Great experience, worked with Sam, Ricky and Nicole. Everyone was nice and helpful, as our little girls were getting restless with the car buying experience hehe. Everyone stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable driving our new car home. I would definitely recommend working with this team!

Antwerpen has always done right by us. We have bought 3 vehicles from them and we also have them service our vehicles as well. My go-to service rep Jay is as professional and kind as they come. The waiting area is comfortable and I really enjoy a complementary latte from the coffee machine while I wait. Service is always top notch and is done in a very reasonable amount of time. There is always communication if the mechanic crew find any issues. This is a transparent and top notch place to go for sales and service. Thanks Antwerpen crew!

This was my first experience purchasing a car, and I'm glad it was with Antwerpen Toyota! My partner and I flew in from out-of-state to check it out and drive it back down the east coast. Peter graciously picked us up from the airport early in the morning, drove us to the dealership and got us sorted away. The finance manager we met with was also pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I'm in love with my car!

Buying a car, typically about as enjoyable as a visit to the dentist, was actually painless and seamless at this dealership.Everyone was friendly and they seemed to genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable throughout the process.I tend be super indecisive and have tons of questions. They were patient with me and helped me cipher through the seemingly endless options and choose a car that fit my preferences, budget, and my specific needs.Tommy was my main sales guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Even the finance guy was cool. He took his time to explain the options and help me make an informed decision. I trult felt heard and cared for and left with a clear understanding that I got the best deal for me. Shout out to Kim in Management! I am grateful to everyone who helped me at Antwerpen. We did not have a good experience with this place last year. Their sales department is very shady. They never answer the phone and never call back after leaving messages. Just beware when you re buying a vehicle and make sure you know what all the charges are. Thankfully we were able to get refunded, but it wasn t without a fight.

Purchasing my automobile from Antwerpen Pre-Owned was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! We were there with our newborn and the manager Johnny Kinney made the purchase fast & hassle-free. We are very happy with our purchase and I am officially sold on Toyotas not only because of the car but the wonderful experience I had here. I will always come back to this dealership to purchase my cars, and we will look for Johnny Kinney!

I had a great experience working with my Salesman, Zander Baker. He worked a great deal for me and colluded to set up a surprise delivery for my daughter, complete with a bow on the car's hood. I could not have asked for a better experience. All of the paperwork was basically handled before my arrival. I only had to come in and sign the paperwork. We were in and out in less than one hour. I highly recommend Zander and Antwerpen Toyota. Thank You!!

Update-I bought a car and came in when they called me for my permanent tags and they took off my temp tags on 1/31/23. Heads up, I started getting multiple tickets on the temp tags I returned to Toyota. The car buying experience soon became terrible because of how they handled it and acted like it was my fault, and I needed to fix it myself. I have still not been reimbursed on tickets I paid from the stolen temp tags from the Antwerpen facility. I had to get a manager because customer service blamed it on me. I still have not even received a reply from my last email. I would not recommend buying a car there due to poor customer service.

After a heavy snow, I contacted Toyota Servicing for a refresher on my Highlander s gear change buttons. Josue in the Service Department emailed me the driver s manual, and identified the pages in the manual that explained each button. He added further explanation that I actually understood, and gave me examples of driving conditions that would warrant the use of each button. Sincere thanks, Josue, for your time, consideration, and patience!

Antwerpen Toyota is truly the best in every department. Josue in service always makes my routine service appointments convenient, pleasant, and seamless.On 4/7/23 I brought my mom s car in for service. While waiting, my son Elijah with high functioning autism, who s fascinated with lights and anything Toyota, became fixated on a silver keychain in the Toyota store. I wasn t prepared to buy anything, so I asked the employee Roberto if he had a spare silver keychain but there were none. Instead, he gave him a Toyota tee shirt which made him very happy, but he still wanted the silver keychain.We browsed the sales area, and all the staff were so kind, allowing me to video record my son pretending to be a Toyota car salesman the way he used to pretend as a child. This was such a cool experience for him to be able to open and close the doors of new vehicles in the showroom as he described each car. The manager Antonio was amazing! He gave Elijah a plastic Antwerpen license tag holder and two paper placemats with images of cars on them. He went above and beyond, moving boxes to find him a keychain, but there weren t any. The sales lady Myah stepped up to the plate and gave him her last light-up keychain, and the salesman Ola went out of his way to give him some sunglasses. He was very appreciative of everything; but still wanted the silver keychain.I stopped in the finance office for a sales printout. Jesse was super kind and unexpectedly gave Elijah a cool Maryland keychain and a couple of Toyota brochures. Although Elijah was ecstatic, he still wanted the silver keychain.When the car was ready, we went to the cashier to checkout. Jamal was awesome allowing Elijah to take pictures near the checkout area as if he were an employee. This was a dream come true for my son who can now reflect and cherish that moment, but he was super anxious and hyper focused on the silver keychain since we were about to leave.While driving, Elijah started having a tantrum over the silver keychain. I stopped by the Toyota used car dealership across the street to ask if they had any silver key chains lying around. A new sales manager named Sky, greeted me with a big smile. I explained the situation and he allowed Elijah to come in and take pictures next to all their showroom cars while he checked for keychains. When Sky returned with no keychain, I sensed Elijah s distress. Then Sky did the absolute unexpected. He walked Elijah and I back over to the dealership store and he purchased Elijah the silver keychain of his choice with the aid of Mark who happily assisted. Omg! I can t explain how Sky saved the day. My son has autism with behavior challenges. I knew if he didn t get the silver keychain, he would have a major meltdown in the car which would have led to an unsafe drive home. Instead, it was the most peaceful drive, and I was smiling the whole time as he fumbled through his trick-or-treat bag of treasures provided by the staff.I want to sincerely thank all the employees at Antwerpen Toyota Clarksville for their kindness, understanding and compassion toward my son, and a special thank you to Sky for going the extra mile to accommodate him. I can see staff being overly nice to an autistic child, but Elijah is 20 years old, and they were just as kind and compassionate toward him as if he were a toddler. The statistics show that 85% of individuals with autism are unemployed which includes the high functioning population. I m in the process of starting a vocational/research residential school for students with high functioning autism; car sales and service is one of the careers that is part of the curriculum. I m hoping that my school can partner with Antwerpen Toyota in some capacity because they have truly demonstrated a real heart for the autism community. You have no idea what this type of kindness means. I can t thank you all enough for making an autism mom s life a truckload lighter that day. We will NEVER forget this experience. I use their service center and its always a pleasant experience. Yale the service advisor was very welcoming and professional. He was understanding that I couldn't do all the work today and helped me to prioritize what needed to be done. I drive over 30mins to come here. Always a good experience. It was very quick as well.

