Service was very great. Got there and just walked in and said i what i wanted and signed the papers and waited. I got a 20% tint in the side and rear windows and a 50% on the front windshield. I was expecting for them to take at least an hour or so to do it but they were done in less than 30 minutes. Its mist likely because it wasn t too busy when I went but still service was great and the receptionist was very nice. Would totally recommended and would come back any time for other cars in the future because the price is perfect. Only paid $200 for the whole thing as opposed to the $640 other places were charging.

I've gotten all my cars done here since 2018.This place is the original one, the OG. The one who started making prices affordable for the community back when everyone was changing over 300. Now, few shops want to copy this low price technique, but due to their terrible service, they have low clientele and can't keep their business model running, and that affects quality and warranty.This place has a very modern location, friendly staff, and the quality of the work they do has never let me down. Always recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Taken my Audi A4 here twice for tint, and for the price you can t beat going here. Satisfied both times, good work and they are quick. Recommend going early though if you re in a rush

I had gotten my windows tinted along with a sun strip and they were quick and efficient. However, after a blunder of my own making I had to get the tints removed for state inspection and they were more than willing to accommodate me and help out with my situation. Excellent customer service and will return for all my future tint and wheels/suspension needs.

Just got my car tinted here few days ago. The deal is real, only $100 for ceramic film comes with lifetime warranty. And the good news is you can walk in and it takes less than 30 minutes to finish. Really recommend this place!

I ve gotten 8 cars tinted here. 6 were perfect. The two that was perfect they made perfect IMMEDIATELY. What initially irritated me badly turned into a good customer service experience. I ve referred several friends here as well. I foresee getting my windows tinted here for a long time. I have a car fetish and love tint.

My experience at G&S Auto Center went something like this:I walk in and I m instantly greeted by Diamond. She said hello and told me to grab a clip board and fill out the paperwork. I had a couple of questions in which she answered right away. Once I finished my paperwork, I gave it to her and had a seat for 3 mind before one the workers came to ask which part of my Tesla I wanted to tint. We walked out side and he explained that the $100 packages would include specific windows. I told him I wanted my whole back window tinted along with the eyebrow in the front. He told me that would cost extra and if I was ok with that. I agreed to the cost and sat down waiting. The time went by so fast as I played a game on my phone. Diamond called me up, I payed and I thanked her for an amazing experience. I would definitely go back. I had a little bit of bubbles but they went away after a day and half which is normal.

They are lying to you guys!! All windows tint for 100$ but forget to mention that the front windshield is not included. They never answer their phone calls, the lady in the front gives attitude, they have a 5 hour wait, and the staff overall moody.SAVE TIME AND DONT GO

Great customer service! I waited probably about 20 minutes, if that for my car to be done. Fast service, good quality work. I have had 3 vehicles tinted here and I have no complaints. Price and quality is exceptional.

G&S Auto Center is THE place for window tint in DMV. I have brought my all cars here. Service is great and no headaches and ceramic STANDARD. Anyone who is looking for window tint, I always refer to them. The warranty is exactly what it says. Lifetime. As long as you have the receipt, it s seamless and easy. Big thanks and shoutout to the owner for hiring and creating an environment where any customer and car is welcome.

Got my mercedes tinted and I got exactly what I wanted, I'm truly satisfied. The owner has great customer service and explained the service process before the work was done. The staff there are friendly and approachable. I will surely recommend this place.

I like to start with the bad in my reviews.The Bad: While I was waiting in the lobby I saw all the wheels that would look great on my truck and they finance. So now I have to explain to my wife why we need new wheels on our truck.The Good: Everything! I was VERY skeptical at 1st due to the low pricing. I was hoping it wasn t one of those you get what you pay for deals. I was blown away by the attention to detail. They matched the tint to the factory Mercedes tint on the rear windows PERFECTLY. No uneven cuts, seams etc. Customer service was on point and they guarantee their work. And most importantly they were quick and efficient. Will be back for sure!!!!

The owner is a scam artist. He pretends like he doesn't know he's selling cheap tint. He also acts as if he has no idea what the warranty says and as if it has been created and printed without his consent. If you can avoid this business, please do. They are playing a dangerous game. I will be taking this a step higher than just court. They need to be shutdown.

Clean facility, fast service, and friendly customer service. I had a great experience overall and the price was right for window tints. I didn't see the white guy behind the counter mentioned in other reviews but if this is the case, there should always be room for improvement.

Had a great experience here! Price is awesome. Tinted my car super fast and tint looks fine. I literally probably waited 25 minutes and the car was done. I m not sure what the deal is with other peoples reviews. I hear people saying that it took forever which makes no sense to me. And they make you sign on a piece of paper exactly what you want on each window. So anyone who says that their tint was incorrect is talking BS. Don t think I m gonna have to use the warranty but it s nice to have it especially for only 100 bucks to do the entire car like come on how can you even compete with that.

My Experience with G & S Auto Service Center has been amazing, I got my 4 cars tinted from here ,and also got the Rims change in 2 of my cars. The owner Mr. Jason and his staff are very helpful and Polite People . Got my Yukon tinted here back in October 2022. Has held up well. Cost $100 which is affordable compared to the $350+ quotes other shops are charging. I m happy with the work that was performed.Y all need to be more realistic. $100 is not a lot of money for tint. Expect that it may not be perfect service and have some imperfections. Stop acting like you spent a bag. If you want perfect go spend $400

Horrible service, scratched tint, back window is not 5%, back corner window trash. Front passenger window bubbles. Trust me don t do it.

The front desk girl was very nice and helpful this was my second time here and I would make the trip again from V.A. Keep up the good work. Side note this place is way cheaper than V.A.

I run a body shop out of Rockville I refer all my customers here for tinting and I ve done all my personal vehicles here always been satisfied and happy 1 time I have a bubble in my tint walked back in they honored the warranty and made it right I don t see any reason to go to anyone else

2.5. Job was rushed extremely. Deep scratches in the film on the windshield, sides and back windshield, major spotting and bubbling, instead of $206 take yourself to SunBusters Window tinting. Much more expensive but you get what you pay for. This was done in 30 mins and it wasn t worth the price. Got my first car done at SunBusters for $385 (including windshield) and it never looked any better. If just want tints for a short period then I guess go here, you want quality and a job well done I suggest search elsewhere.

If you haven't gotten your car tinted here you are sadly MISTAKEN! Prices rarely change unlike everybody else charging $150+ for window tint these day. $99 Window Tinting + Warranty on their Factory Tint? Get your act together & head on over. Desk clerk customer service wasn t great. Also charge $50 More than a competitor to remove tints that s only half a mile away. This is the ONLY place I take my cars to. If it's not G&S where they warranty the work that they do on your vehicle I DON'T WANT IT. All 6 of my cars I've purchased in the last 4 years have been tinted at one of the G&S locations. I think this their only one now.. However, it wouldn't matter if I lived in Richmond I would make the drive just to come see a crew that actually cares about what they do. I've never actually had to take it back for warranty purposes or anything because it gets done right the first time around.. I'll be a forever customer of theirs!Service: Vehicle window tinting
