Dropped a bumper off that needed special and unique fab work. Dale was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Will come back to this shop again!

I m an ex body shop owner and when my new qx80 was in a collision, it was a no brainer to take my Infiniti to Service First Collision Repair. As picky as I am going to be about the repair and the refinishing since it is 3 stage, I never once had a concern taking my car there. I was absolutely correct feeling that way. The refinishing was perfect, color match, gloss and no flaws. All of the sheet metal gaps were perfect and all ADAS (Safety Features) are functioning. Not only was the repair perfect but Dale looked out for my wallet. Highly Recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My boyfriend was rear ended and his car was deemed a total loss. Dale was so beyond helpful. He really went above and beyond in explaining to us how to deal with the insurance of the people who hit us. He really wanted to make sure we weren t being taken advantage of and even helped us secure a more reasonable settlement. He informed us of our rights and treated this accident as his own. 100000/10 highly recommended deserves all the business!!

Going to service first made my day. I was treated like a human being with wonderful customer service so friendly ..explained everything to me very excellent pricing...was being charged higher at other places..grateful to save money too!!They do excellent work. Definitely worth your time and your money going there. I would highly recommend to friends and family to get Auto body work done!!

Dale puts the customer first, he will go out of his way to do what's right. His guys did an amazing job on my truck. He saved me money on my deductible also. I can't say enough about Service First Collison Repair Service. If needed I will definitely return, I won't consider anyone else.

Our 2013 dodge avenger was hit in the middle of the night and crashed the drivers side passenger door in. Dale is amazing. My insurance company was a pain to work with but Dale made it all happen. He is so professional and kind. The work is amazing and the paint matches perfectly. You would never know anything ever happened. I am so lucky to have been able to work with them all. Thank you guys!!

Excellent service! Dale was professional and courtious from start to finish. Gave me an estimate and came under that price. That's not bad in my book! Speedy service too! Couldn't ask for more. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Took my camaro there after somebody hit it on the side a little while back, car looks great now. They did an amazing job, they take their time and do things right. Mr. Dale also stands by his work, you can go back to him if you ever have any issues.

I was rear ended recently by someone I knew from work. Instead of going through the insurance companies, the person said they would pay me out of pocket. So I decided to get 3 estimates, I stopped at two Auto Repair shops on Kent Island prior to coming to Service First and received two estimates both around $400.The third estimate was at Service First in Chester, the owner Dale Daren asked if he could help me. I told him the same story I told the other two shops. He said back your car up to the shop and let me take a look at it. Instead of charging me $400 and keeping my car for two days....he pulled out a polisher and said lets try this first and Walaa, it was shiny and smooth as can be. I asked him, How much do I owe you? He said NOTHING. I was very surprised because you NEVER EVER hear of that these days. Needless to say, I was very thankful! Thank you Service First !!
