The auto zone location provided amazing customer service!!!! Employee Adiah went above and beyond with customer service. I desperately needed help and she didn t turn me away. The manager also cultivates a culture of great customer service and a great work place!!!! The employees seems to enjoy being here. I will definitely come back; they have my loyalty business!!!!

My appreciation goes to the new store manager and how he definitely made sure a problem been solved! So, I returned an engine coil thinking my funds would be back on my card within the next 2-3 business days but for an entire month I've been calling the store, customer service, and the treasure department and they all told me they'll pass on the message, or someone will call me back! For a month I've been ignored by auto zone until a New Store Manager researched and saw my problem and solved it by going into his own pocket and payed me himself! Thanks a lot Sir, I wish you the best and I wish you the best! You deserve to achieve the highest goals and that store is lucky to have this new store manager. Definitely made sure the problem was solved

I needed a battery so I went to AutoZone in Catonsville. Lamont took care of me. I know nothing about batteries. He was very professional and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me. He also installed the battery . I would highly recommend going to that location and ask for Lamont.

I've been needing to get a new car battery for a while and finally my car wouldn't start after a trip to the gas station. After getting a jump I ordered a new one online and drove directly to this location.Lamont was incredibly helpful and installed my new battery. He even offered to test my alternator and starter for free. All the folks here were very courteous.

This is a great store. Employees have always been very helpful every time I go in there. HOWEVER, I first went to the Auto Zone down the street from this one because it was closer to me. They sent me to this location because this location had the car part in stock I needed for my car to be fixed. They said this store definitely has it in stock and is open until 9pm. Google also says that this location is open until 9pm. Well guess what it was closed and the lights were off at 8:32 pm. I was so disappointed that it closed at 8:32 pm and now I m stuck sleeping in my car all night because I can t drive my car without the part. So as a stranded customer for the night I was upset that I couldn t get the part during business hours.

My experience with Lamont was awesome. Lamont was very knowledgeable and he helped me out tremendously. Lamont came through like Michael Jordan in the clutch.

I can't remember the manager name but he has dreads and golds in his mouth. He did not meet my customer service satisfaction and so into telling me how bad the female manager treats them like childs and talk to them any kind of way. That part didn't sat right with me because you didn't do your part as assisting me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tommy O'Neill and Kelly are really good managers Brandon helps out a lot in commercial sales wish all auto parts stores was ran like this one with caring and understanding I will only shop at this AutoZone

I needed wipers for my 07 Chevy Cobalt. Not only did I get GREAT customer service from the young lady behind the counter, Wayne, the store manager volunteered his service in putting wipers on for me in the rain. THANK YOU, WAYNE!! in customer service!!

I purchased wiper blades at this store 12/30/22 about 2pm. There were at least 4 other customers in the store some also buying wiper blades. As soon as I walked in an associate made an effort to catch my eye and say hello. I am a woman and I appreciate that he did not immediately assume I didn't know what I needed but was there if I wanted to ask a question. There were three associates I saw helping customers. They didn't just give a part number and walk away. They each worked closely with each customer. Took time to make sure I was OK and they would be with me if I needed help. They helped me and 3 others find the perfect wiper blades. They explained the differences between the different brands and provided an expected life span for each (helping justify the heavy cost) then they even went out and put them on the car of at least two customers, mine included. It takes a special group of customer service personnel to be able to serve numerous customers at once as if that customer was the only one in the whole store and yet engage waiting customers to ensure they know they are next and keep patient. Job well done 6424 Rt 40 store!!

The female manager was very helpful and on point. She was running the store by herself and still provided excellent customer service. She still greeted me, and directed me to the part I needed. Thank youll for all that you do and excellent service you provide. Since this is my local auto store I will be visiting when I am in need. Great job.

I visited the store on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. I m so glad I did because Jared was there. Jared s service is unmatched in any experience I think I ve ever had with a auto zone or any auto parts store at all. No granted he was from the corporate office, but even still, he literally made time to help me and answer my questions in a profound way, and somebody needs to know.

The store was clean and well organized. Nick waited on me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It was a great shopping experience and I will come back in the future.

This was actually really funny; I went in and immediately found the taillight bulb I needed and walked to the register. I waited a few minutes and some older guy who I assume was the manager walked behind the counter. He said hold one one minute and proceeded to answer his phone and walk out of the store. I stayed there for about 5 minutes until I saw him laughing out front on his phone while I stood there with my overpriced lightbulb. There were two other staff standing behind the counter but they decided they would just look at me instead. I left and went to advance auto and will never go back here for anything

Went to the store with a dead battery. Left with a new battery and a smile on my face. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable. They even lent me tools to swap my battery out. Thanks!!
