We found a car that my son loved (it s his first car) We conducted our research before going to the dealership. Tom Greene was our salesman. Given we did all of our homework prior to going, there was not much for him to do. He was personable and very honest. My son liked a few cars outside of what he was looking at online and Mr Greene explained the pros and cons of the other vehicles. Mr Greene also explained to my son the responsibilities of driving which was heart felt. The issues that I had were all of the extra added money, they nickled and dimed us. Also, I put the car in my name, I have excellent credit and the financing options were not that great, I ll probably see if I can use Navy Federal. Lastly, there are no incentives that can be used when buying a used car. No military, no Federal Employee...nada. The experience was fine and Mr Green was great. Jackie in finance was wonderful...he still owes me a parting gift a cup or SOMETHING

The service at this location is absolutely amazing. Used cars had plenty of top quality options to choose from. I'm sure I would've been more than satisfied no matter what I purchased. However, after speaking to Antonio and then working with Rajni, I decide to spurge for a brand new vehicle. Meet WINTER :)

2019 Volvo V90.Update 3:FINALLY, after 81 days post purchase of what was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, I finally received my permanent plates. I'm still waiting on my phone call from the GM. It's clear my customer number is more important than my customer name.Update 1: They failed to get their paperwork squared away when they bought the vehicle at auction, and I only found out about this issue when I had to email and call them the day my temp tags expired.Update 2: My purchase experience was as follows. Every event is 100% factual and objectively true. After dealing with the used vehicle sales dept for approx three weeks, it was established that I would fly in from out of state on 1 June to purchase the vehicle (while also being pressured multiple times to come in on the 31st to buy the vehicle instead). During my phone conversations, I was assured by a sales manager that I would be met at the airport (that was only 15-20 minutes away) and that I could use the drive back as the test drive and roll right into signing papers and be on my way. As I continued to communicate my travels to my sales rep, I was still under the impression that I would be met and picked up at the airport. Once I landed, this apparently fell through as I called my sales rep to let them know I had landed, and they were assuming I would get some other ride to the dealership. (I'm guessing the sales manager either gave me lip service or never relayed this to the sales rep). 30 minutes later, after some back and forth, I was finally picked up at the airport and proceeded to drive the vehicle back to the dealership.Upon arriving, I did a walk around on the vehicle only to discover a damaged tire. ( Mind you, they had this vehicle on their lot for 4+months and never "noticed" the issue) Refusing to sign any purchase papers until the issue was corrected, I was then forced to wait 24 hours until the tire replacement was complete. Although they gave me a 2022 accord hybrid as a rental, this vehicle had the TPMS warning light on, with one of the tires being 7 psi lower than the others.On June 2nd at 11am, I was told the tire was replaced and was ready for me to sign papers. I arrived back to the dealership around 1 p.m. and when I got there, the vehicle was NOT ready, as previously stated. Also, during my 3 weeks of communication, I specifically told the finance department that I was open to their financing options. However, I was exploring multiple banks for the best rate and options.When 3 p.m. rolled around, and I was finally sitting in the finance manager's office they brought the paperwork out, showing only their bank rate as the only option for me to sign a loan for. When I question them about this and how I had another bank that had reach out to them they're only response was "well our rate is lower so you should go with us" and then when I pushed the issue about going for the other bank rate they insisted that the $300 "discount" they were going to offer me on the sale of the vehicle they would have to add back in to the total price.There were a few more back and forth that were discussed between me and the finance manager (that should all be recorded on their system) I finally gave in and agreed to sign the papers and the only reason I agreed was because the car that I was buying was the only version of this car that was available for sale at the time in the country, or I would have taken my business elsewhere in a heartbeat.When papers were signed, I told the finance manager that I still had a few months left on my old vehicle license plate and that I wished to transfer that plate to this new vehicle (plus the next year of registration)(DIDN'T HAPPEN). I also told him that I was very displeased with my entire customer experience and that I was expecting a call from either the general manager or somebody higher up in the chain that I could address my concerns to. Mind you I purchased this vehicle on a Saturday so I was willing to wait til Monday to have that conversation.

Haven't bought a car in years and I must say buying here was a pleasure. All of the people from the sales manager, the finance guy, and Ba Ba our salesman we're up front, informative and friendly. Don't be put off by the stickers on the window these people want to sell cars and never said no to any of my requests. If your looking for a used car and want to feel good and confident with your purchase you won't be disapointed.

I was referred to this location by a friend of mine who purchased from them. I called and spoke to Antonio and told him a specific car that I was looking for. He tracked down the vehicle at another location and had it delivered to this location for me. That's a different service and and I'll be contacting him when I'm ready again.

Took my little sister to test drive a car for her first car purchase. Note, my family, including myself have bought 4 vehicles from the new car sales dealership next door in the past 2 years (they re great). I can t say the same for this used car partner dealership. Took my sister to test drive a Toyota Camry they had on the lot and JOHN was the rudest and quite most awkward salesman (Middle aged African American was wearing a plaid shirt)( just in case I got his name wrong) I ve ever dealt with. He kept asking me multiple times if the price of the car was okay when I clearly said over and over again we can talk about it AFTER we test drive the car. Then he proceeds to roll his eyes at me. Our family has test drove about 20 cars in that auto park and never once were we asked for our insurance card to test drive a vehicle, Just our drivers license. I had my policy number but not the card itself. We were all in the car ready to test drive but since I didn t have to card, he tells us to get out of the car and had the audacity to ask if I wanted reschedule after his treatment towards us. If my sister liked that car I was ready to write a check that moment. She and I were so upset we said no to the rescheduling and just left. I honestly don t understand how he is a salesman. If you do go to this dealership. Stay away from this salesman if he even lasts long there.

Checking online for a new vehicle. Found one I liked at Antwerpen. When it came down to the fine print.. they wanted to add nearly $2500 additional profit in the form of fees. How can any dealer stay in business if this is how they treat customers. Definitely a shady dealer. Don't let them get away with that. Do like me and take your business elsewhere. REALLY... OK a lot of dealers get away with charging you an additional $500 for paperwork.. A HUGE RIPOFF ... but then they want to sell you a USED car and make you pay up to $2000 additional as a "reconditioning fee". LOL COME ON FOLKS... STOP RIPPING unsuspecting people off.
