I needed a new battery for our 2018 Subaru Forester. I called Store #3492 in Charlotte Hall , Md. on a Wednesday night. Ryan answered my call let me know what batteries were available and suggested a couple. The next day I went there to buy it and have it installed. Jaydon W. was the employee I dealt with, he was polite and professional plus had it installed and me out of there quick. Thanks.

Had an unexpected visit to Auto Zone on Sunday Oct 29 in Charlotte Hall. Was greeted by a very nice, friendly, eager to assist young man by the name of Jaydon. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge, patience, professionalism, and understanding of my concern. Once I realized I actually bought my battery from advance auto parts and not auto zone, meeting Jaydon truly made me feel I was in the right place at the right time. Jaydon, you are appreciated!!! I hope your manager realizes that!!! I sure do!!

Amy H was absolutely a god send!! She helped change the bulb on my Audi A4 which was difficult because there was literally no hand room to get it in. But she made it happen. She is definitely needs 10 not 5.

The 2 employees at the Charlotte Hall store was absolutely the most helpful, polite, people I have ever met. The two together made sure that I was 100 percent taken care of, and that all of my needs were met. Bill called another store to find the seat cover I wanted, and asked them to bring it to his store location, and Amy was extremely helpful as well, when I returned the following day, the other store failed to bring it to the store, so Amy immediately called to see why it had not been delivered, and the delivery person never picked it up at the other store, so Amy explained it to me, and offered to go pick it up for me with her own vehicle, on her own time. These 2 employees Bill, and Amy are what wonderful customer service feels like. They both went over, and beyond to make sure I was happy, and made sure my seat cover made it to their store in Charlotte Hall, md. I thank them both, if there were 100 stars to give, they would well deserve them all. There should be a lot more people just like them, because it would make shopping more enjoyable. Let's see. First time I came here I ordered breaks and they asked if I wanted them delivered, I said sure. 3 weeks goes by, no brakes. I called and they said they were delivered. I called corporate and they said yes they were delivered to their store address. So you know how that worked. #aggravation. Next! So now you would think it would be a requirement when a person turns in a battery to check if it's bad but No. So we bought a battery and when we found out that the problem was not the battery we went to get our old battery back and they refused to give it to us saying that it already been shipped off and my husband look behind the lady at the cart and his battery was literally right there and she refused to give it back to him. Something seems a little fishy to me there is still a year left on the 3-year warranty. And because we didn't have a receipt for our battery we still had to pay for a new battery when the old battery still had warranty left on it. #aggravation

Great customer service !! Always very helpful. I had an issue with an online order that could not be directly replaced but they found a solution. This makes me feel way more comfortable ordering from Auto Zone online for sure.

I ordered a part that was not in stock on top of spending 545.00 on an instore order.. I ordered it at 1030am, I was told by the manager Jane if I ordered it and paid now over the phone they would order the part and it would be in by 3pm. I get there at 3pm the truck came, my part did not and I'm now told it will be in tomorrow...No phone call that it didn't come or anything. Upset, I call the store speak to the manager Jane she told me it may be on the later truck. I call back as it's now 630pm, the last truck is late and my stuff may not even be in that truck according to another worker there. I explained my situation and what was discussed prior, it didn't matter nor did it make a difference. So now my entire car has been torn apart ALL day waiting for the caliber hoses as I changed the brakes, roters, calibers expecting this part to arrive today or I never would of tore the car apart..SERIOUSLY!?!??!I get things happen, but I've gotten the run around ALL day long and now that I've replaced everything that I could minus the hoses and then bleeding brakes I've been car less all day bc they told me the part would be there at 3, or today....it's 720pm and still nothing.

I'm not a mechanic by trade, but enjoy performing what maintenance I can do on my vehicles. The staff at AutoZone is always helpful, I would recommend you express your needs to the staff, they can assist at any level.

Excellent service. Jessica is so wonderful. Thomas is a good dude too. If i talk to one of them they r very helpful friendly and polite. Jessica is so sexy and hott too!!! Omg she has a great ass!!!!!

Have been spending money here for years. TERRIBLY rude customer service tonight at the Charlotte Hall, MD location tonight. Tried to discuss an AC belt warranty and was cut off mid sentence. Approx 630p. Will no longer shop Auto Zone. Advanced Auto has all my money going forward

I always have a great time coming to this store. The staff are joyful and helpful. They always carry what I need. If I need something special, they always find out when and where I can get it.

Employee helped us find the correct part by going to our car and evaluating the issue, and even allowed us to open a fuse to ensure it was the correct one prior to sale. Very helpful.

Nice and clean store. Went in looking to buy Castrol oil and filter for my Pilot. Only carry 2 brands of non-synthetic oil, Penzoil and Valvoline. Settled for what I could buy.

It's an Autozone. In my experience, you know what you are getting before you walk in the door. Mid size auto shop with a decent variety of parts. As with most auto stores, be sure to check before you go as most items will need to be shipped/relocated from other stores and may take a day or more to get.I ran in to get some brake lights and a battery and was able to find everything needed. All in all, just a typical Autozone IMHO. 3.5 stars if I could, I just don't see Autozone as a whole getting a fourth star.
