Dear Caliber CollisionI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Caliber Collision locations. My car was first brought in for repairs on December 1, 2023, and despite multiple visits and assurances, the issues have not been resolved.Each time I picked up my car, I found additional damage that was not present when I dropped it off. This includes a large scratch on the passenger side door, rotors have rust, mismatched paint, touch-up paint on the bumper, back driver side tire loosing air quickly, over spray all over my car including windows and a disconnected dash camera. Furthermore, my gas tank does not open, which was a problem I had informed Caliber Collision about each time I dropped off my car. My car is 2022, my car was dropped off with full tank gas was given back less than 1/2. My friend went to the Annapolis location had terrible experience same location I went to in the past. I have had terrible service Annapolis MD, Capitol Heights MD, Ardwick Ardmore Rd Landover MD locations. Including driving my car without my permission and burning my gas out my car. Too lazy or cheap to pay for a tow truck.This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that the repairs were covered by insurance. I am deeply disappointed with my experiences at your facilities and will not be returning for future repairs. I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY from this location. My complaint is the lack of communication, misinformation that caused me to loose trust. This location never provided crucial updates unless I called for them. They told me my insurance company closed claim. Once I spoke with insurance company they never did that. In fact they were sending a check for first estimate. After hearing that I decided to move my car to a different company. They said it was ok. And I can come pick it up any time. I called let them know date and time I would come. When I arrive it wasn t ready they said come back next week. I call first and they said I can t get my car back because they took it apart and they need new parts to put it back together. It took me calling the Rockville location to get them to call me with updated details. The manager here was able to explain the situation properly. However he wasn t sure if they throw my bumper aways once he located it he told me he would have his team put it in back seat and I can grab it. Luckily, I had my husband go because he found the bumper on the roof. When he tried to get material to help secure the bumper they said they can only get it off the roof. My husband was able to secure the bumper on his own. When we asked for a copy of the estimate it was not provided. I will acknowledge that my car is old but it driver perfect, I came in for a minor fender bender with the trunk not closing that turned it me having to fight to get my car back in my possession. Lack of communication and misinformation made me loose trust in leaving my car in there hands. I took my car as soon as I could. Photos attached bumper on roof is how I found my car when picking up. I decided to have my car towed to the Capitol Heights location after being involved in a serious accident. Kevin Grant was the Service Advisor and he was helpful in explaining the process during my initial visit. In the days to follow, however, I called and left messages with each of the receptionists on two separate occasions in regards to some additional questions I had. They assured me that they would leave notes on his desk to return my call. On both of these occasions , I did not receive a return call even days later. As stressful and traumatizing as accidents can be, I found it to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional to not return a customer's call at all. My car ended up being totalled and was ultimately released from Caliber and picked up by Copart, so no actual work was done. If you're looking for personable service or need timely responses in regards to any of your needs, I would not recommend this location.

The experience was great. My car had very minor damage but was repaired in a very timely manner. What I loved is the communication by both Caliber, my insurance and the other parties claim specialist. Kevin called to update and to inform me what was needed.... Including pictures. The ladies at the desk were great as well.

Erica at the front desk was rude throughout this entire process. Weeks before my appointment she was very nasty over the phone, passive aggressive, and quickly hung up on me. Once arriving for my appointment, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking that it was a busy day. There were only three of us in the lobby today and she was quite nasty and rude with every response to my questions. Terrible customer service. Should not be working at the front desk interacting with people.Very uncomfortable to be experience. The guys working on my car were extremely helpful and nice.

Caliber Collision provided some of the best customer service I have anywhere in a very long time. I was there for a repair through my insurance company. Due to some delay in getting parts (totally not on their part) my car was with them for over 30 days which was all the rental coverage I had under my insurance. They stepped up and help keep my family moving by helping with the rental. I was not expecting that. In addition, a wonderful gentleman named Kevin was who I dealt with throughout my entire repair and he was the best. He kept me up-to-date with what was happening every step of the way. I did not have to check on them, because he was always checking on me. I am afraid I don't remember the name of the lady at the front desk, but she was everything! I was going through and very stressed out and she was so kind. If you need your car repaired I highly recommend them. The quality of the work on my vehicle was top-notch, the customer service was 6 out of 5 stars. They take care of you like family without knowing anything about you. It was really the care they showed. Thank you, Caliber Collision.

