This is the 2nd time I come to service my car here. The whole business looks more like a family of buddies. The atmosphere seems to be always on the laughter side while everyone does their job. I came in to replace my sway bars links, they were kind enough to get me in despite me not having made an appointment. Also, when they decided that it was their lunch time...around 2:30pm, they again, kind enough to invite me to share their food.... I politely decline becuz they needed the energy, not me but I thanked them for extending that. I am writing this while they are still working on the car . I am sold on them...

Writing this review for my ladies (and everyone else) who may not have anyone to help them when it comes to car maintenance and are looking for credible places. I highly recommend this location. They are very professional and just overall very kind guys. I came to purchase tires and have them mounted/balanced. I arrived as soon as the shop opened and I was serviced right away and given my options for tires. The price I received was fair for 4 used tires plus the mounting and balancing. I also needed my brakes replaced (which I knew before coming) and they told me right away that it needed to be done urgently and recommended a place right down the road to purchase the parts. I went and purchased what I was told I needed and again I was serviced right away when I came back. They seem to be very genuine in the work they do and are not just looking to drain you of your money. I also knew I had a brake light out and had an extra in my car and the guy (don t know his name sorry) replaced it for me quickly. I was offered water while I was waiting which I felt was just a nice gesture and I appreciated that. I will likely return (hopefully no time soon) when I need any other maintenance done on my car.

I came in here for alignment for 2006 Honda odyssey alignment guy said outer tire rod was bad I can pay for it and after I get it fixed he will do the alineman again for me and have three month warranty so then I paid and left after I change the inner and outer tie rod upon second they weren t too bad that I bring it back today to get my warrantee alineman doneOne guy said let s do well do it for you but the lineman guy he said hell no and being rude about it like he was trying to fight me then he said we don t do warranty alineman on Friday or Saturday but that wasn t mentioned at all when I payed forWhat I m saying is they don t know where they re doing. He literally lied about my outer tire rod.Don t go to this place unless you wanna waste your money they re not gonna do the job, right?Are used to be a mechanic now I just work on my own car so for my experience telling you the truth, none of this mechanic knows how to diagnose a Car don t believe what they tell you

Avoid going to this tire service shop at all cost. They will want nothing to do with you should you have a manufacture warranty claim, they will not assist you with any information to proceed with your claim, their customer service skills are nonexistent, and they re very unprofessionally and disgustingly rude. Purchased 4 brand new tires from there and had them do the installation. I looked passed the fact that they caused deep scratch mark damages (curb rash type) to my rims with their tire removal machine. After noticing this lack of care and workmanship, I retracted my agreement to get my wheel alignment done there, and went else where. However, it gets worst, and this turned out to be a minor issue in comparison to what follows.Fast forward to 2yrs later, one of these 4 tires suddenly failed by blowing out with just 27K miles on them, well short of the said 65K miles/6yr manufacturer warranty. Upon return to this service shop, the said manager on duty refused to even look at/inspect the damaged tire, and claimed to be an authorized dealer of Goodyear tire, but do not honor or otherwise service manufacturer warranty. The manager refused to provide his name upon my request and states that he s out of business cards. Reference attached photo taken of said manager and the license plate attached to the Dodge Challenger or Charger he was seen operating to work. I had to resort to calling Goodyear corporate office, where I was informed that this service center conduct and practices are inconsistent with Goodyear warranty claim protocols, which as an authorized dealer they are required to bide by. Cooperate ultimately sent me to one of their owned and operated service location to proceed with the warranty claim process.

I needed a right front tire for my son's car due to uneven wear and was greeted promptly and had the new tire super fast. I also explained a noise coming from the front wheel where the tire was replaced and the technician was able to diagnose the problem and explained the options for repair. I will definitely be returning to this shop to get the work done as well as getting my front brakes replaced on my other vehicle,

Very good work done here! Ask for Naz! He gave my car the best alignment in the history of alignments! And he adjusted my rack and pinion properly! Only coming here moving forward! Highly recommend!!

