Stopped in today looking for a quick fix. I needed a lug nut for my vehicle and came in for an easy swap out of the old one. But of course Auto Zone sold me the wrong part. Kristaly informed me and jumped right into action. She found the correct part and had it delivered in record timing. I was inside the shop all of 30 minutes without an appt. 10/10 will come back again as customer service was amazing!

I called the Shop and Carlos answered the phone, very professionally, and told him what needed for my Benz S550, he can I call you back,he was waiting on a customer.He did and I went into the a hop 45 minutes later I was on my w a y home. Carlos got it going and he gave his word about calling me back. Excellent front desk guy , makes the company look good.MrGeorge L Cook

The customer service was excellent. They greeted you when you came through the door even on the phone, the young man was very knowledgeable.Can't remember his name but on 01/23/24 that young man did what was expected. However,the wait time for what I needed took longer than expected. That's where the scores of 7 is rated.

The staff was friendly, apologetic of the wait time (which to me wasn't bad at all), and attentive. I also really appreciate the honesty. When asked the location of my key for the wheel lock, I told them where it was, but they were unsure of the location and did not want to go digging around in my car. So they asked me to come to the car to get it. That spoke volumes to me.

I had an 8am oil change appointment, key word APPOINTMENT and it took over 2 hours. I did not leave until 11am. The service here is thee slowest EVER! I will not be bringing my car back here EVER!

Got my truck and 20ft travel trailer towed here and the manager Kwame was excellent. A few other shops wouldn t accommodate the trailer, which I was able to disconnect from the truck.Kwame also kept me updated along the way and it ended up being $1000 less than he originally thought!Got towed there at about 6pm and it was done by 6pm the next day. I m traveling from Massachusetts to Arizona and this shop saved my journey. Thank you Kwame and the crew.

There were recommendations listed on my receipt but no one at the shop mentioned them to me. Also, coolant exchange was recommended as required and no one mentioned that when I called or when they called me. If it was required I would have had it done. When I picked my car up the oil change warning had not been cleared and the tps was not calibrated, so I had to wait for that to be corrected.

This place is a scam. Be careful with the store manager. He s a total liar. First he told me 115$ diagnosis service charge will be completely off if I do the service. But later on he told me I have to do a 500$ service charge to get only 10$ off. What a liar!!! This place is a scam. Will never coming back.

I love the Capital Heights, MD Tires Plus location. Everyone is always professional,kind and even laugh at my car jokes. The car service/maintenance is excellent. I go to the Hyundai dealership for recalls only . Shoutout to Mr. Kwame, Marvin, Carlos & Oscar! #GreatJob

AVOID This TirePLus location. Incompent technicians, Extremely poor service experience; Required 4 visits due to improper tire balancing, over tightened lug (Air gun installed, could not remove with lug wrench), over inflated tires). over 3 hours for four tire r&r. ; Shop did not have digital tire pressure gauge to check tire pressure; Scheduled appojntment canceled because technician did come to work; Shop did not have a breaker bar to loosen lug bolts, had to return when a specific mechanic returned the following week.Avoid the Capital Heights location.

DO NOT COME HERE - Worst service EVER!! Kwame is a horrible store manager and communicator. I paid for a service inspection and was handed a paper I had no idea how to interpret. The service manager trying to explain it did a horrible job, waste of $10. I received my wheel lock back with a lug nut in it. When I was asked why they were handing me a mug nut he said he had no idea, someone should have called me. I received no communication despite giving a phone number to be reached for concerns or status on my car. The had the nerve to not replace the lug nut but to give me my vehicle back with it missing. I said there are 4 in the trunk had someone called me I would gave said charge me for one or take one from the trunk. After much protest, they put the one of my lug nuts on the tire to replace the one they broke. Will never come here again.

The worst place I ever been to I brought my vehicle in and explained my alternator was bad they charged me for something else I was covered in my warranty they told me I was good now my car broke down on the side of the road Don t ever take your business to this location they will lie to your face and take your money.. Just got off the phone with the so called District Manager no accountability with this company please to ALL don t waste your time or money they are scamming the hard working class

Tires Plus was amazing. We came off of 495 with a huge nail in it and we were distraught at 6:05pm at night. Christalie took care of us right away with patience and kindness before they closed at 7:00pm; she was amazing! We had the tire changed in less than 30 minutes and we were on our way at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

Seems they used to be, let's say, decent years ago and They're good for not airing up my tires after changing them, but now the faces have all changed, Arrived for my 1100 appointment at 1057, it's 1230 and I'm still here waiting for them to take my car to change a tire.6/29. Probably should've gotten the lifetime alignment a few years ago. 1st time using it, forgot all about it really. Noon Appointment, checked me in at 1208, in wait mode, its 2:08 pm now and guess what I'm still doin. 2:14, just took the car. WOW!

Had an 8am appointment and finally left at 11:15AM. Seemed understaffed. Not sure why a tire replacement and alignment should take 3+ hours. Now my brakes squeak.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Tiffani, the customer service representative or receptionist and Doug, the technician were the absolute BEST! GREAT friendly work attitude & professionalism. Knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to explain to me personally everything that was done and needs to be done with my car. AWESOME SAUCE! Keep up the GREAT work! A Christmas Bonus would be GREAT START

Bad, horrible customer service, has to walkout this place. I waited about 10 minutes just for the cashier to come out to the front desk. When two of them came out, one started helping another customer the other was making it seem he was on the phone with another "customer" definitely not coming back to these place. Tire plus should hire a front desk person that will help customers when they arrive. THIS PLACE IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AT ALL.

Dropped my car off at 7am for brake and rotor replacement finished in a timely matter $700 was the total amount I was charged for the service. Hours later my brakes are worse off than how they were prior to dropping the car off and my car has been squeaking louder. It s as if a rush job was done and now it isn t safe to drive my car in this condition. Very displeased with this service.

Setting appt was easy called me during Tire installation during the install, dropped the car off. They called me when it was ready. Great customer service.

This is the first time I had a bad experience with this place. Every time I came to this place the experience was good. Now back to the bad experience.The young lady I encounter is slim build wear glasses and has sisters locs or some type dreads in her hair. I called before I got there to see if they had a tire because I had a flat. The lady ask what was my tire size. I gave her the tire size. She ask me if was the tire all season and I reply yes. So I ask again to clarify if they had the tire and she was unreasonable rude to me and say I told you we have the tire. So I ask if I could come in and she reply were book up and we won t be able to do it. I ask what if the tire is under warranty. I don t know what was her problem or maybe having a bad day she should have never did that to me or any other customers. Her professionalism was unpleasant and disgusting. When I got there the young was still rude as I told her I was the one that called about 20 mins ago and said reply I don t remember I get a lot of calls. She was very nasty to me. I was applaud and offended. I don t know if she was the service manager or store manager. Customer is a must and she needs to train on how to speak and treat customers that patronize this replica business. But I will say the the young lady DW was a great help to me and very pleasant and respectful. This incident happen on 09/23/2002Service: Tires

I have had good experiences with this location in the past. I have had ok experiences as well. Today I walked in once they opened and asked if I could get 4 new tire. The young lady behind the counter replied "ain't gonna happen.. (long pause so I turn and walk away) unless you have an appointment." She then continued to try to explain why it was another employees fault as I was leaving but honestly, the reason I will never return is because of the attitude she gave immediately. The date is 08/07/2022 If management are interested in looking into who was working. It is unfortunate for me as well as the business owner. This was my go to place when it comes to tires.
