Bare minimum service, damaged my vehicle and are doing everything they can to avoid fixing it.For routine service, many reputable service centers will add a lot of 'nice-to-haves' such as topping off fluids, and maybe a quick vacuum or window cleaning. Not at Koons. An oil change is just an oil change, plus they'll take twice as long and charge you more than other locations.But the real reason for the 1-star review is because back in August their technician left my door open when lowering my truck off the lift and put several deep scratches in my door. Despite promises at the time to "make it right", they still haven't fixed it 4 months later and are now avoiding my calls.When I picked up my truck after the incident, Cassandra said I could bring it back the following Tuesday when their "paint guy" is in. I asked for there to be an appointment in their system so whoever was there that day would know it was to repair damage caused by Koons, but she dismissed the idea because she's "always there". After several minutes of pulling teeth, I got her to write a note, but no appointment.I come back on Tuesday and sure enough, Cassandra is nowhere to be found and no one present knows about them being responsible for the damage (despite the note). The rep there at the time recommended I call back later to get things sorted out, so I left.After several rounds of phone tag leading nowhere, I requested an appointment online. A couple days later I got a voicemail from Keith stating they wouldn't be able to accommodate the day I chose, but he'll call me back when he had a time that would work. He even left his cell phone number! Which he never answers, nor responds to voicemails or texts.November came and I was due for an oil change. So I again went online and requested an appointment, adding that I also needed my door fixed. They accepted, but when I showed up they stated the damage was worse than they remembered, so they will have to coordinate with a 3rd party body shop for repairs. Cassandra assured me Keith was working on it, and he'd give me a call later that day to let me know when I could come back. (SPOILER: he never called)So I went back online and requested another appointment a couple weeks out to give them plenty of time to figure things out. The day before the requested date, I had a missed call from Koons (didn't leave a message), so I called back. The rep stated she was just calling to let me know I was due for an oil change (just got one 3 weeks prior at this location, but okay) and when I inquired about my appoint the next day, she said there was nothing in the system, but she'd leave a message on Keith's desk to call me back first thing the following day. (If you guessed that he never called, you'd be right!)So now I'm here in December with some giant scratches in my door, freshly packed with salt brine from the recent snowfall, starting an insurance claim because Koons Clarksville has a complete lack of integrity.

I enjoyed having my car picked up and delivered home so I didn't have to sit at the dealership. Service Advisor Dave is always fair and honest to work with, only doing required work. My car's entire service history had been maintained by the Service Team and I feel comfortable that I'm not getting scammed. Great job.

The service team is amazing. I have been given the run around with other service centers for a transmission issue under warranty. They were able to fix my car within 3 business days and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend this service center and ask for Mr. Dave if you have a warranty repair. He will keep it real with you before you leave your vehicle. No catches or gimmicks.

WOW!!! Incredible staff everyone was pleasant. Showroom and service area was nice. Even the head manager I believe the GM of the store came up to introduce himself and make sure everything was going well. I have felt with a ton of dealerships even a ton of Koons but this location was next level kindness helping and making sure all is well. You can tell because the GM has set the standard there, the staff follows. I was there for a simple oil change. They treated me like I was buying one of those fancy cars in the showroom. 5 stars fromme, keep up the good work team.

We had a great experience with this place. They took care of my car and all the hassle with our warranty in a timely manner. I really liked the daily updates from Cassandra. She made me feel like I was in good hands. I was able to get my truck back in just a matter of days right before the holidays!

My Service Advisor, Dave Hammond was excellent as usual. I called him about my Equinox on Tuesday, was given an appointment on Wednesday and my car was repaired and I picked it up on Thursday. It's riding smoothly and there's no more rattling sound.

There's a problem with every service. Guaranteed to get the appointment wrong even with an email confirmation. Guaranteed to mess up the concierge service with either the pickup time, drop off time or both. Guaranteed to request payment for work covered by extended warranty even if they confirm they have the warranty information. The service rep never knows what's going on and always has a ton of excuses for why she disappears every service or she doesn't know where my car is. Same experience with my husband's car. No idea why it's like this every single time. They are very polite and do the work but they really seem to not want our business.

David Wright sold me a brand new Chevy Trailblazer with a great rate in about an hour! The gentleman in financing got me in and out with paperwork in like 12 minutes if that. I was so impressed with the technology and smooth transaction. It was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. They even helped me get my rental returned. I recently came in for my first maintenance on the TB, and Kacey Burris had me in and out with oil change, rotation, and multipoint inspection in less than 90 minutes. Service advisor was as alway a top notch.The service scheduling system appears to be new and it s less than satisfactory - this is the cause of the 4-star rating.The scheduling app overbooked appointments and had to wait nearly 4 hours for a routine oil change/tire maintenanceOtherwise, my service advisor kept me informed and apologized with sincerity for the scheduling application debacle and the unprecedented wait time.

I love the service that I received at the Koons Chevrolet and Clarksville Maryland. The service was excellent. The timing was excellent and the people was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this too all my friends. This was a very good experience

The Koons Chevrolet service center in Clarksville is a very professional environment. The service woman I I dealt with was very professional. She explained everything to me and gave me advice on future dates for my vehicle. I find her service to be excellent. I would recommend this dealership for service on any Chevrolet product. Or GMC.

Al in the service department was very helpful in getting my truck in the do an alignment and align my steering wheel on short notice. I went to them as they have always taken pretty good care of me and their service department is top notch!

Update 1/18/24 - I called the number that was provided two days in a row and it goes straight to a mailbox. Koons, you can pull my customer record and call me if you want to make it right.Had open warranty items on my vehicle, so brought it in to the closest dealership. I would be going somewhere other than Koons if I was paying.Part wasn t ordered in time for my original service date. So had to reschedule, but they didn t tell me until last minute.Got my vehicle back and now need to go back for fixes to two of the four repairs.Dealership didn t offer to come get my vehicle, just said they would fix it when I brought it back. So it s going to cost me more time and gas.Not cool Koons.

I had Koons GMC remove and replace a fuel filter on my Diesel truck, they charged me $231. That is highway robbery! I feel they price gouge at every opportunity! I will find a different mechanic or I will do the maintenance myself.

Koons Clarksville Chevrolet did an excellent job repairing my 2017 Chevy Volt. The diagnosis and complex repair were fast and the car is operating normally. All Chevrolet service centers are not equal when it comes to my vehicle. Staff was friendly and responsive also.

Mt first time there I had a bad experience at another dealership. When I pulled in I was greeted by David Hammond he made my day and made me feel alot better,he took great care of me and made me feel alot better. First off. If a customer has an issue like a nail in their tire. Maybe you should bring the customer out to actually see the issue. I don't know if I had a nail in my tire . I didn't have a problem with it until I got in for serviceThe mechanic left a brand new oil filter in my passenger seat. Did your mechanic change my oil???He didn't replace my valve stem covers.Unfortunately for me I still have to ride an hour for this service .I was in the automotive industry for 40 yrs. and the service I recieved was 2 stars .Maybe mpre like one 1star..Waited for2 and a half houts for this. They also scratched the front panel on my truck.

As always, Kacey in the Koons service department and team delivered, and did so with a very quick turnaround. She stays on top of her customers repairs, effectively communicates throughout the process, and advocates for her customers when it comes to warranty and service agreement claims. Everything I asked to be done was done so very quickly and efficiently. I had an oil change, which sometimes can take over an hour or so. Depends on how busy they are. But they took care of me and I was in and out within an hour. Hadn't even put my earbuds in until the service rep. came and told me they were done!
