They are scammers! They give you the wrong size tire on your car & then don t give out any receipts! When returning to let them know the tire size is incorrect they wouldn t give the correct size tire. Manager said the employee who did it has done it before. Wouldn t give the money back or correct the tire size.

Was driving from Baltimore to cap heights to meet with a client of mine and my tire blew right before I was passing bowie I changed to a spare tire then quickly looked up tire shops near my destination and saw pishon pop up first. Gave them a call and no answer but then THEY called me back less than 10 sec later and said they could take me in to give my car some new tires. I pulled up with the spare and he got me out of there within 30 minutes on a Saturday at 5pm! GREAT SERVICE AND WELL DONE!!!

I don t know who in the right mind would patronize this business. Everything about this tire shop is shady even the location. My experience with JB and the manager was horrible. I ordered tires for a Lexus is250 AWD. I need specific tires as the car is a spots model and has to have high performance tires. They charged me over $600 for some off brand tires that are not what I asked them for. Needless to say my car started driving weird so I asked them for a copy of the 3 month warranty they told me I had over the phone. The manager says I can right it on the back of your receipt, sir you have to be kidding me. Sends me across the street where JB the owner is chilling in a car. He tells me I ll get the warranty after I get an alignment. I literally just had that done at the Lexus dealer 4 months prior. Never mind that because sir that s not how a warranty works. At the end of it all I got 120 day warranty printed on a receipt paper. They take your money and take advantage of you, but they have the right one today. I will be contacting the BBB and making a complaint with the Attorney General s. My car is how I make my livelihood and I will never let those Scammers play with that.

Do not go here. Tires are high and they quote you one price but charged your card for a different price. The short guy is a scammer and has bad customer service skills. Told me the tire would be $55. Charged me $68.

I had ordered me two tires for the front and I needed somewhere to balance them and put them on. And this spot was recommended by the placeI I got the tires from. I paid $50 I don't know the going rate, but it seemed reasonable to me. I got in got out.

These guys have such high ratings for good reason! I bought a spare from the tire shop 1 block away that also has decent reviews but they sold me a wrong size tire and I didn't realize it UNTIL I GOT A FLAT!!! I went to Pishon after guys in the lot where I was told me what size tire to get. This time, I waited to ensure HE (Simon, the guy at Pishon) would tell me what size tire I needed AND he told me the right size AND gave me a steel rim instead of alloy, which is better and stronger.Then Simon noticed a nail in the tire he was about to sell me, let me know he was going to find me a different one. Polite, professional, and prompt service. Can't wait to get another flat so I can use them again.

Simon is Awesome, very professional..He was communicating with me on how much longer it will be on my car..He went beyond the call of duty to replace a piece that had falling off my car, Hands down on his customer service..I check the reviews before coming here..It s was all positive...I will be back again...Thank You so much for your customer service. 5 stars

I was greeted and assisted right away. Gentle was nice and told me to stay in the car because of the heat. He added air to all my tires after patching the broke one.

It was very quick service. Staff was nice. Prices were decent. Only complaint is the waiting area wasn't clean, a little junky.

I had the absolute best service at Pishon Tire. All the guys there are great. If you need a new tire or used tire, go see them.

When in fast service was out in probably about 10 minutes didn't try to hustle a tire on me I just needed a plug-in and I thought I needed to buy a whole tire
