This shop is grossly unprofessional and sets a terrible example for how to conduct business. It is likely this establishment will fail to properly repair your vehicle; refuse to take accountability for their poor-quality work and customer and then refuse to reimburse you despite their complete negligence and disregard for basic and reasonable business practices. I highly recommend you use any shop but this one!Service: Auto body & trim repair

My experience has been a disappointing one at the least. Took vehicle in for what I thought was a simple belt change. I let them diagnose the car and they told me I needed all belts and pulleys replaced which I found odd due to me having a belt replaced by them less than a year ago. I went ahead and agreed to get the recommended work done which ran me a total around 1400 I also had them perform a wheel alignment for which I received no print out for or any indication that the alignment was actually performed. Having had worked in an auto shop for over 10 years it s almost standard to give a print out displaying camber and toe adjustments before and after.After picking up the vehicle two things happened first off, I received a consistent belt and pulley noise that was not there before getting work done. Secondly , my radiator hose popped off while driving which has never happened since I purchased the vehicle 5 years ago. I took the car back (since it had a warranty on the work and parts that they recommended ) and was charged 80 bucks for coolant they put in the car due to the radiator hose popping off. They also told me that my vehicle was making noise due to me needed brakes.. seriously!!!!All of the noise comes from accelerating and decelerating and it s clear that it is a belt and pulley issue but since it was under warranty they decided to quote me another $1300 for new work.If you did the alignment and complete diagnostic before why wasn t the brakes an issue initially. Bottom line is I paid for a repair that I never received just more issues immediately after leaving their shop. Wanted to support the business but it s way to many other options around they will provide quality service at better prices.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Getting my car serviced at QR Auto Clinic was honestly the most stress free experience I ve had. To find a one stop shop with a friendly and knowledgeable team and quality work is such a relief considering the experiences I ve had in the past. They do everything I asked for and need plus more without pressuring me into a bunch of other unnecessary services. After a few visits, I even felt comfortable enough to even enroll in the unlimited oil change membership. They ve gained another longer term customer!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

If you are someone who doesn't know a lot about cars this is the mechanic for you. They explain why you need done what you need done and the level of severity so you can prioritize. I have taken several cars to them and well always do so. Q and Rick are great.

I appreciate how they serve this community. I was greeted with warmth and the customer service personnel was SO helpful. Also the technician was knowledgeable and the service was quick. I was recommended by a family member and would recommend this location to others. I am definitely returning for continued service... And, yes, the work was done very well.

I called at 10.30am on Sat and the mechanic was able to slot me in for a coil and spark olugs replacement. Great work, very good advice. And great customer service (they turned on cartoons for my daughter who happened to be with me when my engine light went off). Highly recommend.

They are very nice friendly people. But I do not think they know how to do cars very good. My mom likes to take her car there so we he have to both drive so I could bring her back home and from my house is half an hr. for a pl that doesn't do them very well. Last time she took it she spent thousands of dollars, the car started making noise a day or two later.

Since I discovered QR Auto Clinic years ago, this is the only shop I will take my vehicles to. The staff even if calling to just ask questions will always answer without attitude. Quincy himself will take his time out to do the research an answer any questions needed. Those giving negative reviews check yourself and what you did in situations to garner the response you did. I have been at the shop with other patrons have walked in the work area without request of the mechanic working on their vehicle and yes they got a "hold up, stop, pause, quit, turn around response". If you know nothing about business and insurance that is something you must take very seriously.IF YOU DON'T HAVE A RELIABLE SHOP TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I GAURANTEE YOU WONT GO ELSE WHERE

Although I didn't have any work done. I would like to thank the guys at QR for investigating my car. These guys were super professional and the waiting area was well maintained and clean. I'll be going back in the near future.

Very disappointing I had my wheel bearings replaced multiple times. You should not have to change your wheel bearings every year. He did not do the work right. I lost in total $1200. I still had a warranty on the parts. He lied and told me the warranty was expired which was a lie because it has not been a year. He told me to take my car somewhere else. He don t have to worry I would never take my car to that place again. SMHService: Wheel alignment

My first experience with Q&R Auto Clinic was May 3, 2018. I was riding by and looking for a car shop in the area. It looked like a nice establishment so I took a chance and I m glad I did. They told me everything that was going on with my car and they were able to do the work the same day. I dropped my car off that morning and it was ready that evening. I had my Water Pump, Oil Change, Coolant Flush and Anti Freeze added. My car was back to normal thanks to Q&R Auto Clinic.My 2nd experience with Q&R Auto Clinic was January 9, 2019. January 2019 I had my front struts, rear brakes, rear axle seal replaced. The real axle had to be ordered from the dealer. Q&R Auto Clinic called multiple dealers to compare who could get the part there the quickest. The part came in 2 days later. The work was done quickly and correctly. I am happy I finally found a car repair shop that can tell me what s wrong with my car, provide an estimate, fix my car quickly and with great customer service. They also accepted my Extended Warranty Insurance Policy. Also their prices are reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be going back to Q&R Auto Clinic to get all my car repairs done.

This is one of the best Auto Clinics I have ever been to. I faithfully come here and I am never disappointed. They are professional and quick. Quincy is very knowledgeable and skillful in his work. I would highly recommend coming here for any maintenance needs.

My car unexpectedly quit on me. It was weird because I wasn t able to accelerate, yet I put the car in park and was able to rev the engine. After all the lights on the dash flickered and the car shut off completely, I thought I had bug problems. It was after 6pm, dark, raining and I alone.Wow!Randomly I typed auto repair near me. QR was a block away! I called, got an answer, told him what happened and he immediately isolated the problem over the phone. He said it could be the alternator. I was relieved because I thought it was so much worse.I called for a tow, and left the car per his instructions and left the key in the drop box.The next morning he said I needed a new battery!!! Wow, that s great news.Honest, experienced, fast!!!

I definitely recommend this shop whether It s a quick oil change or something more tedious, they will get the job DONE. Their receptionist Gilberta is amazing.
