Ray assisted my cousin and husband with purchasing two vehicles. My cousin bought a 2015 Ford Expedition and my husband purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer pictured below. Ray went above and beyond to make sure both cars are in great condition inside and out. He assured us that any repairs required to pass inspections would be taken care of by him. It was a very pleasant experience. I recommend him and his dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Carma Auto is my new go-to dealership anytime I need a vehicle. I have already recommended them to several friends who are also looking for cars. Both Ray and Ali were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, very honest. They are also just generally great people. They took care of me the whole time and walked me through the entire process, answering all of my questions. They allowed me to fully inspect the car and made sure all of my concerns were fully addressed before moving forward. They even tossed in some extra parts on top of the car, which was unexpected but very welcomed. Carma Auto doesn't just set the bar, they exceed it in every way possible. They have earned me as a customer for life! I am very glad I stopped by and ultimately purchased my dream car from them! Thanks again Ray and Ali!

My son has been on the search for a very specific used pick up truck for himself, he s been working hard and saving up for it practically his whole life. He found this truck at Carma Auto through an online search. He reached out and communicated with Ray directly from start to finish and had a very positive experience. We ve heard stories from friends about their difficult or disappointing experiences at other various used car places, so we feel so fortunate to have only had a positive experience with Ray! He went above and beyond to explain the features of the truck, the pros and cons (ie what was wrong with it) in a very honest and transparent way so we could make the best decision for with this investment. He ensured the truck was safe for our son as it went through the safety state inspection process, he made all the necessary repairs to it without added costs, provided timely communication throughout the entire process with my son, and was just an overall pleasure to work with! He made this experience enjoyable for my son and easy for us, I can t thank him enough for that. We have no issues recommending Ray at Carma Auto to our friends and family if they are looking for a used car!

Making this decision to go with Carma Auro was probably one of the best decision I ve ever made Ray the manager treated us with the utmost care and compassion. We have had some troubling times in the past, and he understood everything that we were going through and did his best to get our deal We left his dealership in 2013 Chevy equinox. It was in tiptop shape and I can t say anything more about this dealership please go and visit Ray and his family and they will take care of you. Thanks again Ray for a great experience.

Well, I REALLY wanted to give an excellent review. No one dreams of such a terrible car-buying experience.My son came with his own financing, liked a truck on their lot and test drove it. All 'seemed' fine. Transaction took place, guys working there could not have been NICER! I must say, super nice staff onsite.BUT... we take the truck home and within 3 days, the engine is bogging down. We contact Carma and give them the codes off the diagnostic machine. They offer to fix the exhaust issue on their dime. This was a total of roughly $600. My son is out of a vehicle for work for another week. We drive the 40 minutes down there, get the truck & drive home. My son goes to work at 3AM.. and it left on the side of the road with the truck once again DEAD. I pay to have the vehicle towed back down to Carma Auto. My son is now out of a vehicle AGAIN for another week. They call us to say it is fine and running. We go back to get the truck. My son has now driven the truck maybe 4 days.... out of the 3 weeks since the purchase.The truck is still running poorly. So we reach back out, Carma is unwilling to assist any further at this point. The work they had done, was checked by a local mechanic and proven to have had NO WORK done. Old wiring assembly was original, not replaced as the paper receipt we were furnished, showed. The new shop (where my son used to work, so we trust) replaced and fixed the exhaust.One month later, clutch is out (manual) and the transmission needs replacing. This will now cost $6,700 to replace with a USED transmission and warranty.I cannot express how upset, frustrated and disappointed this has been. My son works hard for a 20 year old. Has a great job as a laborer and works a 2nd job. He secured the loan on his own....and this is just been an awful experience.I would not do business here. Wish I didn't have to say that, but it was shady and well, costs us more out of pocket for something that doesn't run.