Staff was super professional and kept me informed all through the repair. The repair itself looks flawless. Can t even tell there was ever any damage. I highly recommend Caliber Colliosion!

First off I want to say I am grateful to Allen and his team at caliber collision. They are professional, detailed, informative and patient. As a disabled Army veteran, most people don't treat you like a human but Allen and his team did. They kept me updated with the whole process of my car. They made sure I understood everything. They worked tirelessly to make sure my car was in tiptop shape. My car was hit by a deer and now my car looks flawless after Allen and his team finished it. I'm truly appreciate you. I highly recommend this company if you want quality service. It was great know a fellow veteran was making sure I was taken care of. Thank you all for the service you do. Your changing lives, on car at a time. I'm so thankful

If you are in a wreck and need your car restored to its original condition, take your car to Caliber Collision. The customer service is superb. They will keep you informed from start to finish.

The customer service was amazing and positive from the front Desk ,My advisor Mr.Kevin ,and as well as all the employees . Constantly checking in on me as I waited for the repairs to be done on my car . I was constantly updated on my repairs .Keep up the positive atmosphere !

Caliber Collision and Kevin took in and were diligent in taking care of the repairs and re-establishing the quality of my Mazda3 vehicle. I took her (my car) in distraught, and Kevin had kept thorough, communication throughout the process, and I came back satisfied. My vehicle drives well, and I have no complaints. Thank you to Caliber C, and others who were a part of restoring my Mazda3!

Upon picking up my vehicle from Caliber Collision I found that they had triggered the tire monitoring system. Upon taking it back for them to correct the problem they tell me that they could get someone in to fix it but I would have to pay for it. This was not an issue when I took my car in for repair. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service and treatment I received in trying v to get this issue resolved.

Here I am again back at this GOD forsaken place. I got pulled over last night by the police. The officer said your rear lights are out. NOW in my mind I couldn't possibly be having a problem with this truck since Caliber Collision in Capital Hgts had my truck for over a month it seemed to replace a rear light and a bumper. Although my insurance company said they replaced the tailgate and the bumper and they didn't. So Caliber Collisoon LIED. Anyway. I am back here as we speak regarding my lights. I pulled over as I should and rear lights were OUT as well as the drive shaft shifter lights wete out. You know the little things you start to notice when you get your vehicle back. Here as I text waiting for a supervisor. WHEN I TELL YOU THE WORSE. STAY away this place. You have been warned.

This is a terrible place, I would not return nor do I recommend it. They are people who do not know how to do their job well for almost two months and they could not fix my car. They only cared about collecting their money and not their job. They themselves gave up and asked me to take it. Better to go to a dealer because they didn't know how to finish their job and they still get upset that they are told their truths. In the end, my car looked good in the Toyota. They are professionals and we learn from this faster until we have an accident, but let's not trust poorly done jobs. because it is the safety of the family to bring your car well. Do not give your money to workshops that do not know how to finish their work due to lack of experience Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Mr. Reed at Capitol Heights Caliber Collison is one of the most professional Estimators I have ever had the privilege of working with. He will make sure everything your car needs to be done is in good working order before releasing it to you! Plus, your car will be so clean, looking brand new, that you may not recognize it. There's a rude woman that sits at the desk to the left! When people are not kind and courteous and professional I wouldn't bring my car there if my life depended on it! Doesn't represent caliper Collision very professionally or well!

I've never experienced this type of customer service in my life. From the desk to the tech manager. It's been a terrible experience. I've read all the reviews and to be treated like I am a ghost is ridiculous. For months I've been playing phone tag. I'm just trying to get an understanding to when my car will FINALLY BE FIXED. No one seems to have an answer. I call and leave messages NO RESPONSE. I DON'T GET IT SOMETHING HAS TO GIVE. I JUST WANT MY CAR FIXED...

Capitol Heights Caliber Collision at Hampton Park blvd has never disappointed. My second vehicle that they ve repaired, and I ve had no issues with the process. From rental pickup, to rental return and vehicle pick up; the entire process has always been seamless.Additionally, I ve never had any residual issues. Whenever I had questions about my vehicle, Mr. Wayne Redd and the front desk staff were very knowledgeable, patient, and provided timely responses.When auto body work is needed, Enterprise @ 9183B, and this Caliber Collision center will always be my go to places.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will start off by saying My Caliber is the best! It s the one on Ritchie Road and they have never let us down and have been working on all of our cars forever!
