I had an exceptional experience at this repair shop today! The technician was not only skilled but also incredibly kind. He quickly relearned the tire sensors on my vehicle and, to my surprise, did it free of charge. It's rare to encounter such outstanding service and generosity. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of trustworthy and efficient car maintenance. Five stars all the way!

I visited here for the first time for an oil change few days back as my regular Midas shop was fully booked. My car is now at slightly over 100K km so they asked me if I changed some parts. Nick is amazing he showed me what was the issue and gave me complete run down. Great service.I'll definitely visit them again for the next oil change as well. Keep up the great work fellas!

I stopped in here because my car was making a noise. Nick was great and friendly with me. I tried explaining the noise to everyone but of course my car didn t make any noise when I got there. Shawn took my car out on a test drive to see if he could hear the noise. He didn t give up on trying to find this noise I was explaining to him. Like everything else my car was quiet and didn t make any noise so it was difficult to diagnose something without a noise lol. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming with me. I will be going back and making this my go to shop. There so welcoming. They communicated everything to me while inspecting my car. I was so impressed with how nice everyone was.UPDATE- I just left from getting my car worked on. This is how awesome they are, I had to drop my car off and Shawn was already pulling my car into the bay area to start working on it and I hadn t even left yet. I had to get the serpentine belt changed and they said it would take about an hour or so. It wasn t even an hour yet when I received the call from them saying my car was done. Now if that s not quick then I don t know what is. When I picked up my car I was told that not only did Shawn change my belt but he did extra safety checks to make sure I was good. And again I was welcomed with such great attitudes. This place and everyone that works there are awesome people and I would def recommend them to everyone. They don t overprice you either. Their prices are affordable. Thank you everyone there for being such amazing people.

This is the place to go!!! My older car needed an oil change and general maintenance that had been neglected for quite some time. During the oil change I was shown a text with photos of everything that needed attention. Even though I only did the change , I now know what I need to keep the car 100% Thanks Everyone helping my old corolla make it down the road. Keep up the fantastic job.

The cost of vehicle parts and services in this economy proves inflation is very prevalent contrary to financial reports. That said the manager Zach understanding this at catonsville worked with me to lessen the burden. I give him a thumbs up for his attention to customer service.

Exceptional Service! Zac was amazing! He got me in there and out of there just a couple days b4 Christmas! At the last minute We wanted to gift an elderly friend from the Adirondack mountains who was driving on deadly brakes. I told Zac and he with urgency made this happen. The friend was going to drive back with those faulty brakes. He helped us not let that happen and landed Midas a customer for LIFE. Through the whole process they came out of the shop area and updated me . It was seamless and smooth. The price was better than the rest. Let me just start out by saying this was by far the BEST experience I ve had at a shop. First interaction was with a lovely women named Darby, any questions concerns or wants she explained and MADE IT HAPPEN! I am currently a single mother so my funds are low, she made sure to put the very best for my price limit. Not only was she VERY knowledgeable about my vehicle, she educated me on things I didn t know! All the techs here are fast and efficient, unfortunately I can t remember the techs name who did my work, but I do know all of the techs listened to my concerns and if work didn t need done they would bring to my attention before making me spend unnecessary money. I will be returning to this location, even if it s a drive due to the OUTSTANDING customer service, and WONDERFUL job they did!! If you need work done, or just a simple oil change I PROMISE this is the place you want to go! For all the parents out there Darby and the employees made my 2hr visit very enjoyable and even has things for my 1yr old to play with! THANK YOU AGAIN DARBY AND THE TEAM!! Keep up the good work! From start to finish, this was a great experience. I called the morning of and asked if they would be able to replace my brakes today. The man on the phone was so nice and they were able to work on my car the same day. The price was reasonable and instead of trying to get me to pay more money for services that could wait, they were honest about what things did not need to be done today which I really appreciated. I've had two great experiences here. The first time I took in my leaky tire and they patched it for free. The second time I got new tires and the entire process was easy and quick. Plus, Darby at the front desk made the whole encounter enjoyable.

