Mohamed was a huge help when transferring my grandparents title into my name as a gift. He is a very nice man and if you ever need help with tags or title services, he is the person to go to. I highly recommend this business.

The owner Muhammad goes above and beyond for his clients he the friendliest most patient guy.. he kept me from getting fined by code enforcement by letting me hold his dealer tag while waiting in flags to clear he is the best and helped me get back on the road after like a year of not driving great place u guys gotta check him out

We moved here from out of state and they made the process of getting our cars registered very easy. Much better than going to the DMV. Mr. Wadood even delivered the new tags to our home. Believe all the positive reviews they are true!

I am a student at umbc. I recently got a car and mohammad has be with me the whole process. He help for transit tag and the tag with utmost assistance. He perfectly explained the services and charges which was very low compared to anyother tag and title services. I really appreciate the help and i am great full. Mohamed is a real professional. He is very informative and approachable. He made our visit nice and feel at home. He even left his line open to us if ever we have ANY car problems because he is willing to help which is good. My wife and I after buying a used car from Fakebook, We search for a new tag. At the time We check the review before going to that place, it shows the best review of 5 stars . we arrive there and meet Mr. Mohamed. He did not give us disappointed. He gives us honesty and integrity. No one can beat him as he is an excellent service that I have ever seen . I extremely recommend friends, family's members and to all people who are looking for a new tag. They should go to this generosity man!!. He will give a huge smile and a huge satisfaction of his service..

Mohamed s service was phenomenal! Very professional, efficient and his customer service is amazing. I was having trouble with obtaining my title for 3 years, I was referred to Mohamed and he was able get me answers in 24 hours! He basically saved my life! Very awesome guy, highly recommended.

The best tag and title service in the state. I needed a duplicate copy of my title quickly as I had an offer to sell my car. Mohamed had it done within 3 hours. He was extremely helpful and friendly the entire time. Cannot recommend highly enough.

About a month ago I went into Bethesda Tag and Title Service and was kindly greeted by Mr. Wadood. I had a difficult situation because my car (originally from Maryland) had been to another state for a while and was registered in that state, yet my title was still a Maryland title. If I had gone to the MVA I know that I would be running in circles for weeks (no disrespect to the MVA) because of the complicated situation. Mr. Wadood knew exactly how to handle my situation and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Before I left he spent about another 10 minutes getting to know me, asking about my family, welcoming me back to Maryland, etc. He is kind, friendly, professional, trustworthy, and very ethical. You will not receive this level of service anywhere else. Any time in the future that I need anything regarding my car, title, registration, or other vehicle needs he will be the only person I go to for assistance. Thank you Mr. Mohamed for your help and for your care with my special situation.

My experience with Mr. Wadood was fair, trustworthy, efficient, and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend him for tag and title service.I had issues with the service I received from similar providers in the area that I attempted to work with to navigate the MVA nonsense. Instead, I will say that Mohamed got plates into my hand on my first visit to his office. He was also clear on the next steps that I needed to take and the timeline that I needed to adhere to in order to fully resolve my issues. Throughout the process, his communication was clear and professional, the service that I received was exemplary. In addition to the above, he was also just pleasant to work with, where I can't say the same of the other businesses I tried.Don't waste your time elsewhere, make an appointment with Mr. Wadood and I think you'll walk away feeling that you and your time were respected.

Mohamed is a wonderful, kind person and took away all the stress of having to deal with the MVA at a regular branch. I needed new tags and title service for my recently purchased vehicle and stopped by to see if someone could help. I was welcomed in with a smile and a handshake and felt immediately at ease. I told Mohamed my situation and he took care of everything. I left with new tags and a new friend! He provides excellent customer service at every step, and I would absolutely recommend his services!

Highly recommend for Tag and Title needs. Mohamed went above and beyond, including personally going to the MVA to solve an issue I had on my end getting custom tags transferred to a new vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with and saved me so much stress and time. I am so thankful to have found him and his office is much more convenient than driving to the MVA.

It was awesome & wonderful experience to be there . Mr Mohamed is an amazing person, who really love to help & serve others. I was there first time for MVA tag & title . He is very creative hard working knowledge full, competent person. He has great sense of humour. In my opinion , he is a person with great integrity and highly responsible . Excellent and professional service. It was really helpful having a tag and title service that was open til 6:30 so I could take care of it after work and not have to take time off. Also Mohamed communicated extremely well and called me around the time I got off work to ask if I was still coming that day. His attitude was that of a person who wants repeat business from delivering good customer experiences.

Wow. Where to start The gentleman who runs this business saved my day. He took care of changing my plates over from historic to daily driver while I was at work. I went to work and he spent his day taking care of what I needed done. He went to the MVA for me! How could I ever say thank you enough? He was such a sweet and helpful person, I will always use this business and recommend him to all friends and family. Must go here!!

Mohamed was amazing! He is very professional and personable and does everything he can to help you out! He was open on a Sunday and answered the phone within the first couple rings and told us that he would be able to help us right away. He seemed like a very caring guy who is willing to go above and beyond to help out another person. I would definitely recommend coming here, and we will be returning for any of our tag and title needs!
