Very efficient and affordable tire and rim service. I called him out of the blue at 6pm and he showed up to where I was and instantly changed my tire with a new strong durable and reliable tires. I am so grateful for his help. He also offers immediate road side assistance.

Great business. Stayed at a very affordable rate considering I have 26 s on a conversion van he came out took good care of me plus he used to work at a local tire shop I used to visit support him DMV!!!

They do amazing work! I called them because I was in a bind and needed a tire fast before I was stranded on the side of the road. I had gone to Tire Plus & they turned me away because they were closing in 30min. I gave them my location and they met up with me less than a qtr mile away. It literally took them 30min to replace my tire & the cost was bomb! They accept cards and were truly a life saver for me. I m grateful for their service and will always keep them in mind in the future.

Courteous and quick. Needed their assistance on a Sunday and received their mobile service within one hour. Pricing is more reasonable than any other. Definitely will use again. They accept mobile pay option (Zelle) which is great. Recommended!!!

Just wow! The customer service, quality of work and product is bar none. I had brand new Pirelli tires on my car in less than 30 minutes at an amazing price. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great tires and service, I'm beyond thankful for this company.

Today on my way going to work, I caught a flat tire and my wife came across J&R online. We decided to give them a call to see the availability due to the fact the web said that they were open and from the time the individual answered the call to the very end ..everything was smooth sailing!!! Very happy customer. I called around 5:45pm and by 7:15 they were at my driveway ready to get started and by 8pm they had mounted and balanced all 4 of my new tires. Thanks for the great service!

Amazing service. Must read!We spoke early in the morning and he misheard me say the wrong tire size on the phone. I told him the wrong number accidentally. He arrives shortly after, realizes he got the wrong size, drives back, then comes BACK to my house with the right size in less than an hour. You cant get service better than this! 10/10!

Very professional and easy to schedule an appointment. I definitely recommend J&R New and use tires and rims mobile service roadside assistance. I will be using this service in future repairs for my tires and rims. Oh did I mention they are reasonably priced as well. This service is great for any vehicle owners that may experience emergency tire issues that will leave you stranded on the side of the road like I experienced or even for car owners, that simply don t have time to take their vehicle to the shop.

Was told the tire I needed was in stock and that I d be serviced in an hour. 2 hours went by. I understand things can get busy so I gave them a call back to get an update. To my surprise, not only did they forget, they also suddenly don t have the tire in stock anymore. Was pretty hopeful from the positive reviews but sadly I was mistaken. Being that I need mobile service this severely shifted my day.

I cannot recommend J&R New-Used Tires enough! Faced with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, I was stressed and stranded. However, the team at J&R came to my rescue. The technician drove almost an hour just to help me out, showcasing their exceptional commitment to customer service.Not only did they provide a prompt and professional tire replacement, but they also charged me way less than I had braced myself for. Justice was super responsive and helpful! Fixed a crack in our rim and was even willing to take a second look when we still had issues the next day and helped us discover we had another issue all together. Will definitely return.