I don't usually write reviews but, the service at the Midas in Catonsville took really great care of me, $$$ and my Honda Pilot. The store Supervisor - Darby and her team were just simply AWESOME!!!! I would highly, highly recommend this particular location to anyone looking for great rates, excellent customer service and great auto care overall. I recently had to go to Midas to repair my brakes. I was able to be scheduled quickly, and despite the store having to call several retailers to get my type of pad/rotor to make the replacement, they were able to get the parts and the repair was done quickly and effectively. The customer service was outstanding and walked me through the process of what was required and why. I d definitely use them again.Service: Brakes

I will recommend this place to all my family and friendsWhen I tell you, they explained everything that they had to do to my car, they also showed me pictures of the work that needed to be, which is the first that I experienced,. Very friendly!! I will never go to another mechanic shop but them, I m giving them a 5 star. Even the prices wasn t bad. I had someone do some work on my car, and took it to them and they redone the person work, because the person messed up my car. . My car is working so much better, thanks to them. I've been going to them for 3 years now with my Mercedes. Paul and crew were always on point with keeping it finely tuned. The owner services his Ferrari engine equipped Maserati with them and I've seen Porsche there... Any questions?? Thanks guys!! I even get follow up texts. This is service, knowledgeable service. Trusted, competent service.

My car simply stopped working on a late Friday night for me to drive out of state to a wedding the following day by 3pm The towing which of course is out of Midas control was the worst part of the process as it took roughly 3 hours to arrive at my vehicle Once finally dropped off to this Reisterstown location of Midas all of my worries we re relieved as these excellent professional were quickly able to install a new battery in my vehicle and actually had to order it because it wasn t in stock with that in mind the entire process took just under 2hrs!!! I wasn t able to make the wedding but I damn sure dance my troubles away at the reception thanks to these guys!!! Appreciate it again!

I have been visiting This Catonsville Midas for almost 3 years. The new Manager "Darby" is on Top of everything. She is so precise when taking care of clients. The owner Scott is also the kindest and Fair man you will Ever meet. Due to the nature of my mechanical issue, they were able to accommodate and repair in a timely fashion. Darby was very professional, did not duck call or answers and was straight up about everything from start to finish. Called shop mid afternoon on a Friday. They fit me in (they were busy, all bays full), checked battery, replaced, and out the door. 2 other shops told me to take it to the dealership, since it was a VW!! Area was clean, staff friendly, and a VERY clean, updated bathroom! The service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly. It's all about building relationships, and I walked out of this shop feeling valued and taken care of. Well done Midas!!

This place is terrible. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to spend hours waiting in the lobby while the technicians damage your vehicle. I went in on a Saturday to have brakes and rotors installed on all four wheels. I was told $200 over the phone then told $200ish while I was there then the price dropped to $180 but it had to be paid through Cashapp to an employee not the business which was a big red flag. When the technician who looked like he was 17 years old, finished my vehicle he took it for a test drive and brough it back stating the work was finished. When I left I heard this awful scraping noise which sounded like metal scraping metal and I knew something was wrong. I did not take my vehicle back because I did not want them damaging anything else. I eventually had a certified technician at VW check the brakes and rotors and he discovered the brand new Brembo rotors I purchased had grooves in them due to the technician installing the had wear improperly which was making the metal on metal contact and the hardware had to be replaced.While I was at Midas, multiple people were there stating this was their second or third time at this location for different reasons. They all stated they had spent hundreds and even thousands to have their cars fixed only to come back because the original problem was not taken care of.Take my advice and do not go to this location unless you like headaches and wasting money.Service: Brakes

Brought my car in for oil change and brakes, but had a feeling something worse was going on. Sure enough, a caliper was out and Zac was fantastic in not only explaining what was going on and the work that had to be done, but his quickness in finding the parts, negotiating the price, and making the repair quickly made this a fantastic experience. I visited this Midas location this morning after searching and calling around all week to find a place to get my AC recharged on my car. Due to having a newer car and it taking a different type of freon using a special machine, it was tough. I called this Midas location around 10:30 AM Friday morning and had an appointment for 11 AM Saturday morning. Also, the price was SO MUCH better than any other place I spoke with to include the dealer of my car. I arrived 10 minutes before my actual appointment time and my car was taken right in to be serviced. I was able to sit in the lobby while my car was undergoing maintenance. The mechanic came and grabbed me to make sure the air temperature was to my liking before releasing my car to me. They also found that my headlight was out and fixed that for me as well. Whenever I have a problem with my car I'll definitely call this Midas location first. It only makes it more AWESOME that they're only a five to seven drive away from me. Zac was fantastic! He was upfront about prices and was friendly. Our tire patch, freon refill, and changed light bulb was quick! We also did online scheduling, so it couldn't have been easier and more convenient.
