An amazing shop Hyundai said it will be one month before they look at my car took my car on a Wednesday night. Got my car back Friday morning. Awesome work good customer service. Great people definitely will be my spot for now on June 2023.

Hackett's was recommended to me from a friend. I had a brake line snap. They told me to bring it in. By early afternoon it was fixed. Reasonably priced and excellent service. I will go back for all my needs for my older Jeep

Just picked up my 2001 Chrysler 300M and Hackett's got her running like a charm again!!! She has 207K miles on her and still going strong. They always take such good care of all of my cars, they are always very friendly, timely, competitive pricing and I know they are honest about what work I need to have done. Check them out!

The Hacketts are NOT RACIST!!, they are very friendly and professional family run business, who treat me like family, whenever I need service on my car. I don't trust anyone else to be honest with my old baby....they keep her running well....those orher posts are fake and liars!

I always tell all my friends about Hackett's. They have kept a bunch of different cars in my family going over the years, and I trust their advice both about what cars to buy and what does or does not actually need to be done to a car. I'm envious of people who live or work closer to their Capitol Heights location - I'm loyal to them despite being far from there.

Not sure what Seleema is talking about! The guys at Hackett's are farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr from raciest. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a million and one questions and he took the time and show me and explain to me what was wrong with my car!!! In love them and I would refer them a million and and one times!

I would never recommend anybody here... very unprofessional, no respect, racist to extremist... I was at this shop to tow a vehicle and this gentleman started cursing ... I would go negative stars if I had option...
