This shop has always been professional, quick and honest. I live out of town but whenever I visit my parents I take my car here. Their prices are low too.

Tire rotation for my Tesla. I brought my own Jack pucks. Service was fast and way cheaper than at a Tesla Service Center.

I can honestly not speak highly enough of this place. I have been coming here since I ve been driving and they always go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. I ve been in plenty of binds and they always get me out of them with no problems. I love this place. Nate and Rick are the best!

This is without doubt the best place to bring your car. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I bring all of my cars here and appreciate the care that they take with my cars. It is nice having people you can trust when it comes to auto repairs.

I have been going here for all my auto work since 2015. The employees are great, never had an issue with the service. I drive a hybrid, and was worried about finding a place that could service it. Mind you I have only been for routine visits - oil changes, filter changes, tires. But i highly recommend them. They even have a little lounge out front if you are waiting for you car, with a TV, Keurig machine, chairs, etc.

I got a flat tire 1 hour into a 10 hour road trip with the whole family in the car. These guys treated me like a friend and got us back on the road even faster than I was hoping. Great service at a fair price. Thanks again guys!

Came in with a nail punctured in my front right tire. Gentleman who helped us was very friendly and honest. He explained why we didn t need a new tire, in part, because of the placement of the nail. He was able to repair it and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

2017 Subaru Outback wouldn't start. Wasn't sure how to get out of our side garage so called Western Tire & Auto as well as Subaru to try to get some idea of what was going on. Scheduled a house call with Western Auto who arrived at scheduled time, diagnosed problem (1 year old battery had a dead cell/uncommon so took a few minutes to diagnose), went back to their store to get a new battery and installed it. Thank you Paul and Jeff for all your help. Very much appreciated. Have enjoyed doing business with you for over 25 years. Happy to be back on the road again!

Guy at counter is not helpful or friendly. Would not shop there again. It s a shame. Should have good service at these small shops to help keep them afloat but it doesn t exist here unfortunately. I try to use small town small businesses but will not use this location.

Just done the tire change there. Staff are very nice and helpful. They are busy but willing to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place.

Jeff Sanger took the time out of his busy day to help my elderly mom with her car. Checked her battery and put air in her tires all with a smile and the goodwill you only find in small town independent businesses

Buying parts and supplies is a pleasant experience here. However, their service staff are much less polite and willing to perform simple repairs. Will not be bringing any vehicles here for service.
