One of the few shops willing to do aftermarket work that I found on Kent Island. They were honest and clear about their estimate. They got the work done pretty quickly and did a great job. What's more, I often have to clean off the evidence that someone else was driving my vehicle but they gave it back with no trace that they even moved it.

Great local shop. I d highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for small jobs or large jobs. They diagnosed my truck for a timing job, and it s ran great since. Also brought a car here for a tune up. Very reasonable pricing, quality work, and honest. Fast turn around rate as well!

I had a slow leak in my back tire. I called around locally and Bay Bridge was the cheapest and got me in right away. The work was done efficiently, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends and family!

Very unprofessional, unpleasant staff. Took my car there to to have new tires installed, they didn t balance the tires well I went to take the wheel and tire off, the 5 lug nuts sheared which points to overtorquing the Lugnuts went to take the rest of the wheels off and sheard 18 out of 20 Lugnuts which really points finger toward they over tightened the bolts shearing on 18 of 20 they took no responsibility now I m left with a car with unbalanced tires and I can t get the wheels off So I have 800 m dollars in tires tied up on a car I can t drive because I can t pull of a wheel if I get a flat. These guys are top notch air heads with their Pneumatic tools

My brother has actually been using Bay Bridge Tire and Auto for years, and he swears by them. He goes through a wide variety of cars every year, and they are simply his go to shop for anything.Encounter 1. 06 Toyota RAV4Overall: 5/5 great price/service!I finally gave them a try and had them replace the rear rotors+pads on a Toyota RAV4. They had the best price around, almost $100 cheaper then local shops, and that was enough to get me to take a chance, and I was not disappointed. Dropped the car off overnight, picked up the next day. Everything was perfect!Encounter 2. 22 Toyota GR86Overall: 5/5 best pricing again with great service!After the first experiece I went back again to have 4 tires mounted/balanced on a GR86. Again best rates around avg $100 cheaper than local shops, and once again, NO ISSUES. Great work, all wheels torqued correctlyThis will be my go to shop from now on and I highly recommend their services. Extremely fair, and professionalThank you! -Bo

These guys were told to fix my window so it stays up and they decided to put a piece of wood to hold my window up.. I don t recommend coming here for any window work to be done to your car.

I picked up a piece of metal in my tire. Stopped by this shop and they were able to help right away. The receptionist, Monica, was a gem. I could hear her pleasant voice and comments on the phone also. Everyone there was smiling. It took a while to fix the issue with my tire because the culprit wasn't just a nail. It took about 45 minutes and cost $34.45, including all fees and taxes.There was another customer who came in after me and needed an oil change. They were able to fit him also. I'll return to this business again when needed.

I am very grateful for this auto place. All the staff members are very professional fantastic and honest with you of exactly what you need done with your car. I would highly recommend going here and not go anywhere else. If you want your car done right at good prices this is the place to go.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely would NOT recommend this business or lack there of to anyone. Do yourself a favor and call the next mechanic on your list. Had an alignment done on June 4th and my car is pulling hard to the right, called them twice in the past 2 days and experienced terrible customer service. Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Didn t try to accommodate or even acknowledge that my car was just there a month ago and it already needs to come back. Don t waste your time.

After unsuccessfully looking for a gas station that actually provides air (a great difficulty in these parts, let me tell you!!), I was told to come here and found the place. Not only is the air for free, but it works like a charm and very fast. A very nice local man helped me out as well.Thank you for saving me today. I had my just spayed cat in the car and was stressed out already and then the low tire pressure sign came on and none of the gas stations I tried had a working air distributor.

The owner of this business is extremely rude. I spent $300 on repairs and the next day my car continued to overheat (which is the reason I brought it in to begin with) took the car back spent another $100 and my car STILL overheated after that! Finally I took it back once again he charged me another $300 ! After spending all this money they had the car in the wrong name and now the owner told me he can't put it in the correct name for warranty purposes, my own record, etc. The owner has been extremely difficult and rude, I will not be taking my vehicle back to this establishment EVER AGAIN or spending money at the gas station /store which I usually do on a regular basis!

New to the area I told them I was looking for a place to be my regular go to for auto repairs and they charged me $48 to balance my tires. So overpriced I would never go back. Wasn t expecting it for free when in the past I have gotten it for free at other places but $48 to balance my tires seems a little unfair .

I have a granddaughter that is in a wheelchair and any time I have a problem with the hatch on my SUV they always take the time to come out and help me and they dont charge me for it these gentlemen are truly AmazingI never go anywhere else
