2nd vehicle tinted here. Overall, I am satisfied. I did not receive any instructions on not using the windows when leaving. I recommend them for service. I have had 12 vehicles tinted over the yrs. In the "Old Days," it took 3 days for the tint to dry. Things may be different now. 20% front doors, 15% rear windows.* I am not the owner of vehicle, but was present for services rendered.

on september 14 2023 they did my tints and broke my seat.. its been 6 months and had to go to bbb considering legallemme start off that its fine tints, a few small bubbles but my biggest prob was they broke my passenger seat ( i own a 2011 mercedes bens c300, my seat won t move front and back now and my passengers knees touch the dash) its been 6 months since then ..luckily i documented everything from phone calls to textsi see I'm not the first to be given the run around with a broken part on my car not getting fixed..front desk woman was perfectly fine and i believed we had been equally as respectful to one another, but after SIX months of being told to wait and they'll call to only get a response if i personally called back because they rarely kept the call back promisei had enoughi let them know an hour after getting my tints, my passenger can t move my seat back and forth and i provided pictures.started with telling me they were gunna reach out after i got my estimate, that took time to get from my dealership but it wasn t until after them telling me they were going to have someone else fix my car that i reminded them i wanted it done with my own dealership (which i had told the front desk from the beginning) since they have a record on my carafter handing them my estimate (remember..its a bens..its bound to be pricey even in older models)they wanted me to get it looked at by their person to compare prices with insurance (at said estimate since the place was right across from the tint shop i was told this ISNT the first bens seat thats been broken by them like this but i was assured they would only take sometime)after another weeki was told they were getting their person to fix it since the insurance denied my estimate since it was too high (and afterwards on 2/19..months after them having the paper i was finally told part orders were delayed since they didnt have the vin # or car type on my estimate??? soo. they waited till then only when i asked to tell me)way more to type but really BEWARE IF YOUR CAR PARTS ARE NOT CHEAP TO REPLACEi never raised my voice or got nasty since i believe in mutual respect but this 6month run around just shows what i needed to see to make this review..i JUST want my seat fixed..

NOOOOOO!!!!DON'T DO IT!!!NO REFUNDS FOR TINTS THAT PEEL OFF IN ONE DAY!!!!I spent more than $120 in gas going back and forth. Getting my tint fixed and peeled off my window. One day!!!! started peeling!!!! They said...ooo because it's cold!!!! NOOOO!!!! paid for a tint to NOT peel off the same day!!!I had to use water and a blow dryer to try and fix the window. Still looks rachet!!! Cheap tint!!! Pay for what you get!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself the headache and find another tint shop immediately, trust me.From the moment I walked into the shop the front desk (African American young women with shorter black hair) was very rude and impatient. I understand people have bad days so I continued with my tint inquiry.Before I handed my keys over, I myself cleaned all windows with a rag I normally store in my car. Putting my eyes on everything before it was taken in the shop.Once the job was complete I inspected the job for workmanship and I immediately noticed they cracked the plastic housing that surrounds the brake light on rear windshield. I brought this up to the front desk and she proceeded to tell me that it s not possible because all the tools they use are plastic. This does not stop the fact that it may have been broken during the process of tint application.I asked to speak with the manager and she said that he was not available and he can only be reached through Instagram. (Are you serious?) she then proceeds to spew profanities and continue with her nasty attitude.When she realized she needed to get a hold of the shop owner (Ali) I told him that when my car came into his shop my brake light cover was not broken. He continued in an unprofessional manner calling me a Bama and said he would not take blame for it and simply walked away without providing a solution.I was appalled at the lack of professionalism throughout the whole experience and the culture seems to be one of toxicity. I normally don t write reviews but I absolutely needed to document my experience to hopefully save someone from this nightmare. Other tints shops in the area also offer $100 tint jobs (Tint Boss, Got Tint) so you don t have to sacrifice price to find another reputable business who treat customers with dignity, respect and great WORKMANSHIP.

