Kern is a great mechanic, however when it comes to the customer service there, don't waste your time!! The owner and manager Zack is extremely rude and unethical. I have been to many places that provide at least basic customer service and this place isn't one. I don't recommend being services unless it is with the Trini mechanic. I am most certain that if Kern opens his own garage his business will grow way beyond that dump!! Discount labor shouldn't mean a shitty attitude when the staff is unclear as to what exact services can be preformed professionally.

I've been a satisfied customer for years!! It's been 10 years that I've been getting cars serviced and I must say besides going to a dealer, they are the second best thing hands down!! Very reasonable with prices and great customer service. I bring my car here whenever there's a problem...tho it's very rare...I wouldn't go anywhere else... PeridT!!!

I got my alternator replaced here for a decent price. The mechanic side is abrasive, but they get the job done and in a timely manner. They didn t try to throw in any extra stuff or swindle me. And the gas IS cheap. I m giving two stars cuz I m annoyed right now and because only half the pumps work (literally, one half) and the other half are iffy about if they feel like accepting cards or not. And the cashiers are usually nice I guess, but nice don t pump gas. Please just fix the pumps y all. You got one job.

Lowest Price gas station is my favorite as the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, above all the gas price is always been the lowest in the community. Now that they have opened up a grocery store it has become a one stop shop for me. Attention to all it has now started accepting EBT cards......so hurry and fill your grocery bags.

Staff was very helpful..... Went to "play numbers" which I do not do. I had a ton of questions and felt embarrassed but I was assured I was it was ok. Thanks for that!!!!

Horrible terrible customer service was there today this even to feel gas he skipped me and offer the woman the service while am the one who ssuppose to get Service first even the woman got suprise and ask me why he skip you I decided to go for the other guy and tell him why he skip me in fact was ridiculous I don know why the owner of the business hire employee like that who based of gender favor for services the state sshould deal with this kind of horrible customer service I will never rrecommend anyone to go there

I use to like coming to this gas station until they hired this new night man. He don't know his job and he is always on his cell phone. He does not acknowledge you he is so rude. I have been coming for 8 years now I will go somewhere else for now on. been coming here for 8 years a

The black guy and the foreign dude ,are both obnoxious...they rude as hell......it's real stupid to act this way ,especially when the customer has done nothing wrong...it's as if behind that glass they think they gonna stay forever!they definitely need training on customer service and etiquette...it's very un necessary for each one to be getting smart,talking rubbish, and acting nonprofessional.....sooner or later the gonna rub the wrong person the wrong way!they must remember that folk are crazy and do not care out here!if you are reading or monitoring your reviews please have words with them!ty oh your place is ok...just workers that's sour!

Easy access,convenient customer service sucks. The attendants look like they don't want to be there and thus the interaction with customers is terrible
