So far everybody that works there has been very friendly and courteous. All work on my vehicle has been outstanding at a great price and was done in a timely manner. The coupons are a big help and appreciated as well. I love Firestone and they saved me so much money on my new tires. This will be my number one go to place for tires from now on.

I scheduled an appointment to get my tires changed. I dropped my car off at 9am to change my tires and was told to come back at 11am. I came back, and my car hadn t moved. They told me to come back at 3pm. I came back at 2:00pm and they still hadn t begun working on my car. In my experience, it doesn t take 8+ hrs to change 4 tires when you have an APPOINTMENT. The front desk lady acknowledged that my car is taking longer than usual, however there was no rush added to accommodate the situation. Other customers indicated they were walkins and their cars were getting serviced quicker than my car with an APPOINTMENT. 0/10 recommend this location.

This place was very helpful. They communicate what they can do and advise you on what you could to do if they are met with a issue they can't fix. They try to work around your schedule if possible and go above and beyond. (I've seen and heard them help people who came in last minute and give that extra effort to help). They make you feel like they actually care and your not just another customer. They treat you with respect and as an individual. No matter what my auto needs are I will always stop pass here first.

Customer service was excellent. They were ready to take my vehicle at my appointment time, no waiting. Found an issue with my brakes. Didn't pressure me to fix it and let me decide. Great experience.

After having the truck from 10am till 730pm for tires and an alignment they did not balance the tires or perform the alignment. They sent me home with the truck but I immediately noticed the truck wobbling. Service manager told me they ran out of wheel weights that is why the wheels weren t balanced and it was suppose to come back for an alignment. The tech when I picked it up did not tell me that, he told me the truck was done they charged me for the alignment as if they did it. Took the truck back the next day they fixed the alignment but they still didn t balance the tires. My rims are also covered in greasy hand prints as well as the outside of my drivers side door and the inside of my leather door panel. The customer service has been horrible the service manager didn t seem to care that the truck was there all day and the work was not done properly and when I returned the next day she did nothing to get the truck done and back to me as soon as possible like you would assume they would when they are fixing there mistake. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY OTHER TIRE STORE NEAR YOU THEN THIS ONE!!!!!!

I called yesterday to ask if walk ins accepted or is it appointment only and I was told yes Firestone does walk ins by a young lady. I got to the location and was told I would need to drop my tire off. The Firestone representative is giving out misinformation I would not go here ever again

Change parts of my car here.It's was more expensive than other car service but they give warranty for those parts until I own the car. It may be a good deal or not. Let's see when I need to come back in here.Price could be a little bit better.

Thanks Charles for the 4 new tires and brakes for 2019 Lexus. Charles was professional and made a great recommendation for my tires and suggested to replace my brakes and also assisted w new wiper blades. Was very fair, didn't break my wallet and very please with the service. Marty Burke

On a recent visit to fire stone, I purchased four tires. It was suggested that by the representative I get a fire stone in-house charge card. I didn t need it but I got it anyway. What I didn t know was I was applying for a MasterCard, which I definitely did not want. I feel I was deceived. Not given the proper information as to what I was applying for.

Got new tires and the whole experience was great. Their focus is totally the customer. I was presented several options and described the usage for each type. They asked the typical usage of my pickup truck and their recommendation was actually not the most expensive option. I trust them completely.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. It was easy to make an appointment and my car was taken inemidiately. I was informed what the problem was and approximately how much it would cost. I was given an accurate time frame for the repair. The gentlemen there are so cordial ending for mend informative. I will trust all my car repairs to them.

Went to multiple auto care centers in the area and this Firestone was the only one to offer any kind of assistance or solutions with the best customer service. Darian specifically exemplifies what good looks like as he was beyond patient and helpful, offering all options to consider. He assisted in the process of ordering a tire from other websites, to then have the shipment delivered directly to their shop for ease of stress. He called as soon as the tire was delivered and got me in for replacement even when they had a full day booked. Cannot recommend more!

Firestone was the third place i called to see if I could get a tire patched. They were the only one would see me. The other places couldn't fit in patching a tire for 3 or 4 days. They were incredibly polite, personable, completed the job quickly and it only cost me $20.11. Thank you all.

