I was contacted by Seth who wanted to buy my 17 Expedition. I told him my situation and brought the car in to be valued. Meanwhile, Arthur showed me a couple of vehicles and we got to work on the numbers. The whole process was quick and no fluff. At no point did I feel pressured or that they didn t care about my concerns. Tim was able to get me into a 23 Accord at a price I was happy with. This was a team effort that required creativity cause my situation wasn t great. I m very happy with my car and my experience there was part of the reason I decided to sign the papers.

I brought my car in for a warning light on the dash. It was a tricky problem caused by a rodent! They were able to figure it out the same day, as well as performing scheduled maintenance, while automatically applying all available current offers. They took the extra step to suggest i contact my insurance, and the rodent damage is covered. I appreciate all that, the thorough investigation, the quick service, the proactive advice which is saving me money, the automatic application of discount offers, and especially the responsive communication. And the head of the dealership stopped by to say hello! Great service and Great people at this dealership.

We just leased a 2023 Honda CR-V from Jim Coleman Honda and it was the best experience we have had with a dealership in many years. Mike Tavenner and Andy Herbert were friendly, responsive and respectful. My wife, Carolyn, and I enjoyed every step of the process and truly felt like we can away with a good deal, a beautiful vehicle and a new favorite dealership. Check them out.

Went in for an issue with vibration during acceleration and an MD state inspection. Had extended warranty and Jim Coleman made that seamless. I have to say, though, I think they overcharged for the MD state inspection. They charged me $209 for it when I read online that the average is around $100. Either way, the service was good and the front staff was friendly and helpful. Just wish I went somewhere else for the MD state inpsection

Worst experience with President Membership. I had 2 oil change, 2 alignment and 2 while glove services left in my membership but since my financial program has expired, folks says President Membership is also expired and I can't use the services for which I had paid upfront as part of the membership fee. They don't remind you that you have so and so services left in your membership so use it before it expires and they actually let it expire so you pay again if you need service. This is utter ridiculous. Stay away from this folks. There are plenty other better service providers.

Unhelpful staff, overpriced services, my 2018 Honda Accord AC has noise issues and they try to convince me it's normal and nothing to do about it... They charge fees for diagnosis and their technician can't figure it out nor fix the issue but they still charge me.

Went in there a week ago to get a Honda Civic for my cousin Abby. Walter Sohn helped us locate the perfect car. Walter was friendly and not pushy at all. Very good customer service.

Prices are insane but if you need a part and they have it now without shipping or waiting the 30% gets less aggravating. The staff are always great that's worth 10%
