I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Chesapeake Auto with outstanding customer service every time. I have all three of my vehicles serviced at this location. The shop and business atmosphere are very welcoming, and customer friendly with free coffee, TV, and even massage chairs while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Tyrone and his family are doing a wonderful job and have created a wonderful family owned business that provides all the small town feels and benefits of living in a small town. Kudos to Tyrone and his family!

I had such a great experience with Tyrone and his team! Not only did I walk in without calling because my car started making some random weird noise but Tyrone accommodated me and was very hospitable. They ordered, paid, and installed my parts the same day. Explained the entire process all while answering my 21 questions. Provided pie, coffee, and a charger for my phone. By far the most worry free experience I ve had with an automotive team. They re friendly and very thorough. I d most definitely recommend you seek them for your automotive needs!

Tyrone literally rescued me from the side of the road when my car battery died at night. I was able to get a tow and have the problem fixed in a matter of days - even over the weekend. I had my car back by Monday & am grateful to have found a great local mechanic to help me out. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Chesapeake Auto! Tyrone is professional and knowledgeable as well as his staff. Very reasonable pricing! Since finding this shop, we have all of our vehicles serviced here. We have had a vehicle towed to his shop from the DC area due to his honesty, we have full trust and confidence in Tyrone and everyone at Chesapeake Auto!

Showroom floor is completely outdated and empty, had to wait 10 minutes to even talk to someone at the front desk. Guy at the counter had minimal technical knowledge and couldn t explain in detail to the customer in front of me why they had to wait multiple days for their car. Then told me it would I would have to leave my car with them for a day for a simple tire install.

Tyrone is always up front and honest with you in all the details of your vehicles problems. He will give you a couple of solutions to fix your vehicle and let's you think about it. Very considerate, reasonable in the financial costs and works with you all the time. Would not take my vehicles to another mechanic

I got 4 tires mounted and balanced and they left me with 1 punctured and charged me the full amount instead of just refusing to mount it like most places would if the sidewall was punctured. Because the tires were directional and available nowhere in the area, I had to change all 4 again and they wanted to charge me full price twice when I still can t drive my car properly.

Service was the greatest I've had at any oil change shop I've been to. Owner was really sweet along with the receptionist who offered to walk out for me to get the tag number. It was really fast service and we were kept comfortable in the lobby with massage chairs and we were offered coffee and wifi while we waited. Pricing was extremely affordable and I definitely recommend this place!

Awesome place!! My car needed a big repair and he didnt hesitate to get it resolved. I found my place for car repairs. Very honest, professional and gets the job done. Even offered me coffee!!!

Tyrone was a life-saver!! On our way to the beach, our vehicle broke-down.. on a weekend.. 2 hours from our local mechanic. Quite luckily, this happened very close to his shop. He got us back on the road with a quality repair very quickly. Even on his day off, Tyrone recognized my family being in distress and made sure we were able to get back on the road safely. We highly recommend Chesapeake Auto Repair! Thanks again for your kindness and great service!

My husband and I have been coming to this place for years. The owner is amazing, he does his best to get you in right away. Always does a wonderful job and has wonderful turn around time. You can tell the owner cares about the community, he is willing to work with you and will tirelessly try to find the parts you need. I told my sister to go to him and now she does regularly. I can t say enough nice things about him, Centreville is so lucky to have him. I trust him completely with my cars.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Tyrone is awesome! I've had to bring my car in a few times for various issues the last few months, and every time he's been open and helpful through the whole process, and has gotten my car taken care of quickly and not as pricey as I expected. Great mechanic, nice guy!

Had to borrow my neighbor's jack stand and tools to do the job right myself.After this experience, I am done with mechanics and their incompetent help. I will buy my own tools and do everything myself. Good riddance.Cons: Too expensive, Not on time, Obviously didn't follow proper procedures for repair.Pros: Didn't have to resist the urge to put Billy Taylor's arrogant son in a razor choke hold.

I've left a 5 star review once before, but after today, felt like I needed to leave another one. This repair shop has literally never let me down. They have taken my car at the drop of a hat, even when I didn't have an appt. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so so much.

We had a flat while traveling so I called this shop. They saw us late in the day, got us fixed up and on our way in no time. Guys at the shop were super friendly and awesome. Tyrone!! You re amazing!!The reviews were so correct.We had a tire separate on our way home from ocean city md.Stopped by and talked with Tyrone. He was so eager and tried to find us a tire at all the local places. Unfortunately no one carried my tire size and you could tell he was very disappointed that he was unable to solve our problem. We made it home to northern Virginia and I took my car to the dealership to get a tire but, I couldn t go with out sharing our really nice experience meeting Tyrone. I d trust him with my million dollar vehicle, he seems to have all the knowledge and you got an immediate sense of comfort as soon as you talk to him. Your vehicle will be well taken care of if you take it to Tyrone.

Talking about saving the day! I did some DIY work on a Saturday and messed it up. The truck was not safe to drive. I live in Grasonville and it seems like no auto shops are open on a Saturday. It was noon when I called and I needed the truck to pick up my grandson for a 5:00 event. Called Tyrone, understood my situation and he got me right in and fixed it. Plus, he was very polite and explained the issue to me. 5 Gold Stars...Service: Engine repair

We are so glad we found Chesapeake Auto! I called them in a panic bc my car started making noises a week before we were to leave on a 2 day road trip out of state. Tyrone and his crew were able to get our car in, diagnosed, and fixed within 2 days. No price gouging. No adding unnecessary repairs. Beyond grateful! We had probably one of the most feared holiday experiences: a flat tire during Christmas Eve on our way home for Christmas, and almost every place was closed. Every place but Chesapeake Auto Repair Service, and our mechanic was so kind and understanding that we re now on our way home for the holidays! Highly recommend to anyone in a sticky situation.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and had no problems getting the date and time that I wanted. Mr. Tyrone is always very nice and helpful with any questions that I have about my car! There was a guy that came in and needed his brakes and rotors changed and Mr. Tyrone was willing to stay later(on a Saturday!!) in order to work him in, not too many places will do that. I love this place, and will continue to come here and recommend to my friends! Great job Chesapeake Auto Repair-I would give 10 stars if possible

The owner of this shop Tyrone, is not only a kind man but a true life saver. On our way back home to Jersey he was kind enough to take us in as we were experiencing car trouble and needed an emergency fix. Overall fast, professional and reasonable prices! There's nothing worse than getting a flat tire in the evening when no auto shop is opened. I waited until the morning and called several places in the Annapolis/Kent Island area. All of them were fully booked for the next couple of days or told me that I had to drop the car off and pick up the next day.I called Chesapeake Auto Repair and talked with Tyrone (owner). He told me to head on over so he could take a look. I parked in the back, he found the leak in the tire, fixed it, put it back on. Took a total of 10-15 mins.Amazing job and so happy I found this shop. Thanks Tyrone!

We had a nail in our tire and were on our way to DE. No one else would take us on the same day but Tyrone said no problem. It was relatively quick, very professional, reasonably priced, and offered us a hot cup of coffee!

Tyrone is the most honest mechanic that I have come across in a long time. He has helped me with a multitude of things that were beyond my automotive knowledge, and for things that were beyond his capabilities he set me up with some quality people to help me. Fast, very reasonable $$ ,oil change and glad to support a local business! Always friendly and didn t try to sell me upgrades like air filters or wiper blades. But if suggested and needed I would have trusted them with the suggestion! Thanks and we shall be back!
