I've been been here several times now and have been happy with each experience. They recommend services based off milage however, never pressuring you to do any. Makes me feel comfortable while having a sense of trust in the service people. Mr Sean was very professional and honest behind the counter, he's rung me up for services prior as well. Thank you for the exceptional service Jiffy Lube crew.

This was the best and most HONEST Jiffy Lube experience!! All of the staff were friendly and Sean was very professional, helpful and informative! I appreciate the honesty and visuals of what can happen if I don t take care of my car properly! This is MY NEW LOCATION! They were fast, professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!! You can tell that it s not just about the money and I appreciate that!!!!!

Rating is based on this: it is hard to know whether I really needed all that was added on top of my basic oil change. I wish I had more visibility into where the recommendations are coming from. The staff was very customer focused and friendly. Even so, next time I ll go to my mechanic for an oil change in case there is anything else I might need.

This past Friday, I took my Chevy Volt to this Jiffy Lube for an oil, filter change, and tire rotation. I was told that I needed new brakes and rotors and was quoted over $500 for the job (I don't remember the exact amount). I declined because I sometimes do these type of things myself. I'm attaching pictures of the current condition of my brakes. The pictures show rear right and left brakes Jiffy Lube was going to charge me over $500 to replace. Do these look like they need replacing to you? Judge for yourself what may have transpired at this business. Based on their brake recommendation, I am now questioning whether this place actually rotated my tires and changed my oil and filter. I didn't see them do it, and I don't trust them.Services: Tires, Oil change

What a great place! I didn't give it 5 stars only because the greeter , walked up to my car with a mouthful of food, and when he saw my pack of cigarettes in the vehicle he asked for one? Ive been coming here for about 2 years now and have always had the best service. Maybe he is a new employee in training because I've never seen him before. Still the best place to get your car taken care of in the neighborhood! The prices are reasonable, and everyone there is polite and professional!Services: Tires, Oil change

They advertise how quick their service is but it took 3 hours for them to change my oil, refill my brake fluid, and rotate my tires. And then they didn t even bother to reset the oil life message on my car. I had to look that up and do it myself.

Great service by the management. I had a problem with an oil light. They checked everything for me and confirmed that everything looked fine. It s likely a bad sensor but it gave me the assurance that Jiffy Lube takes their customer satisfaction very seriously and want to help. I have 8 vehicles serviced by the Clarksville shop and will continue to do so.

The Jiffy Lube in Clarksville provides professional and exceptionally friendly service. In addition to the oil change, they efficiently fixed a loose cover underneath the car's chassis. Furthermore, they topped off the coolant, ensuring the vehicle's optimal performance post-service. I highly recommend their services.

I don't know the names of the crew at Jiffy Lube on 108 near 32, but these guys are exceptional. I've used other JLs elsewhere and I've discovered that they aren't equal in quality and the Clarksville JL is the best. I've been going here for years now.

I called to ask if they do tire rotations, the person who answered the call said yes and immediately hung up. When I got there, after they got my vehicle and keys and once I was in the waiting room I was told that the person who does tire rotation "just left" AND was the same person who answered my call and hung up. They wasted my time driving all the way there because the tire rotation guy wanted to leave early instead of telling me on the phone to come the next day.

Brought my car in for a nail. They told me there was no nail. I went back they tried to claim it was my sensor. Took it to Honda, big nail in same tire.

I came to get an oil change later in the evening. They were short staffed and did an excellent job of working together to get the work done. The manager was very friendly and honest which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend this location for servicing your vehicle

This place is great especially Jose (I believe that's his name). I had to cancel a couple of other places due to not accommodating a light bulb issue. The oil changes are also much less than I pay at other places (I have a modern Camaro). They even filled my tires with air without me asking. The technicians did not complete the work. A tool was left in the car. They also did not replace the cover to the air filter compartment. Car was left unattended in parking lot with window down.