I can't say enough good things about this place they've taken care of my Mercedes they've taken care of my M3 they've taken care of my Tacoma. Always very nice and professional. The woman at the front counter goes out of her way to explain different tint and what you need for your car and to make sure you h are happy she's absolutely amazing. Make sure to come in the morning so that you can be the first person in line. They are first come first serve about an hour and a half a car but worth the value and are a true local gem in the area - thank you

For 100 bucks you get what you pay for. Don't come here. One they didn't clean the window before they put the tint on them. Their dust showing that can't be removed. They wipe off the doors where we're wet with dripping running down them. They pulled the car out windows dirty on the outside so you couldn't see the imperfections until after I was able to clean my car off. Being that I came on a Friday I can do back and complain until Monday or Tuesday. The lady sitting behind the window her customer service SUCKS! That was how she was dealing with the customer on Friday. The service was terrible

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at DMV Tints on 9/22. The lady at the reception desk was rude and disrespectful, and she seemed to have no care for her customers. Additionally, DMV Tints does not accept credit cards, which is inconvenient and outdated in 2023.I would not recommend DMV Tints to anyone. I found a much better experience at Reliable Window Tinting, which is just two minutes away. The staff at RELIABLE WINDOW TINTING was friendly and welcoming, and they did a great job on my window tinting in just 20 minutes. They also accept credit cards.If DMV Tints does not improve their customer service and start accepting credit cards, I guarantee they will not last long.

I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler bought brand new two years ago. The windows came already tinted from the factory. However, I wanted them darker.I came here on 9/21 to get my windows tinted, and I also paid extra to get the front window done (they should advertise $99 is NOT all windows! They are unprofessional and do not care about issues that you find afterward. Afterward, I noticed a crack in the tint on my right front passage side. They informed me I had to come back next week.9/26- I also noticed my back window had some brown coloring on the perimeter of the window. The receptionist told me, it must have been like that before me,". After I told her, "I know my Jeep from the inside out, and my window was NOT like that." She asked me, "if I had pictures of my window before?" Sorry, I didn t think I needed to take pictures of my windows. I am upset, and I will NEVER return here. I will go somewhere else for any future issues with my tint.I even took it to the Jeep dealership to get their opinion because I know I am not crazy. The dealership said they could have pulled the tint over that part.***EDIT in response to DMV Tint comment***My Jeep did NOT come like that from the manufacturer! The dealership said y'all could've easily pulled the tint over the way Y'ALL MADE IT LOOKED after my complaint when I brought it to y'all attention. Y'all cut it like that, you can see it from the picture. NICE TRY THOUGH. I will go to a company that knows what they are doing and cares about customer service. Tint is ok for the price, service was pretty fast.i was finished my vehicle before a lot of the people who was there before me. I have bubbles in almost all of my windows that was Tinted... Lady at the front desk seems that she don t like what she do and doesn t wanna be there. Poor customer service. The front office for everyone to wait on their tints was totally unsanitary. Old food crumbs spider webs everywhere a bug even almost crawled on me . The spare time she has when she isn t doing anything should be spent keeping her area clean and welcoming for returning and new customers. This is my second time going to DMV tint, the first time there was okay, sat and waited for 3 hours, granted i was 6th in line. Today 12/08, I went to tint another one of my cars but only the back windshield this time, hence it being first come first serve, i arrived 30 minutes prior to opening. Per expected, they didn t open until about 10:30am. I went for a 5% tint on my back windshield. it took them over AN HOUR to do just one window, which is beyond me. However, waiting for about 2 hours in total, i spent an hour inside and observed how rude and disgusting the receptionist was. First off being 30 minutes late, second off being extremely rude to each and every customer, including myself. It was about 54� degrees outside, and she would scream at every customer to close the door completely shut, and if they didn t shut it she would storm into the front room and slam it shut. I was also told $50 over the phone for ONE window tinted and i was asked to pay $65 for some odd reason.Overall I am not sure why this young woman still has a job, nor why anyone puts up with such a horrible attitude. Will NOT be coming back.

im not gonna sit here and say the place was grandiose, or nice. Its just very to the point, you get your tints and leave. It was perfect for me, i didnt even wait long and there was plenty of people and the tint job was amazing.I recommend anyone i hear to this place, please check this place out and its cheap.Good place.

Quality over quantity. Paid $200 for tint on my Mercedes A220 and the job was rushed and poor! I even tipped the workers before hand smh. You could see the bubbles before I left and I was told they would air out .. I notified the assistant a few days later immediately before I went out of town she said ok just bring it in. I got my tints removed somewhere else when I returned from my trip because it was unappealing and called politely to ask for a refund which I was denied. lol petty. Taking my vehicle where the services and quality are much better! If that requires me paying more money I will be 110% satisfied.In response to comment from owner .. unprofessional and very sassy. Enough said

*DONT COME HERE* Let me start by saying this is the worst experience I have ever had. The special for $99 is only for 4 windows( doesn't include back on windshield) The sign is misleading. Should say " starting at $99". We were the first ones there. They completed the vehicle in about an hr. Get home and noticed the tint is peeling and the windshield has scratches on it. We called and took the vehicle back the same day. They said would be a 2 hr wait and to come back Monday. On Monday we come back. For 2 hours we went back and forth because the owner was "busy" and didn't want to come to a resolution about refunding us the price for the windshield or replacing it. Meanwhile 2 more ppl came in and said there tint was messed up too! After telling us that Omar is the only one who could re do it, someone one in the back finally replaced the tint. Let me add that the smell of weed in both the waiting room and the area where they work on the cars is repulsive and unprofessional. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else!

