Recently traded in my Ram 2500 and picked up a F-250 from Koons. The pricing was very fair and I felt I got a good deal, the truck was priced very competitively compared to surrounding dealers all and all I felt it was a good price for the amount of truck I was getting. I did have a couple hiccups with tires and a bed cover that were worked into the deal however we were able to work through those (I ended up taking a loss on the tires, no fault of my salesman Randy). Randy was excellent to work with and made the process a breeze, I drove 3 hours to buy this truck and would make the drive again to do business.

The process of buying my car from beginning to end was superior. Corina, Isha and Jordan were efficient and took their time explaining all the little details that can become confusing real quick. I had a fantastic experience at Koons Chevrolet Buick GMC Clarksville! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly (specially our sales person Karen), knowledgeable, and eager to help. The dealer took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the car-buying process with patience and expertise. The showroom was clean and well-organized, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. I ended up finding the perfect truck at a great price, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Can't speak for their sales staff, but if they are anything like their service staff, I'd avoid this place.Back in August their service staff left several large scratches in my door, and after four months of phone tag and me stopping by to get it resolved, they still haven't fixed it. So if you do buy here, at least do yourself a favor and find a reputable service center to take it to. You can see my full 1-star review of their service on their page.

I came in for an oil change and general check-up service that includes my tire rotation on Saturday, April 6, 2024. In the past, I have had trouble getting the tires rotated during my service, so I made sure to mark my tires. This time when I noticed the hubcap had not been moved to the back, I notified the staff and he said that he had rotated them himself. So that was fine. But today, I was on my way to work and noticed that the oil change sticker they placed in the windshield had far less miles on it than I brought the car in with. I brought my vehicle in at 90,778 miles and my sticker says to return the vehicle for an oil change 9/3/2024 or if the mileage reaches 85,778. Also, I asked the attendant that checked me in to make sure they are diligent with the brake assessment because I keep hearing grinding and squealing with my brakes. I saw my car sitting out front, but no one had called me, so I went to the front desk to see if I had missed someone calling me and I had not. So no one spoke with me about my brakes, yet I continue to hear the noise. This was a mediocre visit, at best.

I had gone to several other dealerships that couldn t or wouldn t find me the car I wanted. Koons Clarksville understands customer service! Stephanie found my new car when everyone else couldn t! (I just wanted red, I don t know why that was so hard) Everyone at Koons Clarksville was amazing and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you again Stephanie!!

David, our sales manager was attentive without being pushy and super responsive! My husband was pretty decisive on what he was looking for and due to the auto industry shortages, it would be difficult to find the Yukon Denali he wanted and we couldn t wait the significant time required for a new build. David continued to stay in contact and when there was something else that checked all the boxes he would call. We ended up with a beautiful Tahoe High Country that exceeded expectations. Ray, the GM came out to meet us and even the finance director was super supportive (he even gave our son baseball tips). Overall we were very pleased with the experience. David gets 5 stars for not being your typical car dealer !!

As soon as I walked in the door, it was a different experience from the other dealerships I had visited during my car buying process. I felt very welcomed and the staff was extremely accommodating. As a first-time car buyer, I heard all about the terrors of negotiating the best price, but that was not the case here. The salespeople were transparent and open to answering any questions. I felt like they were actually interested in giving me the best deal out there.

Came in, was greeted right away by multiple people and then directed to David who helped explain what was going to happen to my car. Then he showed me the waiting area and I got a text from him as soon as I sat down letting me know I could text him with questions if I had them. The service took a while but I did some work in their waiting area so that was fine. Afterwards they told me what to expect about the next steps and was very excited to hear that I was still on the list for the battery replacement that I've been waiting years for. Fingers crossed that happens soon!

I was happy until I got home and figured out that they threw in a hidden cost. But it s my fault for not catch it after I drove 3 hours from NJ. They are no different than other car dealers. Just need to pay attention and read between the lines. Love the truck though. Ill get over the feeling of being burnt in a month or so. Salesman was great.