Great people. I m been here multiple times. Have bought both new and used tires and done alignments. One time a used tire was faulty I came back WITHIN the warranty period and they changed it without any hassle. New tires were good quality 0 problems with new tires. 100% recommend

I returned to Dominion Tires after several attempts to but air in a tire. I was informed that I had 3 nails in the tire. I purchased a new tire, and received a free tire rotation.The service was quick, and both technician and Nelson were polite and professional.I will definitely return when I need additional tires or have any other problems,Thank You

I was already impressed with their Waldorf location, so I came here without hesitating when I needed a used tire. I explained the situation, and the team took care of my issue. The significant part was that they questioned the information I was giving from the dealership regarding not needing an alignment. They took the time to verify, and low and behold, I needed an alignment. Dominion Cap Heights & Waldorf, you have a customer for life.

I have been coming to Dominion Tire for years. Two days ago, one of my tires had a slow leak. Went by the shop near closing time. The manage took it upon himself to look at the tire. He found a nail in it an repaired it. Most shops would have told me to come back the next day. I can' t think of any manager who would have repair it.

Went here to get a tire plugged, they were quick, fairly priced and efficient. I have had another car of mine tire valve stem replaced as well with no issues.

What started out as a flat tire ruining my chances of getting home on time, ended up being only a hiccup. Super friendly, fast and efficient. As a previous automotive technician, I'm aware of how to properly do a tire patch, and watched them do it quickly and correctly. Highly recommend.

I never thought service could be this bad. They sold me a bad tire and didn't even apologize.These guys will be in a rush, so if you buy a tire here....drive around the block a few times and make sure everything checks out.

I had a great experience here. The staff did a wheel alignment and balanced all four of my tires. My SUV now drives much better and smooth. I highly recommend this business.

My 2nd visit here, both emergencies with my tires and the staff there is wonderful. VERY reasonably priced tires and service. They're really efficient and speedy in their work. I'm so happy that Dominion Tire in Capital Heights was recommended to me.

Don't normally write reviews, but this was one of the fastest tires plugs I've experienced. They were able to get me in and out in 8 minutes. Truly a great experience. I've been to them before and had great service. They plug my 275/35 20R tire for my 2017 Camaro SS. Thank you!

Wow I got there today my tire was done in ten minutes... they also have a full set for sale 249 brand new. Think I'll be going to them from now on. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable and definately out to help you save money. Meanwhile Jiffy lube lied about there being a nail in my tire that couldn t come out. Yet this place got the nail out and took care of it. Yes, great service. Thanks guys!

Great place bring your car here! Staff was very helpful and you don't need a appointment. I brought a set of tires and got a wheel alignment and I was out the door in 60 to 70 minutes decent prices

Went there today to get me a tire put on. Soon as I arrived, I didn't have to wait. They immediately assisted me in getting another tire put on. This was my first visit to them an it was great. Fast service and they get right to work. Used tires are only 40 dollars which was reasonable. I will definitely recommend this place which is located in capitol heights Md.

Greeted promptly, showed up looking to buy a used tire, left getting the leaky one repaired (even though another shop had tried and failed to plug it twice). I appreciate the fact that they offered to inspect/repair once they saw the tire was in good shape - they could have easily sold me a new tire, then fixed and sold my old one. Quality service.

Great, fast service, I went to purchase four tires last month, however, one tire had a slow leak so I kept putting air in it. I even took it to a gas station. I finally took it back to Dominion tire were I purchased them from and they found a nail in it. I received great service the second time around and I was not charged for plugging it.

As soon as I pulled Moudz greeted me. Warm friendly didn t have to look for anyone to assist me. He was on it. I even was able to choose my own tires. Resonable price. I would definitely recommend

I have been to this place multiple time and never had an issue but today was very discerning. I needed one tire and the guy who was assisting me tried to clean off my tire and put it back on as the new one. I was watching him in the camera behind the front desk when I noticed it. I went and stood and watched him do all of this. When he noticed I was watching he decided to take off the rim so he could put it on the new one. As I stood there he constantly watched me instead.of doing his job. He was very untrustworthy and that one bad experience has caused them to loose my continued service.

Extremely quick same day short notice all 4 brand new tires purchased and replaced. Low prices and great service! I was in and out within an hour.
