I love Bennett's and highly recommend. They are always super accommodating and very kind (and I am sometimes an annoying customer I'm sure). They are very up front with costs and are transparent with what really needs to be done vs what can wait. As someone who knows very little about cars I trust the guys at Bennett's to take care of my car at a fair price.

I would give more stars if possible! My RAV4 had the engine light on and a message that the AWD system was malfunctioning. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. All was good for a few weeks. Then same engine light and AWD malfunction message. We were not happy. Took the car back to Wayne. They determined the part ordered and installed was bad. They ordered another replacement part from Toyota. But what impressed us the most was how Wayne handled the situation. He only asked us to pay the difference in the parts. He "ate" the labor charge and sent the malfunctioning part back to the place he bought it from. I've never had a situation like this before, but I can honestly say Wayne was very professional and handled the matter to our satisfaction.

Bennett's is the best! Through the years no matter what issues I've had with my car, they've taken the time to repair it and not rob me like Dealerships do. I mean for certain repairs I've saved $1,000+ compared to the Dealerships. They are quite popular, so your repair most likely will have to be scheduled a day or so out but it's so worth it. Plus as a minority, it feels good knowing that I can trust my car with a business who values me as a person and respects my investment in their services. I tell everyone in the area to support this small business!!!

Make certain to get an estimate before work is done!** Took my 10 yr old car in to see if my muffler could be repaired versus replaced. Was told I would get a call with the findings and if it were minor he would go ahead and repair. Got a call it was ready. Repair of a small hole under a bracket cost me $154.91. $127.50 of which was labor. More than 2 hours?? That cost warranted a call I believe. I may have opted for a new muffler. I was told by a friend "nice people but be cautious of pricing". Convenience of location made me take a chance. Work was done (seemingly well) and other items found & corrected: battery terminals cleaned, (air filter in wrong) my doing Overall, would probably only use in an emergency. My trust there has been tested.

Takes advantage of college students. Charged me 140$ for an oil change when I have never paid above 90$ (abolutely max) anywhere else, including Bennett s before. Better off going somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The gas attendant is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Great customer service always. Had my car service here a couple of times, and Bennett's always provide great car service and would recommend this place to be service to friends, family, and my work colleagues.

Our 1997 Suzuki Sidekick ran the past 4 years with the Check Engine light on. Would not pass Maryland Emissions. Three mechanics both in California and locally charged me many $hundreds to fix it and all failed.Bennetts located the problem, told me what used part to buy from a junkyard, on-line, and fixed it for all of $100.

Took my truck there for alignment he said there was a caster camber problem $275 to figure that out but he said he had lined it anyway it was never greased or anything Castor and camera consists of two nuts and two bolts you loosen them you adjust them no big deal but he charged me for the alignment that he didn't do I will never never go back thereService: Wheel alignment

Took my car in to Bennett's because the battery had died. Figured it was some electrical problem. Bennett's diagnosed it as a computer problem and charged me over $1100 in repairs. Three weeks later, car is dead again.

Staff was very friendly and happy to explain things in more simple terms for me. The punch card for services is great too.

Somewhere you can trust for quality work and reasonable price. Good location to be able to walk around town while waiting for an oil change.

Terrible in every way, poor communication, terrible attitude, and follow up, nah we got your money... find somewhere else. Be warned
