I never wrote a review in my entire life. I generally don't point out any small issues. My experience here was very bad, which made me write my first review (unfortunately.)I see that Sarah Kellett wrote a review about this place about 8 months ago. Poor communication, slow to act etc. My experience was more or less the same. It took them almost a week to contact my insurance (which is confirmed by my insurance) after I first dropped of my vehicle for a small dent fix on top of the roof (on top, outside)I got the vehicle back after 5 weeks and it was dirty inside ( I have pictures) After I got the vehicle, i saw that the windshield panel was loose. When i pointed that out, i was told they never touched it and advised me to contact insurance. Seriously - contact insurance for new problem which never existed before?? It wasn't loose when I gave them the vehicle, how can it be loose now? No answer.All in all, this place, never again for me. Extremely disappointed and felt helpless. Is this something that can be reported to Better Business Bureau?

Shelby and her team are the best! Kept in constant contact while we waited for parts for my Honda after I was in an awful accident. She even handled everything with the insurance company.

Communication was absolutely terrible. They don't return calls or emails, miscommunicate policies, have no interest in your actual needs as a customer, and they really just waste a lot of time from it all. They also take no responsibility for anything that they say or don't say and deny anything but absolute perfection. Just save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere.
