Reading the reviews, people seem to either love or hate this place. I rolled in with two front tires with nails in them. The technician got me out of there in less than 15 minutes. The place is clean, the work was solid and the price was fair. I am very satisfied.

I went to Red Line on Wednesday November 8th 2023 with the intent of replacing all four of my tires on my 2017 Genesis G80. I went there around 5/5:30 pm. I spent nearly two and half hours there. They replaced three of the four tires. My vehicle has wheel locks that I provided upon arrival. The front right tire they were unable to remove the tire. So everyone working the night attempted to remove the socket that they left on the vehicle and couldn't remove. They stripped my wheel locked that I had to replace, my lug nuts were damaged on two of my rear tires. The socket due to negligence on their part is still hanging off my vehicle. I Paid $240 to them and they told me they couldn't get it off and come back the next day.After leaving the parking lot something felt weird and off. ( you know your car and how it drives) But I knew something didn't feel right. I turned back around and immediately demanded and told them the tires feel loose as if they are not on correctly. They told me it was and it was just me.I left and went about a quarter mile down the street and I again returned and told them this is a safety concern and I didnt bring my car like this and demanded for them to properly install my 3/4 tires correctly on my vehicle.They told me they have already tried for about two hours and nothing they can do until the next day. The next day and the day after they tried to remove the socket and they told me they couldn't get it off and to just buy a new tire, lug nuts and maybe a rim.My car is pulling to the right. I can't get an alignment done. The car is pulling to the right. They have a job that is unfinished and I have called numerous times and drove up to the location in La Plata several times. The fifth time that I went up there they told me that was so long ago and they don't remember me and I am making it up. I took my vehicle two two mechanics. Hyundai and local certified mechanic who told me the tires were incorrectly installed, was not mounted properly and was half way on the vehicle and had I was driving at a decent speed over 65mph it could have caused my life due to their irresponsible and negligence.I learned there was another location on 1/30/24. I called the capital heights location and requested to speak to a manager. The tech who answered the phone refused to give me his name because he doesn't know me. I called and asked for the owner so that I can settle my issue that has now been ongoing for three months before taking it on social media, news outlet, BBB, maryland State Attorney's office. When I stated I am requesting your name so I know who I spoke with he repeatedly said call tomorrow I do not know you. He said manager not here. I asked what time does he come in and he said I don't know.The attitudes between both locations is disgusting and distasteful. I will continue to write a review and all over social media until my car is fixed. The car is not safe to drive according the dealership. I have filed a complaint on BBB and I am not finished and will not be until it is resolved.BEWARE of both locations and cautious of the work they do. I will post updates and pictures.

The young man literally lied to me and ripped me off!!! He said that I HAD to get a new tire for $70. I then noticed him inside PLUGGING MY (as in the one one that popped right in front of their shop, the reason I pulled in, in the first place).I asked him are you plugging my tire? He said yes. So I asked how much that was and he said I will do it for $60. Now I know I'm a woman and he may THINK I don't know anything but a tire plug isn't $60!!! So I questioned him and he responded by saying " it's $60 because it's a new tire"...Now who in the *@,&%!^ has to plug a new tire!!!!If it wasn't 100 degrees outside and I didn't have a child waiting for me to pick him up from an outdoor practice I would have fought my case and paid a more reasonable price. Since time wasn't on my side that day I decided I would at least warn others of their deceitful business practices!

I had to dispute a transaction today with this place. I visited this place on 8/9/2023. I had (3) tires replaced. The total cost was $150.00. I m confused on why they charged my card again a week later after me visiting here. My bank notified me that they did receive the funds on the same day 8/9/2023. I m not sure who is the owner of this place or who s in charge of the transactions, but to charge a persons card a week later is a little strange. My bank is currently investigating this charge. I m disappointed because this is my second time visiting this time place in the last 6 months and they do have pretty good used tires so to find out this has happened is very frustrating and grimy.

Awesome place with great prices and quick turnaround. Had my car towed here with a flat the tow guy dropped it off at 6pm and by 630pm it was all patched and ready to go. I called to give my information thinking I would have to pick up in the morning but to my surprise it was already ready to go. Thank you for saving the day you will be my go to place for now on.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, These guys are efficient! Tried to get two other name brand tire companies to mount 4 tires on two different vehicles and was told I either needed an appointment or the job could not be done on high performance vehicles. Well, Red Line Auto saved me! No appointment, no wait time and the gentlemen put tires on both of my vehicles for a fair price. FYI: I had my tires already from mail delivery to my house.

Stopped in for an emergency change after a tire blew and got 2 used tires that were in good condition for a very affordable price. The staff was friendly and skilled and the the tire change took only minutes. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is that there is no waiting area for customers.

