Great tire shop they work with you help you. If there's an issue they do everything within there means to make sure you can be back on the road without being a danger to your's or anyone else. I'd highly recommend this place as a good tire shop

If there was a way to give them 0 stars I would. They sold me bad used tires for 50 bucks a tire. Started having problems few weeks after getting my tires changed. My car kept vibrating at high speeds. Went back to have them look at it, they couldn t pin point the problem. I was under the impression it was a suspension problem, whole time, my back left tire had knot in it. I went down capital heights to get a new tire and they sold it to me for 40 bucks, looks brand new.

Very bad experience. The guy was trying to sell me a tire, which is unsafe and worn out. He charged me 80$ for one tire that I used for a day. I had to go and get another one from Walmart the next day. Don't waste your time and money going to this shop. The price for a used tire is higher than what you pay for a brand new one at walmart

I bought to tires from here and I have to keep putting air in them. Plus the kid that put the tires on made a cord under my car hang down. I kept wondering why he kept looking under my car. A week later I found out why. I call and nobody answered. U best believe when I get off I'm pulling up. Never again. That's my fault for trying support black own business

Overcharged me for one used tire . They weren't willing to lower the price even when I informed them their prices were above most other tire shops . The tire guy kept trying to get me to purchase 2 tires for $170 when all I needed was 1 tire ( he reminded me of an overly pushy used car salesman) Was in a hurry so I paid for the 1 tire that I needed but won't be returning .

I just had the worst experience ever with this tire shop. Terrible customer service. JB (the owner) told me that he would issue me a refund for a tire I had paid for but never got put on my car. 8 days later I still haven t received the refund. I go to the shop today to speak with JB about the refund and he says he never told me he was issuing me a refund. So I show him the receipt that he gave me which has his SIGNATURE. This man tells me that I printed out the receipt myself and signed his signature.Please save yourself the headache. I ve taken my last 3 cars to this shop and gave them plenty of business. It s sad that they would treat a customer this way. I wouldn t recommend this place at all. Don t waste your time or money. They don t care about their customers and they will take your money!

Great, fast service. Got there, they took my flat tire off the rim and replaced the rim with the new tire. Shortly after, they put the new tire on my car. Was there all of 10 minutes. Spent $54 total. I recommend.

Got my tire changed in 10-15 minutes for only 60 dollars. Definitely hard to beat in terms of value.

These guys just get it, no issues real simple and very friendly, I always go to them for tire repairs no other place I would even consider. I'm a customer for life

Terrible customer service was told by the guy he would put tire on My trailer rim fir $10 if I brought a tire because he didn't have my size ..which is what I did then he wanted to charge me $20 bucks to do it after I expressed what he told me he said he did not say that I (use) too frequent that tire shop so I know exactly who told me the info the guy offered to call jb and explain to him but of course nobody answered the phone and he agreed to do it for $15 plus tax then told me after I needed to take my old tire with me for all that I could have paid the $20..bad experience foreal that could have been resolved with better customer service

The mechanic Lawrence is excellent! fast and professional.. The alignment part is the only thing that might need some working on.. But overall great shop...

I will never buy tires from any other place.im always treated like family.when i didnt hav any money they still fixed my tire.now that is good customer service. I recommend this place to everyone i see who need tires there are still good ppl in this world.

JB tire is an illegal enterprise doing business with the consumers who are victimized because of their poverty. If they were all able to buy inexpensive new tires, JB, and other used tire emporiums would not exist here in America, Maryland, or the County

Just for the money. Everytime I came here they give me a messed up tire so I can come back in less than a week. Will have a lawsuit as soon as possible.

Had my wheel alignment done here...My car is drifting to the left.i tried calling the # here no answer. Wasted 69.00 never will i return or recommend anyone to visit
