Had my car repaired by ELB after it was involved in a fender bender. Quality care from our first interaction until picking up the car. Easy to work with- they took care of everything insurance related and the car looks great. Recommended!

We love ELB. From the minute our vehicle got hit to the final original look ELB does it best. Mike & Olivia do a fantastic job. Olivia is awesome always keeping us informed. They have it all when it comes to Honesty , knowledge, friendliness & over all really great people & place to get your car back to its original look. I would highly recommend ELB for all your car needs.

Mike, Lori, Ashley and the entire ELB collision and mechanics team are AMAZING! From deer crashes to car smashes they have saved our vehicles. Appreciate the clean vehicles inside and out when we get them back.Thanks to Chase and Chase for outstanding customer service always!!!They are a top notch shop for good reason!!!

My experience with ELB, Inc for body work on my car was outstanding. The staff was very professional from the initial estimate to the delivery of the car back to me. The office and waiting area was clean and comfortable. The repair was scheduled for my convenience and the work was performed within the time estimated. I was informed by ELB of the progress of the repair. The repair required some additional work not in the original estimate. ELB took care of explaining the need for the additional work to the insurance adjuster and obtaining the consent of the insurance company for the additional work. The body work was superb - a beautiful job. ELB handled all the discussion about the repair with my insurance company, so there was no out of pocket cost to me. They completely detailed the car before returning it to me. I was 100% satisfied and highly recommend ELB, Inc. for collision repair.

Great customer service. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and were immaculate. We hit a deer in a new car and repairs were completed so well. We are only awaiting a piece of trim but i had my car back in a back inside 2 weeks. During the holidays!

This small business is one of a kind. The owners and staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They are stellar performers. My 2022 Mustang GT500 modification looks better than anticipated and the attention to detail was outstanding. Needing a body shop is never a good thing, but ELB takes the stress and uncertainty out of the equation. They were incredibly professional, never kept me waiting, were ready to start work when scheduled, and kept in communication with me throughout the process. They even identified a couple of maintenance issues and were able to address those at the same time in their service department for a very reasonable price. Plus there is a rental car business right next door if you need a rental while your car is being repaired . I hope I never need a body shop again, but I will for certain be using ELB for all my service needs.

These folks are outstanding. They ordered some parts. I order some from a vender and had them delivered to ELB directly. Once all the parts were in. We dropped the truck off and it was ready for pickup in less than 24 hours.

Very kind and helpful. Was finished exactly when they said and had everything ready for me.In late September I hit a deer and my front and side end were severely damaged. Not only did E.L.B fix the repairs and paint my car they did it in a timely manner. I was so thankful for the text updates they provided and no matter how many questions I had they answered them with a smile. When I went to pick up my car they provided a cute gift bag and detailed the inside. I so happy with the service. E.L.B. is where I will continue to take my car and my daughters. I completely trust thier work and professionalism.