I came to buy 2 new tires since I was told I needed them and my indicator was on. I was approached by a young (look like 17-18 year old) male. I asked him to check my tires to see if I needed tires. He confirmed I needed my 2 front tires replaced. I told him I would like for him to replace them with two new tires. He walked away and came back with two Landsail tires. I asked, are those the only ones you have? He nodded, yes. I asked, are you sure you could do it? He stated, yes. I authorized replacement and purchase. I asked him how long it would take to replace. He couldn't tell me. I left and came back 30 minutes later and he was completely done. I went to pay only to find out that they don't want your name and address on the receipt just a signature; that there isn't any roadside warranty on their new tires, except for manufacturer warranty; and that Redline could never be taken to court with jury trial. When I got my car back, the indicator light was still on. I went back multiple times to resolve the matter and the young man, continued only to put air in my tires. The 3rd time I went back, a different older tech said I had double the amount of air needed in my tires. When I went back a 4th time, their next door neighbor, a repair shop technician explained to us that it probably was the sensor. After confirming it was the sensor, I called them to let them know the costs and that I believed the young man damaged my sensor, he asked me to bring it back to see what they could do. When I brought it back, they denied any wrong doing and told me I can see manager tomorrow. Knowing that they denied any responsibility, I didn't return. They would not give me the manager's name nor would they give him my information to call me. I felt disregarded and that this review was necessary.

Came in on a sunday to get my new tires mounted and balanced. Was quoted a great price and immediately they (yes two at the same time) went to work. I have come here in the past and was pleased then, and I'm pleased now!!...

Very expensive used tires. I got tires from Amazon brand new for the same price they charge for used. There are 2 other used tire shops on that street. There are options to shop around for the best deal.

Went to this place. I was in and out in a timely manner. Very friendly. My first time as a customer. Definitely wont be my last visit. Prices VERY reasonable for used tires. I HIGHLY recommend this business for a quick temporary fix for quality used tires.

They customer service skills is terrible, they sell tires with microscopic holes n the tires, they do not negotiate with prices on they used tires. They talked about me in Spanish but lil did they kno I understood everything. Red line you won't get my business again

This is a great place for used tires $35, well at least that's what i paid. I have a compact vehicle. The service is fast, staff are friendly and there's a thirty day warranty which is a double plus.

These people destroyed my car. They changed a tire that came off while I was driving down the highway. It caused $2,000 worth of damage to my car. The owner has been ducking me for 2 weeks now. If he thinks he's going to beat me for 2 grand, he's lost his mind!

Very bad experience. They destroyed the lug nut on one of the wheels and didn't take responsibility. Also charged $15 per tire for wheel balancing while commited to $10 per tire the day before. Try to avoid going there if another option is available.

Service was lightning fast. Social distancing guidelines (masks, 6 feet, hand sanitizer) were being followed. I'll definitely patronize the next time I need a tire plugged.

I came before they closed he told me he didn't have time to find my tires and I could go somewhere else I have been coming here for a long time and I was thoroughly offended and disappointed I will take my business elsewhere.. 5yrs and no my mothe,, sone and sister will all stop coming.

I will never go to this place again....2weeks ago I went to get two front tires and they gave me bad tires I would have never knew that if I did not go to a car dealership to get my oil changed. I called to speak to a manager he told me to come to the shop I went right away with my receipt and they still was not trying to change my tires or give my money back. Good people until you prove them right and they did something bad....like give you bad business

They do not have a vehicle lift, so they use portable jacks to lift your vehicle.I happened to be standing outside & watching the mechanic lift up my vehicle & brought to his attention that you were bending the under carriage of my vehicle. He got smart & stated "do you want to jack it up yourself"!I have used this establishment in the past.All to a smart mouth employee, You have lost my business from now to eternity!

My spot! Always get good service. Only one time I went and the rookie did not balance my new tire, sounded terrible at over 60mph. Easy fix I just took it back some time later and had it balanced.

They make up info. I called at 6:03pm to ask what time they closed. Although google says 7pm, I wanted to be sure and was told 6:30pm. I get there at 6:18 on the dot for a quick tire plug and was told they were closed and wouldn t help me.

I pulled up, I asked for flaco like I was told by a friend. Flaco told me to pull up and park. I said i need 4 tires Flaco. Before I knew it, my car was in the air like a nascar skit. All 4 tires done for a really nice price. 5 stars all the way.

This use to be my favorite tire shop. But they hired a couple more employees that doesn t wanna work and complaining. They do have one, I forgot his name sorry that gives outstanding service. So sad

The mechanic shop was outstanding I give it a number five, the tire shop on the other hand technicians were pretty rude I don't know if they don't fully understand English or that's how they are as a person.

Great place to go. Went to another tire place and they didnt put the tire on correctly on the rim and refused to fix unless I paid them again. Left came here and they did it for less then half of what the other place wanted and in only a fraction of the time. They even double checked to make sure there were no leaks. Antonio was the person who helped me and I definetly reccomend anybody going there to ask for him. Great place!!!

They ALWAYS take good care of me. The work is quick and the smiles are big! I always think of this place first when I need help with my tires.
