Arrived on time and told my service would take 2.5 hours. Turned both key fans for battery replacement. I waited. Was sent a video of tires told no patch could be placed due to angle of nail. At close of service approximately 12:45 I was told service was complete. Requested return of my additional key and asked if battery was replaced. Representative was unsure of replacement but handed me an unopened battery for me to replace. She told me the key was in the car. It was not. Remained in site until 2:10pm being challenged by staff on whether I actually submitted the key. I was questioned on my arrival time when their records clearly had that information. Asked who signed me in when they too have that information. Time passed no one engaged me I went to technician area to ask about my key myself. I requested another key be made-they refused saying they didn t have that ability. I was asked to check my vehicle three times as of if I had not already. Continued insults and implications that I was in the wrong. Eventually key was found and I was told it was double tagged. They replaced the battery for me at this point in both remotes. Was told no car wash because it was freezing out it wasn t! No apologies no complimentary service for the insult I just left not a good experience at all

Service: See your boy Andres. He is always in a good mood, always gives the best customer service. Can we give this man a raise please!?!?!? I never let any dealership wash my car. But when I took my S550 Coupe there for service I forgot to tell them. My car came back gleaming. My 22inch rims were cleaned and my tires had all the shine. Services were completed as expected. No complaints here just kudos.

Great customer service. The parts department is very knowledgeable, and the repair center did a great job. The vehicle felt brand new after it was serviced. I also got to check out the vehicle before it was done, and the repair shop was nice and clean.The parking lot can be a bit congested at times. The waiting area could be cleaned more frequently.Juliana was awesome. She makes sure you are aware of everything that's going on and was able to educate us efficiently!

Huge shout out to my salesman Zach and general manager Sam. They have been nothing but accommodating through the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new/used Mercedes or many of the other makes and models that have on the lot.

I arrived on time for service needs. Once again my service advisor Andre greeted me at the door and walked me through the process of my issues. Educated me on how the warranty works got me into a loaner and updated me throughout the entire process. Giving me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in great hands during the repairs. Excellent service!! Was able to use a loaner car when my car had to stay a few days. When I got my car back it was totally cleaned inside and out and the service people were very kind and helpful. Being an incredibly busy mom working full time this meant so much! Many thank yous to them and I highly recommend them!

Customer service revamp in a great way and I noticed! I have been going to MB of Catonsville for service intermittently over the last 4 years. Intermittent because I was previously not getting as good service as I had in the beginning. But after not going there in over a year because I was out of the area, I gave them another opportunity to do a major servicing of my car and .i was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the communication, professionalism and expediency of service.

Had B service done. Used the pickup and drop option. Fantastic experience. Driver came picked up my vehicle. Left loaner with me. Manager kept me informed of my service. When it was done driver dropped off my clean car as it was vacuumed and washed. All transactions done vie text and links. Very convenient and great experience. I'm glad i used this dealer as my experience with the one in silver spring was painful.

I am a travel nurse and had to bring my car into this location while on assignment. The staff were very friendly and got me in and out very quickly. One employee stood out to me, his name was Good. He went above and beyond to help me and is just one of those people that can put a smile on your face!

Just an amazingly unforgettable experience. Expected something like this from a VW dealer in the 90s.Facts. It took the dealer 3 hours to do the following 3 things: replace wiper blade, replace cabin air filter, and wash the car.Had an appointment. Got there about 15 min early. Saw the car taken in on time. Had to check multiple times after an hour. The staff was polite and pleasant, but, unfortunately, absolutely incompetent.What's even worse is that I just found out that they didn't even do all the service that was supposed to be done!Update: The dealer followed up and made things right. Marianne was quite responsive. Much appreciated.

Excellent customer services, everyone there is professional. Mr. Goppy was my service advisor, he kept me updated on my vehicle until it was complete. They washed my car before I received it. He has great customer services. He responded to my email mails too. My car was towed because of a flat tire. They fixed it quickly and completed a recall I needed while I was there. Thank you. My family is safe again.

My car was not handled with good care. I asked to check my tire pressure and after I picked up my car and got home I realized that my chrome valve caps were missing. There were new scratches on the trunk and front driver side. During a prior service I asked to replace the key fob battery and only days later the key fob battery was dead. I m seriously considering taking my vehicle somewhere else despite the convenience. Stan, the service rep was great as usual, always professional, respectful and informative. I think the service staff must take good care of customers vehicles and actually do the things that we are paying them to do. Not just check the box.

