Very nice people here, CJ was very kind helping me and my friend look at cars.They can be a little forward with trying to get you to buy the car that same day, but that's to be expected.

I had to bring my car into the service department today, and was very pleased with the helpfulness of the service advisor Joseph. I have not had great experiences at other dealerships, but this one was actually nice. I felt that my time and goals were respected.

One of those mechanics that try to pile stuff onto your bill, not trustworthy at all. My car is still under warranty and the sunroof stopped working. They won't cover it because the reason it broke was that I didnt use it enough, otherwise they wanted $1000. Most ridiculous thing I ever heard that the lack of use as an owners fault. They lubricated it anyways when we said we didnt want to proceed and charged us $185 for it. Will never do back again, will use a different dealership.

Great service, my advisor was Joseph. He truly listened to me to ensure I got the assistance I needed. I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and he heard me when I said I put 1000 miles on it weekly and I'd like to be good on routine maintenance until my next appointment. Service was quick and I know barring unforseen circumstances that I'm good until my next appointment in a few weeks.

Avoid if at all possible! My car was vandalized (window + ignition) and when asked about repairs, they quoted about a month. It took 12 weeks of constant back and forth and confusion on their part of what had happened before I finally got my car back.In the meantime, they tried to tell me that my car had damage from being stolen and wrecked, they killed my battery, and they claimed the alignment was off, even though that all had nothing to do with the actual damage that had been done initially. The lack of communication and constant misunderstanding when they did communicate at all was infuriating, and the length of time I had to wait (2 additional MONTHS) was completely unacceptable.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto glass repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Brought my car in for an intermittent but serious issue that ended up being covered by warranty. It took a while to reproduce the problem, diagnose it, get it covered by warranty, order parts and fix it, but my service advisor, Joseph, was absolutely exceptional. Joseph was knowledgeable and communicative, keeping me updated daily on progress and expected timelines. To be frank, it was the best customer service I've had at a car service center. Excellent vehicle service and great customer service. They are prompt and efficient getting you in and out! Excellent consultation on your vehicle needs. Because of their service I choose to drive nearly an hour to have my GV80 and G90 serviced here vs. The dealership closer to me.

TLDR: They will lie to you about work that needs done.My wife stopped in with a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours later, she walked out with a $2,500 service estimate.The estimate included $800 in new tires, when new tires were installed less than 3 months (1,000mi) ago. There was an $800 charge for new brakes and rotors, which were both also just replaced.If you re going to lie about repairs that need to be made, at least be creative. It was way to easy to go back and look at when he bought new tires and brakes.Also, before we left to go there, we checked all of the headlights and taillights together. When we got home, there were suddenly 2 taillights not working, and a service charge listed saying they needed replaced.So not only did they lie about repairs that didn t need to be made, they actually broke things that were working and tried to charge us to fix them.Never ever take your car here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Service department has gone down in last two years. Prepare to wait hours with no real communication. My last two experiences we re ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment yesterday and called today to reschedule only to be told they showed no appointment in the books. Not to mention 2 years ago my car completely stopped on 95 after I brought my car in twice complaining of the engine stalling turns out my computer needed a update.

I took my sonata in about a week ago to get serviced, The staff at Hyundai of Clarksville were so helpful and direct, only took a couple seconds after I walked through the door to be assisted, the service manager George was very nice and knew most of the answers to some of the general questions I had about the service, 100% recommend Antwerpen Hyundai in Clarksville.

Best Hyundai Dealership and the Best service in the area hands down! Joe is wonderful even though he will be taking a hiatus soon. Just as good, Patrick is back! World Class Staff & Service while maintaining a great reputation for being fair and honest! Not something that one often associates with dealerships or Auto Service in general! I travel a decent distance and cross county lines, that's how good the service is!

Got my Palisade serviced today: my second visit. Both times the work was done quickly, the service personnel were friendly and helpful, and the waiting room and restroom were clean and well-lit. It's early days but happy so far. Will up it to 5 stars if I'm still happy a year from now.
