This was my first time getting my car tinted and I cannot recommend a better place. The price was reasonable and the tint job came out great. David (shop owner) was very helpful and professional. He helped me decide what tint I should get because I wasn t too sure what would be best. The job was done fast and was able to get it done the same day! I will be going back to get my windshield tinted as well. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent fast service at the best prices anywhere. Doesn't get any better. Referred a number of people and all were satisfied. I've taken at least 10 vehicles there myself.

They have done couple of windshield replacements for me. I didn't have any issue so far and their price is very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I have any broken windshield problem

New & Better Auto Glass is the best when it comes to window tinting. I trust them and been going there for years. I recommend them to everybody and I will forever be a customer.

I would give it a 1 star but the tints on my other windows were done pretty well. I have a hatchback mazda and it's the first time tinting the car. I got the tints about 2-3 years ago. For some reason my back window is starting to bubble and after looking up other tint places. Can barely see out the window at night. That shouldn't be happening so early. I tried to go back to the place with my receipt to get it fixed and the lady said "It's not water bubbling so we can't replace". The bubbling is due to the heat. Now the prices are decent but in about a few years your tints may look like the pictures of my back window. I wouldn't recommend going if you plan on going back every 3 years. The receipt says life time warranty but only for water bubbling and peeling. Next time I'm going to use a more professional location.

I want to thank the crew at New & Better Auto for doing a great job on both of my cars, and for the great customers service, especially the lady at the front desk.(eve though they were very busy). Great prices and great workmanship.

I was VERY optimistic about this place because I was referred to them by my cousin. First of all, one of my tint wasn t done properly. It had a chip at the top of it and the bottom portion wasn t properly fitted. Also, I felt ripped off. I paid $30 to remove Glue from the 4 side windows and the Back glass. I asked how much would it be if I wanted the Windshield to be cleaned also, and I was told $40. In the end they charged me $40 to clean one mirror and $30 to clean five mirrors. When I asked him why didn t he tell me it s and EXTRA $40 to clean the Windshield rather than making me believe that the total was $40, he smiled in my face. His wife trying to explain to me what her Husband meant and I had to ask her to please stop, because she wasn t there when her Husband was pricing my tinting and cleaning. I just paid and left. NEVER GOING BACK!!! And I made sure went almost TWO weeks before rolling my windows down, so they can t say I rolled it down too quick.

Got there early, tints look good. The price fluctuated.. that's the only issue. Today it would be $300... tomorrow it'll be $320 lol its not a big difference but it's about accuracy and being certain.

Every car I owned I bring here to get my tints.. never disappointed me from the time I arrived up until I departed. I thought to leave a review because I actually was looking at the time of operations because I just purchased a Camry and he need tints asap My truck had a crack across the windshield which My insurance paid full repair cost in addition I asked if he can tint the glass prior to replacement ( I paid out of pocket for that ) he did just what I asked and it was a beautiful job I love the fact they provide you with a warranty for the tints which I m certain I will never have to use cause the work is flawless every time! I own now 4 cars and all the tints came/coming from here ! I m bringing my new car in within the next 3-4 days Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Best deal in town. On Saturday 10 minutes before opening, people are here waiting. These folks' auto glass prices are 50-75% cheaper than the the pricier places. They were even able to help with my exterior handle that snapped. I had a byo Dorman handle and they put it in for a fair price...no appt necessary. It was done before lunchtime, as promised.

Here now for the second time in three days. They left a gap in one corner of the tinted window. Pointed it out same day, it was late so they all if I could come back Monday (today). Pulled up guy recognized me and took my car back right away. They do a great job with tint, if they make a mistake, they are quick to resolve the problem. Excellent service. My car was broken into and I needed the window to be replaced.I saved over $100 and a week of waiting for an appointment by coming here instead of other places I checked. Got my window replaced (and shattered glass cleaned from the car) all in just a couple of hours on the very same day.

