Excellent customer service and workmanship at a reasonable price. Had my windows tinted. They answered my questions about the process and my concerns about the care and treatment of windows during this hot spell. I am really pleased with the results. I highly recommend their services.

In February, I had an electric starter installed. Weeks later it caused my radio to stop working and my dash board lights to go out. Days later, my car would not start with the key inserted into the ignition. However, the only way to start my vehicle was to engage the stater, allow the car to start, then insert my key into the ignition.When I called Vehicle Outfitters and explained the problem I was experiencing, she suggested I take it to the dealer and have them look at it.I think a better response would have been, why don't you bring it in and we'll take a look at it. Not suggesting I take it to the dealer. Or, at least be more compassionate since I paid a lot of money for the work they provided.I was not not pleased with their customer service and at the time, I still should have been under some kind of warranty. Also, customer satisfaction should be job number one.Unfortunately, I had to pay a professional radio guy to look a my vehicle. He plugged a device into my car, reprogrammed the stater and in twenty minutes, it operates like it should.In closing, if you get work done there, ask them if it does not work can you bring it back.

They did my rims, tires, and leveling kit. F'd my truck up!!! Rode around with my rear axle floating for about a month. Tore up the drive shaft. Who knows what unseen damage was done to the guts? They made "repairs", but very frustrating experience. I guess it's straight now. Maybe.

This place is AWESOME!!! Purchased a new vehicle and wanted the front windows tinted to match the back, they did a GREAT job! Will be bringing my other vehicle and my in laws back for tint as well. I highly recommend this company. Staff is friendly and understanding and very down to earth.

Needed a new hitch for a recently upgraded truck. They had the best price and the item I wanted, ordered it and had it the next day. Chris went above and beyond what you'd expect from any other place. Definitely a go to source for your ride.

This is a great store. I have been doing business with them for a number of years. Owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. On many occasions they have gone beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs. I discovered today they now offer a spray on bed liner by "Bullet Liners". I'm interested in learning more about this product.

Want to give 5 stars. Truck sounds and runs great! Lost a star because tech didn't even try to put my left foot accelerator back in properly or mention he couldn't get it in. Had to drift over in traffic to put it back properly. Will still go back for lift and bedliner though...mainly because the young lady out front was GREAT

Called in a panic Tuesday realizing I needed a hitch for my bike rack. They ordered and installed on Thursday right before the holiday! Very professional, informative and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Bill and Chris were great. We just stopped in to get some ideas on a bed cover. Chris took the time to explain the pros and cons of each type. After I made my decision, he had it installed right then. Top notch company!

Great Place! Great attitide! Great Work! These guys know how to take care of a customer. Had them remove my Ram Puck Gooseneck and install a B&W Turnover Gooseneck, Air Lift 7500XL air bags, Kleinn 230 train horn and onboard air system and a Titan 40 gallon in-bed tank for my Ram 3500. You will not regret using Vehicle Outfitters to perform your vehicle upgrades!

Recently had a sprayed in bedliner installed along with a tonneau cover. They are very knowledgeable, professional, great prices and offer amazing customer service. Highly recommend! Chris is awesome!

I ordered a Bakflip bed cover with integrated ladder rack. Vehicle Outiftters was reasonably priced, friendly and installed the cover and tinted my windows while I waited. Great service, friendly staff and fair pricing. Would recommend to friends.

Have brought my 2017 Ram 1500 here for several things. Chris is always great to deal with and can get you just about anything you want for your vehicle. Plus, they do the installs right there onsite. Definitely recommend using these guys for customizing your truck.

All I can say is, "WOW" the craftsmanship and quality of the leather is better than I expected!Vehicle Outfitters changed my cloth interior from black to a red Italian Leather with Black Stitching to accent the the interior.The outcome of the project is overwhelming of detail, quality, and beauty!I can only recommend that you speak to Doug, Max and Ashley if you have a project, upgrade or remodel of a current vehicle.Ultimately, they exceeded my wildest expectations!If you care to see my interior of my S550 Mustang GT, call me at Koons Ford Baltimore.Ask for Don....
