My car broke down during the Christmas trip to Washington DC from Massachusetts. I went to Pohanka Honda dealership today (Capitol hill, MD) and left the Car 8am to 3pm. Honda Dealership said they couldn't figure out what's the problem and couldn't fix it.I was very disappointed and found other ppl's google review on Google map (1 mile away from Pohanka Dealership). This mechanic at M&D Auto Shop figured out in 10minutes and fixed it in 1 hour.If you are having a trouble at Official dealership or need help, read my review and please come over here. This guy will save your day.Thank you!!

Great service. It s my first time driving a Mercedes so I have been a little worried about where to service it without having to pay an arm and a leg. Michael was able to get me in and out same day. He was willing to work with me on the price too which helped a lot. I will definitely be coming back for sure!

Mike was amazing I can to the shop in a frantic my truck was loosing power he was able to find a leak in my transmission line and fixed it quickly. My new mechanic.

I wouldn t recommend this place at all . They held my truck for a month and a half claiming to be fixing it . After I finally had enough of the lies I had to do random pop ups and call non stop to get my vehicle back. .when I get the vehicle I notice my sticker on my tag is missing upon checking out other cars and talking to a few others their stickers were taken. He must be selling them . I put my window down and it started going up and down on its own , the door sensor light was on even though the doors were closed . I asked him did he check the air bags with the scanner he said yes and when I asked to do it in front of me codes came up and he quickly tried to delete them . I pulled off a gust of smoke came out I checked the oil to find out it was no oil in the vehicle he responded oh I didn t check that . Then there was no antifreeze he says he forgot to put it back in after draining it . This place is ridiculous if you re smart go somewhere else . These things will not go unanswered .

I recently took my car to M&D for my rotors, battery, and starter to be replaced. Mike did an amazing job. His price was very fair and reasonable. The timing to complete the job was even better .... i will definitely return for all of my future car repairsThanks,Future loyal customer

I can always count on fast quality affordable work. I was able to get my wheel bearing fixed at the last minute, and have been coming here ever since because of the excellent customer servicd. I never have to wait all day for my oil changes like I do at the dealership! I even stop past when my light comes on randomly for me to check my tire pressure. The guys here at great!

I'm very pleased with the work that this guy did , he give me a GOOD PRICE $$$ too. I referred a few friends and they was happy as well . Oh one more thing , he returned my car back quickly , and up dated me the whole time.. This the best shop I been too in Maryland yet !

My car broke down in the middle of traffic due to my car overheating. I called M & D, Mike answered the phone and said I could tow it to the shop. It was the evening when my car arrived. By the next morning he had already diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. My car was ready the next day. Good and quick experience!

Came through in the nick of time! Great customer service had a short in my headlights right before they were to close and they helped me out without complaint. I definitely would refer them for your auto repair needs.

Don't do business with this company. He had been working on my car for over a month, off and on and after 3k In Repairs already, finally he told me I need a new engine, tried to pull a bait and switch and resell me my own engine. He just put in a new radiator and new radiator fans. And power washed my engine, the cop said it was still wet!! For 2100. I'm reporting him to the proper authorities , I had to take the cops there to get my keys back after he couldn't prove that was a new engine, I took my car to Infiniti to verify that it was my engine and it was. More details to come. I'm going to ch4, BBB, I'm going to handle this properly , and stop predators like him that prey on customers , especially women! It's a wrap for people like him . They give black owned business horrible stains because of predators like him! Don't do it. Stay away from this company! He is a salacious vile snake. And he needs to be locked up and his business closed down. So many people has been scammed by this person. Please do your research! Go to BBB, the incident is listed there! Go to yelp and look this company up, it is there also. It's not worth it.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! Please take your vehicle somewhere else..took my car there because i was having trouble with it starting...i went somewhere hsd the battery checked and they said my battery was good..took it to Mike at M&D he says its the battery paid him 175 for a new battery i go to pick it up..wont start..then he says its your starter..that took forever to fix...then i hsd a light out that required s ballast..he calls me and says your light is fixed and give me the bill..i get to the shop and its not fixed..he does a band aid job THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!

Service and prices are pretty good. Hard thing is getting in and out of the area without a vehicle. No frequent buses or taxis come or go thru there.