Best prices in Baltimore for tint or your other Auto needs, I needed a car window replaced at the last minute, I called in they found me a replacement window and even though the company couldn t deliver until the next day, they personally went and picked my glass up and replaced it for me! Great people, amazing service and phenomenal prices!!

The first time I went here I had a great experience. I can t say the same for this time. I was quoted a price on the phone and made an appointment. When we arrived for the appointment, we were told that they didn t have time to do the windshield replacement until the following day and that it was going to cost $90 more than quoted. Since we were already there we agreed to the price. Approximately 1 week later the we started hearing a rattling. We had an appointment to get some repair work done on the car and asked them to take a look at the possible cause of the rattling. They found that the windshield was not installed probably. I can t recommend this glass repair business.

They do really good work here. I was impressed with the turnaround time and customer service. They got my windshield replaced same day in 4 hours, I was updated when they started working on it, and when I could pick it up. It was $220 total for me (labor + glass) for my Honda Civic 2002. Glass work takes a lot of skill and care. I would recommend these guys and would use them again 100% (but I hope nature does not shatter my windshield again tbh lol)Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was so impressed with the customer service. Very friendly and helpful. They were the only auto glass repair shop who could offer a same day appointment. Fit us in quickly and did an amazing job! Do not use this business. I was quoted a price over the phone for a new windshield and when I called back to schedule an appt like 3 days later they told me the price to do the job was $100 more than the 3 day previous. When I questioned the price and told him the quote he said No the price is this than hung up on me. Very poor business person to deal with.

I've had tint installed on all my vehicles over the last couple of years and I can say hands down that New and Better auto glass is the best in the business. New and Better auto glass recently installed tint on my new Dodge Charger Scat Pack and their work is really that of a poets , taking their time, no rushing and dedicated to getting the job done properly. Can't speak highly enough of New and Better work.I was referred to New and Better auto glass by numerous people, and I have to say their work is outstanding. After I got in touch with New and Better auto glass, they worked around my schedule and was able to fit me in on only a few minutes notice by staying open last. I Left my car with them for several hours and they had it ready and looking great, Amazing and punctual service. The price I was given when I came for a window replacement changed the next day when I came to drop it off by over $50 because he said "oh, it will have to be tinted and that's extra" so already off to a bad start with them. I go ahead and do it because I need the window replaced while I'm at work and I say I'll pick it up when I get off. When I come back to pick up and pay they then and only then decide to tell me they don't take credit cards and then points to a small little sticker on the window in the lobby. I never even went into the lobby except to pay. The first day he came outside when I pulled up and talked to me, and he did also when I came to drop it off, and never once told me this, but made sure to tell me it would be more after we already agreed on a price. On top of that they took off the headrest of my back seats and just left them thrown in my floor instead of putting them back on. Will never go to this place again for anything, would rather drive with all my windows broken before I come back here

My 2012 Mazda Miata had the molding holding in the windshield glass dry out, break, and need replacing. Normally this requires a new windshield since replacing the molding requires removal and reinstall of the windshield, and windshield removal often results in breaking the glass. New and Better was able to remove the windshield, put the new molding on, and reseat the windshield without breaking it! They told me when they quoted the job it would be $150 if they could keep the windshield but $300 if they had to replace it. I was very pleased that they will able to reuse the windshield and save me $150!Service: Auto windshield repair

These guys could actually get the windshield for our 2014 car and do the replacement next-day. Safelite was booking out a week and had a disclaimer about difficulty getting parts. Another shop I called said none of their suppliers had it. I'm so happy I found them. As far as I can tell the work was done properly, and a little more cheaply than Safelite would have been also.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I came here to get my 2016 honda civic tinted it was 120.00$ i got 20% tint for all windows except the front windshield. They did an exceptional job I was in and out within 1 hour. At first I was paranoid when I left I had some bubbles in the tint but it was not dry, within the next couple of days they went completely away once my tint was fully dry. I recommend this place.