First time I was at the shop they did my 4 windows and they did t had 50% tint for front windshield. They asked me to come back next week that s ok but when I got home and checked the 4 Windows s it was a very bad cut they had space at the edges and baubles. The worst thing when I told them about they started acting rude and told me to wait since I asked them to redo it properly and had me wait for almost 4 hours. If u want cheap and a bad job come here, Bcz they are not professionals only cash business. And even the second time they said they did the back windows but it s the same the Instagram account stops responding and the store says take it to the above and it s not in her authorities. If u go just do the regular Bcz the warranty is a scam there is non. Go if you need a low quality job.

Good price and quick time and all but there are some issues. 1) Numerous pockets of solution. 2)the tint is scuffed in quite a few areas. 3) material had dried solution as if they didn t wipe down the window after it was installed and just looked dirty. 4) there s lint between the windows and the film from whatever cloth they used. Not impressed and honestly I don t know if I want to take it back to get it fixed .

came in for 5% tint they got me right for just $105 compared to tint geeks charging me $140 for sides & back on my old car. lady at the desk was rlly professional when it came to questions & service. only waited a hour will be back for windshield tint.

Literally got my whole big sedan done within 15 mins, WITH LIFETIME WARRNTY!! I recommend this tint shop if you need good prices and fast work with warranty. I got all windows and windshield tinted with ceramic

They are the absolute worst business I ve ever dealt with to say the least. Save your money and take it to a place that values your business and will properly do the work so you don t have to return more than once because they could not get the job done right the first time. Wasted $205 but they advertise $99 to lure customers in. My car is a new vehicle which means it was squeaky clean when I took it there, just to leave with the interior and exterior dirty as I don t know what. They have a sense of carelessness! Unprofessional as well on top of everything else. They give you a life time warranty because they KNOW they do an awful job. I went back for a second time less than a week later for them to fix everything that was not done right the first time, just for them to scratch my brand new vehicle! BBB will hear from me about this business for sure!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Got my tints a couple days ago I waited for it to dry before I wrote my review. There were a few bubbles but it dried over the 3 day period. I had to wait but once I got in they moved pretty fast. Great customer service very friendly and helpful. Would give them 5 stars but they wait was long.

The tint looks great and for $100 you can t get a better deal. Fair wait time, it only took 1 hour to complete. The ONLY issue I had was that the tint tint had white streaks on it but that came off after I wiped the window down with windex. I would definitely recommend going as early as possible as too not wait as long (I got there 10 minutes after they opened and had one person in front of me to give an idea of wait times )Get your tints done here. There s no point of paying more for the same service unless you want to waste your money.

Mediocre customer service provided by Tosha (the receptionist), worst window tint job ever completed on my 2015 accord ( second vehicle I bring to them ) , and unresponsive owners who do not care about their clients despite mistakes they made, including failing to clean my windows prior to installing the tint and leaving dirt in between the film and the glass. I did not even ask for a refund ( wasted $160 ); instead, I just wanted them to fix the problem which they refuse to do so, I will never recommend this place to anybody else.Texted the owner through the Instagram account and never received a text back from them.Previously I also took my 2023 accord to them and got all windows tinted including my windshield for a total of $200 it took a little bit longer than expected and also left my interior dirty but they did a good job on the tints that's why I decided to take my 2015 accord to them too but it was a extremely bad experience.

Very Good place to get your window tinted, The owner was very nice and respectful last week when I got 2 windows tinted and they was extremely fast...Support this young man, only thing I can say negative is the location just be aware of your surroundings please but other than that I will definitely support this young man and his business

Absolutely the worst interaction I've had with a company. The operator lady was extremely unprofessional and rude. After mentioning that to her she actually took time out of her day to personally text me from her personal phone and curse me out over the text. She needs to be put on suicide watch for hating her life this much. Now I see why they have a low rating. Maybe they should give her a class on customer relations. Glad to take my business elsewhere.