After my car was totaled on the way back to Maryland. Kim understood the importance of getting me into a dependable and affordable car that can get me safely back and forth to Virginia every weekend so I can visit my younger sister with brain cancer. Kim saw me as a unique person with my own story not just for my money. He cared.Also, Nicole is the best. She makes buying a car fun. I enjoyed spending my time test driving cars with her. She is also honest and has your best interest at heart.

Fast, friendly, fair and fortunate are the words I would use to describe my experience at Antwerpen Toyota. The sales person I worked with, Michael, was fast and friendly. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. The finance manager was low pressure and friendly. The price we paid for the 2023 Highlander was fair considering the crazy automobile market these days. Overall, I feel fortunate to have found the highlander I wanted and to work with the Antwerpen team.

EDIT: See update below.8/13/22 tire installation. 3 stars.Summary: Knowledgeable service advisor, poor customer service of cashiers, technician left grease stains on cloth seats.My experience with Toyota Antwerpen was great in some aspects and lacking in others.Pros:> Yale Tindell (service advisor): I appreciate him explaining which tires would best fit my preferences and then later honoring the price match guarantee on both the tires and the wheel alignment. (5 stars)Drawbacks:> The cashiers were not at all friendly (borderline rude). When I asked to see the service invoice (which explains what services were completed with costs) before I paid, the cashier appeared annoyed and continued to have an attitude with me after I spoke to Yale about the invoice. (deduct 1 star)> Whoever was working on my car left grease stains on my seat and car door (deduct another star).Overall, this experience could have been great but it was soured by rude cashiers and a careless technician. Not sure if I ll recommend this service department to others or return.8/19/22 Update: Laura (customer service representative) and Yale reached out to apologize for the experience that I had. They offered a full detail car wash. I am happy to report that the detail turned out quite well and that I accept your apology. Thank you for making this situation right.

Had an absolute wonderful experience here - from start to finish. I brought my Mother in yesterday afternoon - I was there to assist her in purchasing a new car. My Mother has early on-set Dementia. Everyone there was so accommodating - from the front desk woman to the managers as we were leaving.We were there 2.5 hours - things take more time with my Mother. However, their patience - lighthearted (yet concise) communication - professionalism - knowledge - and overall customer service made the entire process a pleasure, when it can certainly be very overwhelming and stressful in many circumstances with my Mother.She even eft with a bag of chips and orange juice that the salesman JC purchased for her in their vending machines! Because she was so hungry. JC was our direct salesman and I do not think I have ever met a more patient and professional car salesman.Bells and whistles!

It was time for my 2011 Prius' 100,000-mile service, and the mechanic did the usual thorough job of checking all the important items on quite a long list. It included the amount of brake lining and tire tread remaining for each wheel, which I appreciated learning.

I have a brand new Tacoma making a grinding noise ... Brought it here and the master mechanic said that he heard it also... Had my truck for 4 days and said they couldn't figure it out. Now its getting worse and my warranty is expiring..If you have any serious issues where you want someone to actually look at your vehicle thoroughly and diagnose a problem do not take it here..They obviously are not dedicated enough to look into the problem further to find out the cause of it because it is definitely a problem....Just trying to save all the other Toyota owners out there a big hassle if they have a problem with their vehicle do not take it here

When I was in the market for a new car, like most, I went through the all the dealers within a 500 mile radius and looked through all options that fit my criteria - a tedious process to say the least!I couldn t have been more lucky than to speak with Yomi, who is one of the most passionate salespeople I have ever met (and definitely the most across all the dealerships I ve called). Simply put, he was a champion for my entire buying process. A thoughtful listener and *efficient* negotiator if I might add! He is the person you want to speak to when you call up the dealership to get what you want. He s got my highest regards.Thank you to Yomi and the entire crew for the experience, and I can only hope others will share my same experience.So do I need to remind you to ask for Yomi the next time you call Antwerpen Toyota?
