I have had nothing but good experiences shopping at this store. From the management to the associates. They have all been very helpful. They have gone above and beyond any expectations. I have dealt mainly with Vanessa(manager) and Brandon(associate) with the latest purchases but every time I go in no matter who is working they have been very helpful and I have always been able to get what I am looking for and if they don't have it in stock they can normally get it in the very next day for me at no extra charge. I could not be any happier dealing with this store and the awesome employees.

Love this store...I'd be a lost one without the employees that work there. Beyond pleased with the excellent customer service. Those guys will go above and beyond to help you. Oh!... & I'm a frequent customer there. It's not my first or second experience as a customer there. Being a Single female can be a challenge when you have car problems as much as I do...so these guys are my go to.

My mother called me at 7:00 pm and said that her car wouldn't start. I needed to order a batter quick and advanced auto of Chestertown MD came through. They said I could order the battery online which gave me a 20% discount and the battery would be ready when I arrived to the store. I did that and had the battery within a few minutes. This was a great experience. A+++

Bought a battery in February (in chestertown) of this year for my car, which has a 3 year warranty. The battery can not handle a load and the acid is bubbling out. They tested it said it could handle a load, but the acid bubbles out. They claim it to be a good battery and will not up keep the warranty! Whats the point of a warranty if you don't keep to the guarantee you give with your product!!! Don't trust anything they guarantee!!

Great online discounts and free shipping on my purchase. I bought side pipe mufflers for 50 $ cheaper than summit racing and jegs.summuit said it was below their cost and they wouldn't price match guarantee. I will check these guys online more often.

Not very advanced in my opinion. This place opened up not long ago and I went there for the first time today. There was not much technical assistance from staff. The product that I wanted to buy here was $9.45 a quart. I decided to pass and not buy it there. I went to a nearby auto parts supplier in town and got the exact same product for $5.99 instead.

I always find what I need here, at excellent prices. It seems like everything is always in stock, and if it isn't, they can have it QUICK! Great car parts store!

I have been waiting to write this until the situation was dealt with. I purchased a wheel bearing here about 4 months ago. It went out 2 days before Christmas. I go in the night that it went out so I could do the warranty swap but when i get there to do this the MANAGER states that he cant find anywhere in the system that shows that i had purchased it and that it is probably under my speed perks account which he stated that he doesnt have the power to access that part of the system. So needing one that night I purchased a new one after he told me that I could bring the old one in the next day and get my money back from the warranty. The next day I arrive at 45 minutes prior to closing and tried to get the money back which is when I was told that he still couldn't get my money back because he had to have a different manager do it which he said would be there that day (lie). I called the middletown location and spoke with the manager there and he instructed me to just do a defect return. So not it is 3:50 and the closed at 4 so when I go back in I am met by the same manager (greg) who is raising his voice and telling me to leave and if I did not he would call the police. After me saying all i want is my money back so i can buy the last few Christmas presents and even agreeing to a store gift card he proceeded to call me an a*^hole and when I said really? Well I will be contacting corporate over your customer service his exact response was "call them I dont give a f*ck we dont have cameras". I have bought tons of stuff here before but I can say it will never happen again.

I had to return some parts in the morning.they did not have money in the register to pay me then I have to come back 4 or 5 hours later to return the parts was there about 30 minutes trying to get me straight plus I have all my receipts

Needed a battery for my boat actually needed two batteries and wanted batteries with the dates actually matched only place that had the matching dates for two batteries. Paid $150 batteries ranged from $93 to $180

The stores computer system uses internet to run it's system so if the internet is down so is the store can't look up parts prices or find your parts completely rediculous the store should have a independent system that works with out internet.

Went to get wipers and and no book , went to counter and salesperson looked up on computer and asked what price range then went and got it , couldn't figure how to put blade assemble together went inside salesperson did it for me

I'm sorry, but low grade parts and supplies, and over priced. Come on now people. Motor oil does not cost 7.50 a quart. I will never go back