This is the ONLY place on 40 that will service a Tesla for tires (patching or replacing tires). This includes other Firestone's on 40 so this is unique to the Rolling Road/40 location.I have stock Tesla tires that have noise-dampening foam inside. All other tire places I called would either not take my model 3 due to the lack of ability to lift the car or would refuse to cut out the foam surround the leak and would automatically just replace the tire.All this Firestone required is that you bring the lifting pucks (that all tesla models require) that go under the car to prevent the battery from getting damaged. The only issue with this location is the difficulty in getting an appointment here due to staff limitations. They're booked 3-4 days out so an immediate patch may not be possible.In talking with the lead tech (Wayne) and service manager (Duan) they were very willing and confident in their ability to patch the tire and lift the car. They immediately had answers to all the questions I had about the process which conveyed a sense of confidence. In my situation with stock tires (that had noise-dampening foam), they were able to find the leak, cut out the foam, and patch the tire. Of course this is also dependent on the location of the hole in the tire as general tire patching standards still apply (hole 1 inch from sidewall is unpatchable).Service: Tires

My appt was at 9am. I was told that the mechanic would be here at 10am. It is now 1pm and I am still here. Just getting 4 new tires and an alignment but really 4 hrs is totally ridiculous now. I am hungry and ready to go. Oh, by the way, I was told they only have 1 mechanic on duty today. I am ready to go!

I called on Saturday 24 Oct and scheduled an appointment on Sunday 25 Oct for an oil change and tire rotation. Though the gentleman at the front desk stated it would be no longer than one hour, I didn't get my key back until an hour and a half later. Other than being hungry, I didn't really mind, since it was a dreary day and I wasn't in a rush to be anywhere else.The man at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately did not learn, was very clear with his communication. He told me the cost of the services up front and stated I did not need to pay at that moment, but would wait until I picked up my car. While sitting in the waiting area he gave me updates about what was happening to my car (they're about to pull it into the garage, fluids that were checked, that it'd be ready to return to me in a few min, etc.) and explained anticipated services I would need in the future. He was frank about what services were recommended based on the mileage of the car but not because he or the techs could actually see the parts. Instead, and encouraged me to check previous service records to see if those parts actually need replacing. I appreciated the honesty! He also said I'd be due for new tires soon and let me know to wait for some upcoming promotions.Overall, getting an oil change (or completing any car maintenance for that matter) is a pain in the butt and never fun. I was pleased with the service I received at this Firestone location. Kudos to the gentleman working the front desk on Sun 25 Oct.

Frequent this Firestone location for an oil change along with an alignment (lifetime). I always called ahead for an appointment. My arrival is always a few minutes ahead of my appointment. Their question are you dropping off or waiting I wait! If you wait, you have a better chance leaving at an reasonable time.The lady ahead of me got an oil change and was told she needed additional work done. When I questioned why this lady was called ahead of me when I was there first, the front desk person stated that oh you got a good car no additional work needed. No sooner said he comes back with my paperwork indicating I needed additional work ( work already done) amounting to $1,000, and I could not get the alignment because of suggested additional or should I say the additional $$$$ they wanted. There s a scam being used at this store. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

This Firestone is one of the best in the region. A great environment to relax in as they work on your car. I've trusted them since the mid 90's and always satisfied. If your a mechanic , I suggest you look these guys up. You can't go wrong.

I am reminded of why I stopped going to the Rolling Road Firestone a few years ago. I did not think it was possible for the customer service to get worse, but the staff there proved me wrong the past two weeks. Appointment times are not honored. Two weeks ago one of the associates at the front desk said online appointments are not taken at the time the customer chooses. You are simply next in line. She does not understand the meaning of the word appointment. Then, the day before Hurricane Ida hit our region, I called to reschedule my appointment, but when I showed up, there was no record of my appointment. This morning took the cake. I showed up for my appointment and the associate gave me a price that was almost double what the cost showed on the recommendation list. She then became combative, cutting me off as I was talking. I told her I was calling Corporate. She said she didn't care. I'm not sure where these front desk workers are coming from, but they are part of the bigger problem at Firestone. They don't know how to treat customers. If customers don't come into the store or constantly get poor reviews like this one, the store closes and they are out of work. I would not go to any Firestone. There are too many other choices. I tried to do business with them even after my car died after getting brake switches replaced at the Nottingham store in July. Every store is worse than the one before.

I used to love this place when Tim was there. However, last time I was there I got new tires and my radiator was cracked when they ran over a jack. Coolant profusely spilled out within the same day. I called and the manager was rude and unhelpful. They claimed they had no responsibility for it and that their staff did not do the damage. I took my car to the dealership, the day after, and they said not only did they crack my radiator, the tires on my vehicle are poor quality and unsafe. Terrible! I called corporate and hoping to speak to an area manager.EDIT: cannot get anyone to call me back or return contact information. Avoid this like the plague.