Ray helped me get into a new to me 2013 Audi S5. Super responsive and on top of everything. Great customer service and great inventory especially for those looking to get work vehicles for their business. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Ray from Carma Auto was amazing, he was super honest and up front. One of the ONLY dealers I have ever came across that worked with me and wasn't trying screw me over or lie. So if you are looking for a good dealership that isn't going to bully/rush you into a vehicle and will work for you. I highly suggest Carma Auto!

All of my car buying experiences, new and used, have been rife with subterfuge. I have enough stories to write a sitcom. I'm that Jerk that new and used car sales people fear, because I swiftly call out Bullshit.My experience here fills me with good vibes and warm fuzzies. I did NOT expect that. I got a Great car at a Good price, and everything was soo easy.Their lot is congested with recent model, shiny, new looking cars. Ali shared the Car Facts with me, which I already had. I saw clean fluids, clean exhaust, no codes, and the car drove like it's new. I wanted to grab it, as I've been looking for this car for a year. I didn't feel like driving anywhere to get a money order, so they accepted my personal check and wrote me a detailed Bill of Sale. When they received the funds two days later, Ali called me to say the car was ready for pickup. They put a temp tag on it, handed me a temp registration, and I drove it home.This is an honest, family run operation with Integrity. Everybody there is cool - no pressure. Drivetrain warranties are available. To some degree my faith in humanity has been restored. I'm very excited to let the world know about Carma Auto, and I wish them the success they deserve, before they turn into CarMax ;-)

I purchased a used Ram 1500 4x4 after purchasing had a few issues that were found. At first I had high concern. But when I called them back they took care of the problem. I will give them 5 stars. RAY IS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST! MY SRT8 CHRYSTLER 300 IS EVERYTHING I WISHED FOR. CARMA AUTO IS THE REAL DEAL!!!! I am also a shop owner and it s hard to find this kind of service. These guys are friendly, and are excellent at what they do . My whole family will be buying cars from them anytime we are in the market. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! A+ WELL DONE

These guys are CROOKS!! Their mechanics turned off the check engine light just so I wouldn't think there was anything wrong with the vehicle. It's going to cost me $2,000.oo to fix. The tire monitor sensor went out before I made it home. The air pressure in the tires didn't match. Plus, they didn't even get the car cleaned like they said would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I am unhappy with my purchase at this used car dealership. Within the first 2 days after purchasing a vehicle here I noticed problems with the vehicle such as the odometer not working. Within the first thirty days of the purchasing the vehicle I began experiencing engine and exhaust problems that I believe should not have passed vehicle inspections. I reached out to my salesman, but I got no response. I've taken the vehicle to a professional mechanic shop and the cost of repair to replace the engine and fix the cracked exhaust manifold will cost me more than I paid for the vehicle. To add on, there were multiple discrepancies within paperwork. I do not recommend this business.

I had a Good Experience at Carma Auto in Capitol Heights Maryland they were probably frustrated because I couldn t make my mind up between a Cummins or a duramax but we re still very friendly and cool as hell!! They had me on my way in no time and I have nothing bad to say about the vehicle they sold me or the people that sold it to me !! I would recommend this place if you re looking for a good Vehicle !!

Been looking for a truck for my business for months. There were none in my area, Thankfully carma auto has a huge stock of trucks whatever kind you need. Surprisingly the buying and negotiation process was quick and easy took alot of stress off my back especially with the long drive. I left happy and ecstatic about the deal. Will definitely be returning with money ready to spend with them. You should do the same!!! Great work Ali

I want to say thank you to Ray the salesman that sold me this truck. He was very patience with me since I had to wait a week to pick up the truck. He an honest and a very friendly salesman. I brought my friend with me who a diesel technician and Ray had no problem with that. Thank you for helping me find my dream truck! Carma Auto made the process of buying another work truck a breeze. From the moment I submitted an inquiry, these guys were extremely flexible with my busy work schedule and were only a text away with any questions I had.It was super easy to schedule a time to come in and test drive the vehicle, and they had all of the paperwork ready and done within 20 minutes.
