I had a cracked rim and they advised me as to where to find a used replacement (it's an older car) and the switched out the tire on the new/used rim. Extremely helpful in helping me solve my problem. Many mechanics don't care unless it's a big job and they can make money. Very good local mechanic.

I was referred to this shop and called ahead to ask a couple simple questions: 1. Did they do body work, because I had some recent damage to my car frame. (The answer was no) 2. Did they change brake pads and if so 3. Do you take appointments or is it walk-in only. I was met with a man on the phone who was extremely rude and short with me, dismissed every question I asked as though I was a nuisance, and refused to identify himself. When I told him he had no right to speak to me in the way he did, he just huffed and puffed, spoke over me and hung up on me. Regardless of the reviews and me being referred by someone who knows the owner, I won t be taking my car to this shop. I m very disturbed by the way I was spoken to by a business owner or worker (don t know because again, he didn t identify himself) whose business relies on customers patronizing his shop.

I took my car to 3 different shops for estimate but ended up getting all the work done here because of the attention to detail and reasonable cost. JJ changed my cars brakes and fixed my cars electrical problem that no one was able to fix. They also welded the exhaust of my camry. Nice job thanks JJ. We called ahead to schedule a safety inspection. They declined because of a holiday but said to come the next day. We came the next day and they decided to take the day off despite telling us to come in. Frustrating.
