These guys were great! The woman that answers the phone is super nice, the price was reasonable, and the guy who came to install it was really awesome and knew his batteries very well. I highly recommend them!

I m not sure how this place has any bad reviews. The people complaining about customer service clearly have entitlement issues. Be kind and you will receive the same in return. I really appreciated being able to get my battery replaced the same day at a fair price. The lady that answered the phone when I called was pleasant and informative. The man that came to replace my battery (Dimo) was incredible. He was finished in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.

Let me tell you about battery guardians.. they under promised and over delivered!!! What I mean by that is they were faster, nicer, and more affordable than the competitors I called. Top notch service from the window to the wall. Very honest, pleasant and professional. Highly recommended. Top tier service!!! Thank you again battery guardians!!!!!

My car was running within 24 hours of calling this company (on a weekend in pouring rain). They had my battery in stock and service was TIMELY! I spoke with 3 employees total (I called Saturday to make appt for Sunday 11AM, I received confirmation call 30 mins prior to appt, and then the technician called upon prompt arrival) - all were incredibly professional and informative. I appreciate the honest services and pricing. Absolutely recommend

The customer service representative was rude and arrogant cut me off several times would deny saying the things she told me at time of purchase and even the installer confirmed what she had told me and Than she blamed the installer she doesn't want to except Her lack of ability to do her Job it's a shame the installer was a good representative of their company the customer service lady should not be working with the Public

First off, we were in a bind. We had somewhere to be and our car battery was dead. Fortunately, we were at home, but still, a very unfavorable situation.I actually had no idea if there was a mobile car battery replacement business nearby, but lo and behold, the Battery Guardians were very close by!I called them and spoke to someone who was EXTREMELY NICE, understanding, and helpful. She found us a technician who could get to us in an hour, which blew my mind!45 minutes later, our technician, Dimo (spelling?) showed up, checked the battery (to confirm that was the issue-it was), and replaced the battery quickly and perfectly, all for about the same amount of money that it would have cost to get the car towed, and replace it at a shop.This is one of the greatest car services I've ever experienced and had no idea it even existed before this!Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend them, and if I'm ever in this situation again, I will be calling them up. Simply AMAZING!!!

This service is incredibly brilliant! The battery tech called me, explained the process and showed up on time. He educated me on car batteries and allowed me watch and learn while he changed it. Such a convenient service! Highly recommend!

Do not work with this company. I had a good experience initially when I needed my battery replaced in January 2022. Battery only lasted 1.5 years and went out already. I went with this company because they had a 24 month warranty. I call to get it replaced and they left me without a vehicle. The customer service is horrible I still haven t heard back from anyone and the person they have answering the phones hung up and started screening my calls. Would never work with this company again very horrible process when it comes to replacing batteries under warranty and horrible customer service.Service: Battery

EXCELLENT service! Made an appointment same day & they delivered! The man putting my new battery in was very nice, as was the woman scheduling appointments! I received follow up calls from the technician & the operator about when he would be arriving. He was here a little early too! In and out in 20 minutes! They re now saved to my phone for future use! The people answering the phone are not professional at all, talked to two different representatives, not knowledgeable when asking questions. Asked about price breakdown did not know. The first rep I spoke with had no knowledge about the battery replacement service and did not pass my message along which resulted in me having to call again. Will go elsewhere.

The gentleman was very respectful, came on time & got the job done in a timely fashion. He changed my old battery & replaced it with a brand new one. He also took my old battery so I did not have to dispose it & did the job with caution to not scratch the vehicle. Peter was great! The wrong battery was sent with him but he was able to install it so I could go pick up my dog on time. He met me again a couple days later to install the right battery; he even met me closer to my home so I didn't have to drive too far away. Called on a a Sunday around 10am. The technician arrived a little after 12 (his shift started at 12). He was punctual and very courteous. He got right to work checking the old battery first. Then replaced it and in a tight space as my car was parked head first in the garage. I think it took him about 20 min. Car started right up with no issues. The guys who came to service my car were great! I made a claim through my insurance company, and they were at my house in about 30 minutes. I needed a new battery, so they replaced it right there in less than 30 minutes! They were very friendly and professional throughout the service. The price of the battery was similar to the price of the battery I was going to go buy and have installed at an auto store, and I believe the quality of this battery was even better, so it was definitely worth it, especially because the installation was covered by my insurance. They said if I have any issues with the battery, there is available coverage and on-call service to my location. I would definitely recommend to others!Service: Battery

Found them on the internet. Scheduled an appointment online for the very next day and Tia me called me back right away to confirm. It turned out they were able to to come several hours earlier then scheduled for the next day, which worked out great. Gerard was prompt, friendly, took his time and made sure the job was done and done right. I was really impressed at not just the quality of service but the quality of the CUSTOMER service provided! Although I was expecting a call in advance to schedule my service, the technician was able to wait until I was available (about 10 min.) before replacing my battery. The service was quick & convenient (no need to take my car in to the shop), and the technician was friendly. I would absolutely recommend them & will use them again.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Called on Friday to make an appointment for 11am on Sunday. After no one showed up, I called the business at 11:45am. They said there was a mix up and the technician would be there by 1pm and they would call if there were any further scheduling issues. At 1:15pm I called to ask about the status and was asked if I wanted to reschedule. No explanation or even an apology. I understand things come up but the lack of communication and two no-shows mean I ll take my business elsewhere.Service: Battery

Excellent service. My car battery died and I needed a replacement due to its age. They called to confirm the window when the technician would arrive with the right battery for my car. Service was friendly and insightful. Took only a few minutes of testing and installation and they took the old battery. Can't think of a more convenient way to get a new battery. Best service in town hands down. I had a flat tire in the rain and they came and changed it for me. It was quick and I didn't even have to get out of my car. The guy was pleasant and professional. I think his name was Dimo. Great dude overall.

Great service!These guys are fast and efficient! Prices are below the market or any other companies I got an estimate from! Literally it took them 30 min to get my new battery in so was ready to take off to work on time, I thought it would take over an hour or even more.Keep up the good work!

Best roadside service that I ever had. The guy came in 15 min, he was very professional and polite. After he gave me a jump start, he did battery testing. The battery test failed so the guy offered me a battery installation right there on site. He gave me the best price that i can get for that type of battery and he was literally done in 10 minutes with the installation.Service: Battery