I was being heavily discriminated against.. customer service was horrible, couldn t tell me exactly what was wrong with my car, I believed I paid for a part I didn t need based on their word not being credible by telling me lies in my face, no communication I had to keep calling and when the work was finished they didn t put all the parts back in place and denied to service a restraint malfunction that they caused where I had to call corporate

The staff was friendly & they kept me informed. The car was ready within the timeframe I was provided. Facility is clean & provides snacks, coffee & water free of charge while you wait. Overall this was a great experience & the icing on the cake is, my maintenance plan covered my service. #winning

First time at this dealership to get a Schedule A service.I had heard good things about them but was quite disappointed.Tried to sell me a new tire to replace a 4000 mile old tire.Went in with no issues in this tire. Somehow it developed a problem once the car went into their shop. Update: After two plus weeks, there is no issue with the tire. No leaks. And these guys wanted me to spend 560 dollars on a new tire.

I received the worst service at Mercedes Benz of Catonsville. My appointment was at 9am. The service advisor that was assigned to me told me that it would take 2.5-3hrs for my service to be done. I went home to wait for my vehicle at 1:30pm i arrived back only for her to tell me that it would be another 45 minutes. Im thinking how when I came at 9am. She then told me it's customers thats been sitting there waiting on their vehicle and that they were pushed ahead of me like i wasn't home waiting for my car to be done. Its a few important things that I had to do because im taking the kids out of state for easter and getting my car serviced was one of them. They gave me a ride to drop my baby off to daycare then to work and dropped my car off to me when it was done which i received at 5:21pm. My whole day was ruined and inconvenienced due to their poor quality and customer service . This is the worst service experience that i have ever had. I will be switching from Mercedes soon.

My experience wasn t the best due to a huge breakdown in communication between the service representative and myself The service representative gave me misinformation regarding the main reason I brought my car in ( issues with the radio/navagation panel) after a battery change .. He sent me a list of other issues that was wrong with my vehicle via text; that he did in fact go over with me but he never mentioned the radio issue. Due to the fact he did not mention the radio when he was going over the list nor was it clear on the list.I asked him about the radio issue .he asked if he could place me on a brief hold to follow up about the radio..when he came back to the phone he told me that the issue was covered under warranty He then proceeded to highlight those things on the list that he though needed immediate attention and those things that where not that important to be addressed at that moment.. Moving forward I picked my car up on Friday 3/29 around 4:30pm( dropped car off on Monday 3/25 at 7:45am) Once I got in my car the first thing I did was turn the radio on and noticed the same issue was occurring.. I went back into the dealership and told my Service guy that my radio was still not working He comes to the car jumps in and then asks me for the service print out.. I grabbed it from my work bag and he proceeds to tell me that it s not covered under warranty I said but u told me it was he then proceeded to say that he made a mistake and that something regarding the engine was covered under warranty. I said to him but how can you make such a mistake regarding the primary issue why I brought the car in He apologized for the error then proceeds to tell that this issue will run me around $3000 dollars to repair/replace I said to him well where is this on the print out of issues because this tech note ( issue that he stated pertains to the radio) is only showing a labor price.. he excused himself to go back into the dealership to get more info. He came back to my car and wrote an item number and price down on the print out list which was the price/ to repair/replace the radio panel In conclusion, I left Koons still confused about the radio issue, no real break down of what went wrong with the radio or other options just a it needs to be replaced and I am sorry for the mixup from the representative..

Excellent! The customer service was exceptional. They brought me a loaner and picked up my vehicle for service. While my car was in service, the Servicr Advisor assigned to my vehicle reached out to me to check on how the loaner is running and to give me update on the repairs of my vehicle.My vehicle was fixed within 5 days and returned to me very clean.Thank you to the team for the great service!

Amazing service as always !!!I been going there for the past 4 years this time I had to do a service a for my AMG 2023 , my service advisor is Stan, his customer service and efficiency is outstanding, this is the only reason I drive from Alexandria Va to this location , everyone is great and very helpful, cordial and always have a good attitude about any problems or things to handle , unfortunately the other Mercedes Benz locations around my area didn t make me feel safe and welcome in the past so I drive an hour to get things done properly!