I was VERY happy with not only my Saleswoman Corina, but with the entire staff at Koons in Clarksville. Although I initially went to test drive a very nice Fire Explorer XLT & Jeep Cherokee Limited, I ended up purchasing an Acura TLX A-Spec which I am VERY PLEASED with. Corina was very patient with me in my indecisiveness & did all she could to ensure I was comfortable and wasn t rushed. The finance team was also great in finding a lender who would not only finance my not-so-great credit, but were also able to get me the payment I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend if you re looking for your next car to check our Corina at Koons Chevrolet in Clarksville, MD!

We came to Koons Clarksville this morning because we were in the market for a new and larger family hauler. We had a BMW X& but with three teens and all of their stuff, we were squeezed in there like sardines.The vehicle we'd zeroed in on was GMC Yukon AT4 XL. (Go big or go home.) We'd looked at other full-sized SUVs and we felt the AT4 checked more of the boxes for us without breaking the bank.We had a wonderful experience this morning with our purchase at Koons Clarksville. We worked with David and he made our experience so easy. The trade-in of our vehicle was extremely simple. David gave us a thorough walkthrough of the AT4 and even encouraged our daughter to climb in and get comfortable (She had all the details for her siblings). David was friendly, and informative and took care of us every step of the way.Koons' finance department was great as well. They worked with us to find the best possible financing, all things considered.We were in and out of the dealership in under 2 1/2 hours.I'm so excited to have our new vehicle and I can't wait for our first family trip.Thanks, David and Koons Clarksville for 5-star service, start to driving off the lot.

We recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Bolt from Koons Chevrolet in Clarksville. The salesman I worked with, "Moose" Ibrahim, was helpful, well informed, and honest. The process was relatively quick, transparent, and painless. Koons respected the online quote for my trade-in and was clear about all fees. I think the $500 "dealer processing fee" should be included in the listed price, but all dealers do this so I can't fault Koons for this. Overall, it was a good experience & I would work with Moose & Koons again.

Don t go if you re trying to trade something. When I sat down, I told them what a bad experience I had with Hyundai. I told them they weren t going to give me enough for my trade. I was told because I was trading in one GM product for another, I would qualify for some discounts and incentives. That was a lie. They offered me $4000 less than the trade in value on my car. I have been in auto lending for 15 years. I pulled my trade value from three different sources before I went in. My car is in perfect condition. I didn t qualify for any additional discounts or incentives because I am not a first responder or in the military. All that stood between us making a deal was $3000. If they can offer thousands of dollars in discounts, I am not sure why we couldn t make a deal. This would have been my third purchase from a Koons Dealership. Now, they ve lost a customer for Koons and GM as a whole.Also, they love using NADA/J.D. Power to value their cars for sale, but say that the same source is not accurate when it comes to valuing a trade.

Gustavo was awesome. Also associates and sales managers are very courteous.Everyone stayed late till 9:30PM to close the sale.Didn't like the finance manager. He had bad attitude. I offered them yo come back the next day but all wanted to make a sale, but the finance manager. Didn't ask for any special discount from him. I walked in with my own finance the next day and he was still in a hurry... Over all he just had a bad attitude :(

I was super pleased with my experience purchasing a Tesla Model Y from Koons Clarksville. Their internet sales manager David Wright is definitely the man to work with! He was fair and transparent the entire time, no games, and got me a great deal even when the car I was using as a comparison at another dealership had already sold (and yes I verified). A lot of salespeople would have gone for the gotcha at that point, but David still honored his word and got me the deal I needed. Entire experience was fast as well! F&I was great, very modern and also transparent, even got me a better interest rate than the financing I had secured prior to coming in and I was surprised because that was already the lowest rate I had seen. Definitely let Koons and Dave Wright take care of you and drive away happy like I did!!

Zaki was excellent!! Excellent customer service, patient and knowledgeable. He showed me the car and explained all features and help to set up everything in the car though it was at the end of day few minutes to close but he was patient and made easy for me to make my decision. The whole transaction was smoothly done and whole Koons @ Clarksville team that was there that day from manager and finance were all amazing.

I met Hamza a few days before I purchased my Yukon Denali. My son and I test drove the vehicle and were very impressed. More impressive was the approach Hamza took in our interest. He wasn't forceful or intrusive. We texted and finally I brought my trade in to be evaluated. The Koons team did great in getting me the best bargain and then rest is history.
