I haven't been back since.

I had the best, professional and wonderful experience with the Whole Team.Aria , Fernando and Simone were all Awesome, they made the whole process easy and smooth.I bought a Great Car , got a nice Gift and I'm already planning my next Purchase.I'll give the Team 5 stars anytime anyday.Good Job Guys , Keep it up and see y'all soon again.John

My experience working with Jim Coleman Jaguar and LandRover was an absolute pleasure. Alex and Fernando were professionals and gentlemen. Between making the purchase numbers work for me and getting a more than fair offer on my trade in, the process was stress free. We made the 3 1/2 hour drive all the way from New Jersey, even though we have multiple Land Rover dealers within 10 miles of our home. That says it all. We love our 23 Velar. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Tom at Land rover columbia is an highly experienced associate with excellent customer service. He got my vehicle issued fixed ahead of schedule. I will take my vehicle there over and over again because I'm rest assured that I'm in a safe hands

John Goldring was the ULTIMATE professional. He was patient and professional, answering my questions and assisting me to setup and customize my vehicle prior to departing.He allowed me to roam around the dealership at my leisure, yet was always there when I needed him. I recently experienced significant inconvenience with my car maintenance. Despite spending nearly 10 days for routine maintenance during the holiday period, I encountered delays and a lack of communication. Upon returning for the same issue, I was charged again and faced additional delays without updates or responsiveness to my calls. It's unfortunate that my calls were intentionally blacklisted, exacerbating the frustration. Furthermore, after tire rotation at the shop, my tire lock key went missing at their shop, and nobody offered me a replacement, but they left me stranded. The offered appointment to address this issue was not for immediate resolution but merely to unlock it within three days. This experience reflects poor customer service, organizational disarray, and a lack of avenues for reporting concerns. Despite my attempts to escalate the matter, the director appears unavailable to address these issues promptly.

I live some distance from any dealer. After increasing disappointment with service in NoVa, I decided to give West Columbia a try. I am so glad I did. Having a long incumbent service manager versus a revolving door series makes a huge difference.I am not a mechanic, so not qualified to judge the specifics of the work; I can only say it was all done (regular service interval, battery replacement, rear brakes) with no hiccups, which has not always been the case elsewhere.My car, not new or a high end model, is mature (at the "what needs replacing?" stage), so I appreciated getting a "next time" forecast from Tom.I myself, also not a new or a high end model, am mature and appreciate being treated as a regular person - that is, with friendliness and consideration but none of the cringey behavior I have witnessed at some other area businesses.And being able to return home in a clean car provided some consolation for my clean pockets - something owning any expensive British car involves!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Mike always goes above and beyond when my car needs serviced or if I want it detailed. Once, when they didn t have anymore loaner cars, a staff member drove me home himself. My experience here has been amazing.

I have a used sports car advertised for sale online. Their representative, Nick, replied to my ad via FB messenger stating that their sales manager was interested in buying the car. Skeptical, I immediately replied back that I would not be interested in a wholesale offer. I understand the way the car business works... dealers generally buy cars at a lower price and sell them at retail for a profit. No problem, but I wasn't looking to sell the car at a discount. Nick assured me that this wasn't the case and that they intended to make an offer in line with my asking price and that they just needed to examine the car in person. Based on his assurances, I drove out there only for Nick's manager to do exactly what I thought... tell me that if I want the price I advertised, I would have to sell it privately. They, as a dealership, could not pay a retail price. No kidding!!The only thing I can say is that I don't think this was done maliciously. I believe it was an inexperienced and over-zealous car salesman who doesn't know what he's doing. Still, it was a completely avoidable waste of time for everyone including them! Again, THEY contacted me. I didnt ask them to buy the car. They responded to a private sale ad and then played games. Not good business!

I would highly recommend Range Rover, Jim , Coleman Columbia. Simone and Arnold are great. This is our fifth car from Jim Coleman. Service department is always friendly and nice.

I spoke with Tom Mathews in service today. I had concerns/questions with my Range Rover I recently purchased in another state. Mr. Tom answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. His patience and professionalism were stellar. When it s time for service on my vehicle, I will be contacting the service department at this location. Thanks for great customer service Mr. Tom

I never reviewed anyone in life but was force to drop a review here after my shocking experience today with one of the employee at Land Rover of West Columbia, particularly with the person in parts department, Michael.The level of unprofessionalism and deception I encountered during my dealings with him has left me utterly dissatisfied.Not only did michael racially abused me but he hung up on my 3 times denying me service totally based on my race.This experience has shattered my confidence in this dealer, and I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the refusal to honor commitments are indicative of a dealership that racialise peopleIn conclusion, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid the disappointment and frustration that I have endured.

I am compelled to share my incredibly disheartening experience with Land Rover of West Columbia, particularly with the salesman, John Goldring and Finance Director- Ron Spreet.I placed a deposit for a vehicle on Dec 20, trusting in the promises made by Mr. Goldring. Unfortunately, these promises turned out to be nothing more than empty words. The level of unprofessionalism and deception I encountered during my dealings with him has left me utterly dissatisfied.Not only did Mr. Goldring fail to deliver on the commitments he made regarding the purchase, but the dealership itself has been shockingly uncooperative in processing a refund for the deposit. Despite my persistent attempts to seek resolution, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from both Mr. Goldring and the dealership management is unacceptable.This experience has shattered my confidence in this dealer, and I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the refusal to honor commitments are indicative of a dealership that prioritizes profit over integrity.I am appalled by the overall lack of professionalism and responsibility displayed by John Goldring and Ron Spreet. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customers, and I feel compelled to share this warning with others who may be considering their services.In conclusion, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid the disappointment and frustration that I have endured.

Just brought in my NEW, used 2018 Range Rover Sport TD-6 for service. The service team was great as usuall. This is my third owned vehicle that I have serviced at LRWC. They fixed my DEF issue and sourced some of the parts via the Emissions Warranty, as the bumper-to-bumper warranty has expired. That was very nice of them to do and greatly appreciated.

Tom Matthews is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all things Land Rover. My 2018 Range Rover Sport Super Charged Dynamic is back running in tip top condition. So much so that other dealerships already want to buy it. They can t have it though lol.

It is a great place to buy a Land Rover or Range Rover. Everyone is very professional and super knowledgeable. There is an entirely new team there since two years ago. Larry S. is great and appreciate the attention from a smaller dealer. They are located halfway between DC and Baltimore.

Tom, in the service department, gives personal care and attention. Tom remembers our name and knows the details of our vehicle; he even answered the phone on his day off.The service dept. has a good turn around time and reaches out before they do any work. They also give options/priorities for repairs when the costs are expensive.

The guys in the service department at Land Rover of West Columbia did a great job servicing my vehicle. Peter Lewis and his team were wonderful. They made sure the issue was resolved and that I was satisfied with the work. They also kept me posted on the progress. They went above and beyond getting my car back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It's been a little bit late for the review but here I am. First of all, I'd like to thank Sam for helping me above and beyond of getting this sick red F-Type S, and I absolutely fall in love with the color combination of this car. For what the money is worth, this is probably the best configuration of F-Type I can get in East Coast with this amount of money and Approved Warranty. I'm enjoying this car every single minute I'm driving it and I'm going to keep this car for a long time to share to joy of owning the first true sports car in my life with my loved ones, my friends, and my community. I'd definitely recommend anyone who wants a quality Jaguar or Land Rover product to Jim Coleman Jaguar Land Rover.
